Thought more about the Bolton appointment.

As stated previously, not wild about him, but he’s never been publicly averse to Trump but hangs around the type of people who ARE inside the Beltway.

He might be able to advise on the SPECIFIC things that scare them re: Trump.

“Bolton can and will clean house,” one former White House official said.

Another source said, “He is going to remove almost all the political [appointees] McMaster brought in.”

A second former White House official offered a blunt assessment of former Obama officials currently detailed or appointed to the NSC: “Everyone who was there during Obama years should start packing their shit.”

    😆

start packing your shit. i LOVE IT!

Given the amount of physic’s I have studied over the years, I cannot begin to express just how much I have come to hate that question. It is not the question most people think it is. In reality, that question is. “Should destroy the entire Universe on Monday at 2pm, or on Wednesday at 4pm?”

This question only exists, because most humans have a frighteningly poor grasp of a concept in physic’s known as “Causality”. Physic’s 101 here; Effect never ever proceeds Cause.

    But… You said… Destroy the Universe…

Yes, I did. And that is exactly what would happen if you went back in time and changed even one single event in history, let alone a major event like the life of Adolph Hitler.

Imagine if you can. 60 to 200 million people whose deaths were a direct result of WWII suddenly no longer being dead. For the second Hitler died prematurely the entire Universes time line would have to change. What had previously been history would instantly cease to exist. And with it, the entire Universe. Poof, gone just like that.

Would a brand new universe appear in its place? Would it matter? The odds of you being here to not even be aware that the Universe had suddenly completely changed is somewhere on the order of 1 to 1 times 10 to the minus 17. You actually have a better chance of winning the lottery 100 times in a row and your odds of doing that are only about 1 x 10 -7.

Why Natural Gas From Putin’s Russia Has To Be Imported To New England

U.S. exports of natural gas have soared in recent years. It’s one of the most conspicuous examples of how the fracking boom has enhanced our energy security.

Driven by production in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale, the Lone Star State is an energy juggernaut, providing affordable energy for Texas families while helping our allies meet their demands for cleaner energy. As a result, the U.S. Energy Information Administration recently announced that in 2017, for the first time since 1957, the U.S. exported more natural gas than it imported.

Yet, even as we become a global energy superpower, political barriers prevent us from maximizing the benefits of the shale revolution.

Earlier this year, New England — located just a few hundred miles from the Marcellus Shale, one of the world’s largest natural gas fields — was forced to import a cargo of Russian liquefied natural gas. This was necessary because anti-energy activists have convinced local elected leaders to block new energy infrastructure, including pipelines that could bring American gas to the region. This is making households in the Northeast more dependent on imported energy, and forcing them to pay among the highest energy bills in the country.

This was no accident. The Conservation Law Foundation, a prominent anti-energy group in Massachusetts, states on its website that importing natural gas from foreign counties is preferable to building new pipelines. The Sierra Club’s Massachusetts chapter has simply declared “No New Pipelines,” while the state’s attorney general thinks Russian LNG is better for the climate than piping in American fuel.

    https://www.weaselzippers.us/379487-why-natural-gas-from-putins-russia-has-to-be-imported-to-new-england/

    Collusion.

Shockingly, no. This is one of the reasons that physicists really hate discussing time travel. Concepts that I expressed before are theoretically as valid as these next ones I will suggest. Though first I will preface this with this statement.

From a purely mathematical and theoretical physic’s stand point, there is no reason that time travel is not possible. Nothing in any our known theories prohibit it. Moreover, Einstein’s Special Relativity actually implies that time works in both directions.

One of the weirder aspects of M Theory, is that rather than creating an infinity loop that destroys the entire simply universe, is the parallel time line universe theory.

Which states that when a time paradox is created, the original universe where it was created is destroyed while another brand new universe instantly takes it place where the new events basically overwrite the old history.

This, by the way, produces one of physic’s most terrifying scenarios, in which, it is entirely possible that our history is constantly changing and none of us are aware of it. What our history was yesterday, might be completely different than it is today, and will be tomorrow. And none of us would know it, because every time the time line is changed, its changed for everyone, even the person that changed it. (This has to do with the fact that we are all quantum entangled with our universe)

This is predicated upon someone having discovered time travel (perhaps somewhere in the distant future) and them and or others like them using it to change events in the past that they did not like. Star Trek Enterprise played with this theory in a series of episodes they did about the “Time Wars”.

