We ALL saw this coming. This is a surprise to none of us:

American journalism is collapsing before our eyes

As an aside, part of my MS Econ was applied statistics. I literally took up to and including PhD level Stats courses, and these had to be Applied to specific original data and surveys in order to pass the classes. I know my Stats and these recent polls are constructed in such a ridiculous manner that they would have been laughed out of any serious upper level Stat course at my Alma Mater.  These have been a complete joke. The cross-tabs are a biased wreck. Credibility for these companies are at stake, I wonder if they will drop the bias and do the right thing as D-Day approaches.

Trump hasn’t spent a dime, Hilary has spent millions and the race is within MOE

Now, Back to your regularly scheduled post:

So, to make it even harder on the journalist-scum, Trump has become Presidential, First by going to Louisiana and then by delivering several marvelously Presidential speeches. The hiring of Paul Manafort was to destroy the nevertrump and Cruz element at the Convention. The blistering and swaggering  Trump was to win over the base and attract disaffected working class democrats. Both actions were highly successful, Trump received a record amount of votes for a GOP candidate AND he won the primary from a field of 17 or so ad wrapped up the nomination without a problem.

Well, the primaries are over, the Cruz peeps surrendered to the will of the voters and the nevertrumpers are discredited, the Olympics are over and Labor Day approaches. Trump has reloaded for the Real Race, Kellyanne Conway, Breitbart’s Steve Bannon, and Cambridge Analytics are on board.

Now, the Real Race Begins.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
