The older I get, the more Dylan makes sense…

    With that, his lecture:

And the older I get the less I care about this guy. And I’m old.

Trump’s nominee for FBI Director is Christoper Wray. He was Christi’s personal lawyer for Bridgegate. This should be fun. “Do we really want Chris Christie’s puppet running the FBI” will be the meme. He was Dep AG at DOJ (headed up Criminal Div I think) so he might have something on the Clintons.

ISIS has killed 12 people in Tehran.

And a Myanmar army plane has gone missing. CNN is going to have a psychotic break trying to cover TWO black holes – Trump/Russian collusion and a missing plane. Should be fun.

Talked to hubby this morning. They’re fucking things up at the hospital so I have to go over there and straighten things out. Talk later.

President Trump is living up to his campaign pledge to cut back on red tape, reducing new regulations to a tiny fraction of the burden imposed by previous administrations, a new study said Tuesday.
Cabinet agencies under Mr. Trump finalized only $33 million in costs for new regulations through May 23, compared with an average of $26 billion for the same period in previous administrations dating back to 2005, said Sam Batkins, director of regulatory policy at the American Action Forum.
That’s a regulatory output of just 0.12 percent under Mr. Trump, compared with the historical average.
In the sheer volume of regulations, Mr. Trump has released 8 percent of the historical average of new rule

s issued by Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

well…were are the never trumpers on this?

Once upon a time you dressed so fine
You threw the bums a dime in your prime, didn’t you ?
People’d call, say, “Beware doll, you’re bound to fall.”
You thought they were all kiddin’ you
      You used to laugh about
      Everybody that was hangin’ out
Now you don’t talk so loud
Now you don’t seem so proud
About having to be scrounging for your next meal.

      How does it feel?
      How does it feel
      To be without a home
      Like a complete unknown
      Like a rolling stone ?

You’ve gone to the finest school all right, Miss Lonely
But you know you only used to get juiced in it
And nobody’s ever taught you how to live out on the street
And now you’re gonna have to get used to it
      You said you’d never compromise
With the mystery tramp, but now you realize
      He’s not selling any alibis
As you stare into the vacuum of his eyes
And say do you want to make a deal?

      How does it feel?
      How does it feel
      To be on your own
      With no direction home
      A complete unknown
      Like a rolling stone ?

You never turned around to see the frowns on the jugglers and the clowns
When they all come down and did tricks for you
You never understood that it ain’t no good
You shouldn’t let other people get your kicks for you
You used to ride on the chrome horse with your diplomat
Who carried on his shoulder a Siamese cat
Ain’t it hard when you discover that
He really wasn’t where it’s at
After he took from you everything he could steal.

      How does it feel?
      How does it feel
      To be on your own
      With no direction home
      Like a complete unknown
      Like a rolling stone ?

Princess on the steeple and all the pretty people
They’re all drinkin’, thinkin’ that they got it made
      Exchanging all precious gifts
But you’d better take your diamond ring, you’d better pawn it babe
You used to be so amused
At Napoleon in rags and the language that he used
Go to him now, he calls you, you can’t refuse
When you ain’t got nothing, you got nothing to lose
You’re invisible now, you got no secrets to conceal.

      How does it feel
      How does it feel
      To be on your own
      With no direction home
      Like a complete unknown
      Like a rolling stone ?

An academic study from researchers at Brunel University London assessed 171 men, looking at their height, weight, overall physical strength and bicep circumference, along with their views on redistribution of wealth and income inequality. The study, published in the Evolution and Human Behavior journal, found that weaker men were more likely to favor socialist policies than stronger men.

I guess a lot of people bought Hillary’s book It Takes A Village, but not many people read it. Nobody seemed to notice – or care – that in it she wrote about using black prison labor in the Governor’s mansion while First Lady of Arkansas.

‘Political Hospice’ Is ‘Way Forward’ For White Working Class, Says WashPo Editor

A pro-immigration advocate says the hard-hit mostly white working-class communities in the United States must be wheeled into “political hospice care,” and a Washington Post columnist commended his solution “as a way forward.”
“Economic dislocation and demographic changes are fueling discomfort and desperation among white working-class voters,” wrote WashPo columnist and editorial board member Jonathan Capehart, continuing:

While [university professor and author] Justin Gest says that both Republicans and Democrats have exploited these voters, he sees a way forward.