    PaladinPhil wrote:

Using quantum entanglement as a “Handwave” is crazy funny. Because the laws that affect the quantum universe are so antithetical to the regular universe that its almost impossible to misuse them. Let me give you one of my favorite examples.

In a four dimensional universe, if I define a certain area of space by its x,y and z coordinate’s using the Cartesian system, in any defined area I can place 8 spheres and each of those spheres will be the exact same size. The second that I go to a 5 dimensional space, now I can put 9 spheres in the exact same space, the first 8 the exact same size, but the 9th, will be 33% larger than the previous 8 and they will all be existing in their own independent space. YET, they will be existing in the exact same physical volume of space as the previous 8 spheres in their 4 dimensional space. None of the spheres will be overlaps on any of the other spheres.

In quantum space, it is possible for a object to be in 2 or more physical places at the exact same time… without being in either space ever. This is possible as a consequence of the above analogy. Quantum space has more physical dimensions than the space were are normally familiar with. Depending on which version of M theory turns out to be correct, our universe has between 11 and 22 dimensions.

Every time you go up one dimension you gain two additional degrees of latitude in movement. This allows things to be and not be in multiple place at the exact same time. It allows things to violate causality by having the effect precede the cause. (well, technically not really, but for all practical purposes it seems that way).

  43. 45 | March 24, 2018 9:22 pm

Nice, so hand wave, but not hand wave. Works for what I need and stuff. 🙂

There is a branch of M theory that asserts that time travel is a function of the 5th dimension. Ok, we start on the 0th dimension, there are zero degrees of latitude for movement. On the 2nd dimension there are 2 degrees of latitude of movement, you can go right or left. On the third dimension, 4 degrees of latitude of movement, you can go right or left and forward or backward. On the 3 dimension, there are 6 degrees of latitude of movement, you can go left or right, forward or backward or up and down. On the 4th dimension you have 8 degrees of latitude of movement, now add in future and past.

We cannot move in all 8 degrees of latitude in the 4th dimension… Because we are not actually in the 4th dimension. We are in the third and parts of the 4th bleed over into our dimension. From the hypothetical 5th dimension there would be 10 degrees of latitude of movement, which would include all 8 of the 4th dimension. Making time travel possible.

Did anyone see Maria Bartoromo’s interview w/Devin Nunes this morning? I tuned in about a minute or 2 in and missed the first part. Apparently, he’s opening a new investigation but I’m not clear on exactly what it’s about. She was saying something about it being illegal to go into business w/Chinese financial services and something else. I wonder if it’s about Peter Schweitzer’s revelations in his new book about the Biden/Kerry kids’ deals.

Obama envisions creating ‘a million young Barack Obamas’ during speech in Japan

Former President Barack Obama talked about his future plans for his post-presidency life at a conference Sunday in Japan, addressing how he might shape “a million” new, young leaders in his mold.

The wide-ranging discussion repeatedly touched on the Obama Foundation’s efforts to engage the digital space to help young people in the U.S. and across the world get connected.

“If I could do that effectively, then — you know — I would create a hundred or a thousand or a million young Barack Obamas or Michelle Obamas,” Obama said. “Or, the next group of people who could take that baton in that relay race that is human progress.”

During the discussion, Obama acknowledged the great potential that young people have in making a difference, pointing to the March for Our Lives anti-gun violence demonstrations, led by high schoolers, in Washington, D.C., and around the globe. He also knocked “old men” in power.

“A lot of our problems are caused by old men. No offense, men, who are old,” he quipped.

Missile ATTACK from Yemen KILLS ‘at least one’ in Saudi Arabia capital, Riyadh

    @ eaglesoars:

Saudi Arabian authorities say one person has been killed and two other wounded in a ballistic missile attack on the kingdom’s capital by Yemeni Shiite rebels known as Houthis.

Debris from the missiles fell on a home in Riyadh, killing an Egyptian resident and wounding two other Egyptians, said coalition spokesman Colonel Turki al-Malki, according to SPA.