“The only way of addressing their plight is a form of political hospice care,” [Gest] said. “These are communities that are on the paths to death. And the question is: How can we make that as comfortable as possible?”

Gest responded to Breitbart’s questions by doubling down, saying immigrants can replace American consumers, workers, and children, and also that expert advice will soothe American communities during their government-managed exit:

Declining towns need immigrants to reinvigorate their markets, take on unwanted labor positions, and add youth to aging demographies. Once these communities understood the benefits immigrants bring and were consulted about the terms of their integration, they would feel more comfortable with their arrival.

Breitbart asked if Americans’ communities can be strengthened by wage-boosting curbs on immigration or trade, but Gest, a strong advocate for globalism, offered only a series of additional government programs to offset the current government-imposed policies of cheap labor and cheap imports.

Public policy can help ease the pressure on ‘outmoded’ post-industrial communities and facilitate their integration into the modern economy… States can incentivize apprenticeships and job training by the private sector like they do in Montana. They can provide universal health care like they do in Vermont. Other ideas have yet to be pursued: What if welfare benefits increased when recipients were enrolled in university programs or trade schools, so that we subsidize re-skilling and innovation? What if the quality of school districts weren’t correlated with the income of their neighborhoods, entrenching people into intergenerational poverty? What if minimum wage laws, workplace protections, and family leave policies allowed people to live on the jobs that already exist in the United States today? These ideas don’t require a revolution; they require courage and political will…

Higher wages can be mandated by policy, and so can more accessible, high quality education. Policy can therefore reduce wage competition at the bottom and help level the playing field for poorer Americans.

oh dear. This is going to cause a lot of confusion. I just watched a clip from Comey’s May testimony where he says no one has ever asked him to end an investigation. Unfortunately, they only show THE LAST PART OF THE QUESTION. The woman who is doing the questioning asks him ‘has that ever happened?’. What they don’t show is the beginning of the question, where it is clear she is referring to the DOJ, NOT to just anybody, e.g., in the Executive. So Comey’s answer appears to apply to anybody ever, when, in fact, he’s only referring to the DOJ

Here’s a site ‘nanotechweb’ that puts it plainly and clearly and not so totally dumbed down as to insult one’s intelligence. For crying out aloud. I tutor 13 year olds in photosynthesis but the MSM seems to believe that nobody has even heard about it before. And using chlorophyl photosynthesis as a comparison has barely marginal validity, two thirds of the MSM story was made up of the chlorophyl comparison and not the new trans metallic advances.

After 60 years and half a trillion dollars it’s about time that the South Koreans shed the trainer wheels and learned to peddle their own trike.

From my perspective the only justification for leaving the 6th. Cavalry or whoever’s turn it is to act as a green target, is getting access to Korean territory to base the THADD system purely because it puts serious pressure on the Chinese ballistic missile system. Technology is advancing at pace and even that basing requirement will be mot soon.

Time to go home or relocate to Darwin.

      Nah mate.

      Can’t agree.

The US were NEVER going to handle it as the NORKS were just too numerous and has too much firepower based on the border and too many shelters in which to hide. They would have rolled over the 6th Cav like a river bursting its banks and a LOT of American kids would have died.

The REAL reason that the US forces were in Korea was to guarantee that had those American kids been slaughtered there was going to be a serious reckoning, from which the NORKS would never emerge. It was a guarantee of destruction on a biblical scale that stood for 60 years as a guarantee to the South Koreans that the US would back up their pledges made 60 years ago with blood and muscle.

The new South Korean administration has gone weak at the knees with the threat to Seoul and decided that they would rather live on their knees in the face of the NORKS’ threats and pay them the ‘Danegeld’ (extortion) to allow them to survive.

If that’s how nations want to live so be it. They elected these cowards so they should be allowed to suffer the consequences.

Actually China can’t win this one no matter what happens.

1.If the US stays then THADD stays and gives the Chinese nightmares about the vulnerability of their strategic nuclear forces.
      2.

    65. Aussie Infidel
      65 | June 7, 2017 10:48 pm

      2. If the US leaves then the NORKS will extort money from the South and dominate them and end up with an unofficial united Korea and that REALLY horrifies China.

      A win-win for the US

      WINNING

      @ Aussie Infidel:

Going to disagree there — yes, the line was going to fail, but in the end, the Americans were going to handle the situation. Your scenario is correct, but that was always the way the US was going to handle the situation. Pull the green line and the US no longer has a reason to handle the situation with decisive force.

No doubt the Aussies will go nuclear just as a final guarantee and can do it within 180 days if necessary.
They invented a new enrichment technology that the US made them swear to NEVER share it with anyone else. Even the Brits ! Because if it ever leaked then EVERYONE who had access to uranium would go nuclear. Australia owns 40% of the world’s uranium has the technology to enrich it and has three operational research reactors. It also has access to all of the warhead research from the US and UK up until the 1980s including all of the Brit H bomb research and testing data sets.

The only reason why Australia hasn’t got 300 deliverable warheads now is that the US threatened the Brits in the 1960s to not facilitate the Australian Nuclear Program. The two breeder reactors that were under construction at Jervis Bay South of Sydney were halted under US pressure on the UK.

In his testimony, Mr. Comey stated that he was “not *** aware of” “any kind of memorandum issued from the Attorney General or the Department of Justice to the FBI outlining the parameters of [the Attorney General’s] recusal.” However, on March 2, 2017, the Attorney General’s Chief of Staff sent the attached email specifically informing Mr. Comey and other relevant Department officials of the recusal and its parameters, and advising that each of them instruct their staff “not to brief the Attorney General *** about, or otherwise involve the Attorney General *** in, any such matters described.”

No idea if this is accurate, but if it is, it’s disturbing:

      The War Is Being Won

A new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report today states that one of the top “masterminds” engineering the “Deep State” war to destroy President Donald Trump is a long known Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) undercover assassin named Charles McCarry—who though currently lauded as being “the dean of American spy writers”, aided his son, Nathan McCarry, in establishing a private US intelligence company known as Pluribus International Corporation—one of whose analyst/interpreters, named Reality Leigh Winner, was arrested for espionage by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) this past week after her returning from Qatar.

These people are out of their fucking minds. This is John Podhoretz, editor of Commentary writing in today’s NY Post

James Comey thinks, but did not say, that President Trump is going to be toast once the special counsel is done with him — and all because of three little words Trump might have sung in the manner of Elsa the Ice Queen: “Let this go.”

Comey clearly intimated that Trump’s conduct toward him was an effort to obstruct justice when it came to the investigation of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn — and that special counsel Robert Mueller would be just the guy to get to the bottom of what is clearly an impeachable offense.

It is not an impeachable offense and there’s no proof that Trump said it

      @ lobo91:

yeah, that’s bullshit. McCarry writes some of the best spy books ever, but THAT sounds like one of his plots. He was undercover CIA, so what? Nobody with half a brain hires that loser. She told her sister she was going to play the ‘cute, pretty, blonde’ or something? Please. I know one family of an undercover CIA agent and the fact that I know got somebody in trouble. This looks nothing like that. She got hired because she ALREADY had a clearance that they didn’t have to spend thousands of dollars getting for her and she knows critical languages. People get killed for this stuff, nothing like a coup is going to involve somebody as dumb as she obviously is.

Did you hear about the Saudi Soccer team playing the Aussie Socceroos in South Australia today.

The Aussies lost two young women in the London van attack and knifings in London during the week.

One of them, a 28 year old A&E nurse ran towards the bridge not away and tried to help some of the injured only to be set upon by two Muslim mongrels who stabbed her 15 times and left her to billed out.

The Soccer match as part of the qualifiers for the World Cup, today between Saudi Arabia and the Australian Socceroos had a ‘Incident’. Before the match both teams were instructed that 1 minute’s silence was being observed to remember the two Aussie women murdered as well as the other Brits who were butchered by Islamist garbage.

When the teams lined up for the minutes silence only ONE single Saudi # 3 remained. The other 10 players turned their backs and wandered away and started warming up. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING (last year the same team has observed a minutes silence for Brazilians killed in an accident and stood in line).

The Aussies were VERY VERY PISSED.

Not shown during the game by the MSM in case the Saudis got offended by the bad publicity was the Aussie crowd’s reaction when after the Saudis scored their two goals they all went down facing East and started banging their heads on the ground. The Aussie fans went mental … BOOOOOOOing screaming insults and calling the Saudis terrorists and goad fucking bastards.

The first Aussie goal included a wicked hip check to a Saudi player. The Aussie probably forgot that he was playing soccer and thought he was back on the Aussie Rules field!

      🙂

Either way the Socceroos beat the rag headed goat fuckers 3-2 and advance to the World Cup pool.

The West needs to get serious with these mongrels. VERY serious. VERY soon.

      SPIT

      4. Comey said he leaked the memo in response to a POTUS tweet

      5. The NYT reported on the leaked memo a day before POTUS issued the tweet

      6 TRUMP WILL BE IMPEACHED!!

Oh, it gets better if Hannity is to be believed.

      http://www.hannity.com/articles/election-493995/here-are-the-5-key-takeaways-15900365/

Former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony on Thursday revealed a number of important facts. Here are the five of the key takeaway’s from Comey’s testimony:
Trump Was Never Under Investigation For Colluding With Russia

This was arguably Thursday’s biggest narrative-buster.

The fact that President Trump himself was never under investigation was revealed in Comey’s written testimony, and was again hammered during the former FBI director’s oral testimony on Thursday.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio noted the fact that Trump’s innocence seemed to be the only thing not to be leaked to the media during this ordeal seemed peculiar.

“Do you ever wonder why, of all the things in this investigation, the only thing that’s never been leaked is the fact that the president was not personally under investigation, despite the fact that both Democrats and Republicans and the leadership of Congress knew that and have known that for weeks?” Rubio asked Comey.

“I don’t know,” Comey responded. “Matters briefed to the gang of eight are pretty tightly held.”

Trump Never Tried to Influence or Halt the Russia Investigation

As a matter of fact, it appears that President Trump actually encouraged a thorough investigation of his associates.

“The President went on to say that if there were some ‘satellite’ associates of his who did something wrong, it would be good to find that out,” Comey said in his written testimony.

In addition, when the President expressed his hope that he’d “let it go”, Comey acknowledged that he was not referring to the broader Russia investigation, but was speaking specifically about Michael Flynn.

“I did not understand the President to be talking about the broader investigation into Russia or possible links to his campaign,” Comey wrote.
The New York Times and CNNs “Anonymous Sources” Are Frequently Wrong

Yesterday’s testimony showed that the “anonymous sources” used by left-wing news outlets have frequently been wrong.

In particular, a story published by the New York Times which claimed that members of the Trump campaign had “repeated contacts” with Russian intelligence officials before the 2016 election was characterized by Comey as “almost entirely wrong.” That article was frequently cited by supporters of the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy.

“That report by the New York Times was not true. Is that a fair statement?” Senator James Risch of Idaho asked Comey.

“In the main, it was not true,” Comey answered. “The challenge, and I’m not picking on reporters about writing stories about classified information, is that people talking about it often don’t really know what’s going on and those of us who actually know what’s going on are not talking about it.”

Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas asked Comey a similar question, asking the former FBI Director, “Would it be fair to characterize that story as almost entirely wrong?”

      “Yes,” Comey replied.

In a tweet on Thursday, The New York Times acknowledged Comey’s claim and said they are “looking into James Comey’s statements.”

Loretta Lynch Pressured Comey to Use Clinton Campaign Talking Points During the Email Investigation

Perhaps the most glossed-over bombshell from Thursday’s testimony was that then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch attempted to pressure Comey into using Clinton-campaign talking-points during the FBI’s email investigation.

The revelation was made when Comey was asked why he had been concerned with the DOJ’s independence concerning the Clinton email probe.

“At one point, the attorney general had directed me not to call it an investigation but instead to call it a ‘matter’, which confused me and concerned me,” Comey said. “That was one of the bricks in the load that led me to conclude I have to step away from the department if we’re to close this case credibly.”
James Comey Leaked His Own Memo

Former FBI Director James Comey confirmed to the Senate Intelligence Committee that he personally leaked his private memos to the press through a close, personal acquaintance to make his concerns over President Trump public, reports Fox News.

The revelation came during a tense back-and-forth exchange between Comey and republican senator Susan Collins. The lawmaker asked Comey if he had shared his confidential writings with anyone outside the FBI or the Department of Justice.

“I asked a friend of mine to share the content of the memo with a reporter—I thought that might prompt the appointment of special counsel,” said Comey.

According to Fox News, Comey leaked his memos to Columbia University professor Dan Richman, who later confirmed he was in fact the liaison between the former FBI chief and the media.