The death was reported early Monday by the state-run Saudi Press Agency.

Saudi Arabia’s military said seven missiles were fired late Sunday.

The ballistic missiles were fired from Yemen, all of them were intercepted, but one intercepter failed and the missile fell in the area

That’s the same thing that happened in 1991 in the incident that caused most of the US casualties in Desert Storm. A Patriot hit one of the SCUDs, but debris fell on a warehouse they were living in.

Missile intercept it great, it keeps the missile from hitting what it was targeted at and generally destroys the payload. However, there are still two very large masses of material that are going to fall somewhere.

Emma WAS wearing a Cuban flag patch. Rep. Steve King nailed her ass for it.

‘This is how you look when you claim Cuban heritage yet don’t speak Spanish and ignore the fact that your ancestors fled the island when the dictatorship turned Cuba into a prison camp, after removing all weapons from its citizens; hence their right to self defense,’ the campaign wrote in a post, over a photo of the teen.

White and Black dwarfs are stellar remnants. Stars that have gone nova/supernova and are in the later stages of dying. Which is the only reason that our sun isn’t classified as a white dwarf.

Our sun is almost the largest of the “Dwarf” classifications. The Dwarf classifications are “Orange, Yellow, Red, White, Black and Brown” Orange Dwarfs are the largest of the Dwarf classification, a Black Dwarf is a White Dwarf that has cooled to the point of no longer emitting noticeable radiation or light, and a Brown Dwarf is a star whose mass was just slightly to little for it to ignite fusion.

That Cruz was bullied at school is a widely acknowledged fact, what the media has very carefully not delved into is, “WHO” specifically was doing the bullying.

    https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2018/02/22/if-nikolas-cruz-was-bullied-who-bullied-him/

Ostracization has a completely different meaning in high school than it does in adult society, in high school, it is one facet of bullying. By admitting to ostracizing him, she is in fact admitting to bullying him. Furthermore, in another version of this video, a longer one, she asserts that she and her cohorts were fully justified in doing so.

uh oh. Guess what Parkland ‘survivor’ wasn’t actually at school that day?

CBS has not-yet-aired documentary ’39 Days’.
    ——-
DAVID HOGG: On the day of the shooting, I got my camera and got on my bike and rode as fast as I could three miles from my house to the school to get as much video and to get as many interviews as I could because I knew that this could not be another mass shooting.

    ——————

which is a tad different from the interview he gave Time mag

    ———————

When Hogg heard a “pop” while sitting in an AP environmental science class around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, he told his teacher it sounded strangely like a gunshot. But there had been a fire drill that very morning and talk of a “Code Red” exercise to prepare for an active shooter. This must just be a surprise drill, he reasoned.
    []
“While I was in there, I thought, ‘What impact have I had? What will my story be if I die here?’” Hogg told TIME in the hours following the ordeal. “And the only thing I could think of was, pull out my camera and try telling others. As a student journalist, as an aspiring journalist, that’s all I could think: Get other people’s stories on tape. If we all die, the camera survives, and that’s how we get the message out there, about how we want change to be brought about

David Hogg has a Get ToKnow Me session. This reads like a parody, but no.
This kid has an ego running amok.

    @ eaglesoars:
    @ RIX:

Hogg posted a video that purportedly was recorded WHILE the gun crisis was going on and they were in “lockdown”. Note that everyone talking is surprisingly calm, no mention of concern for the safety of the other students….simply a “guns are bad, guns must be stopped” screed. At one point HoggWash says it is “9:32 a.m.” – but the shooting occurred in the afternoon. Also I hear no loudspeakers – it’s as if a bunch of people were just “there”, but not while an emergency situation was going on.

If I were positing a hypothesis, here it is – Hogg was NOT a school that day. He is no more a survivor than you or I to the tragedy that happened. Nor did he pedal his bicycle over to the school to get interviews. NO ONE in their right mind sticks themselves in the middle of a life and death situation. And I seriously doubt that he would have been able to get anywhere NEAR that school.

To quote Al Pacino in my favorite Lawyer moving (okay, AFTER “To Kill a Mockingbird”) — “And if you let him get away with it then something REALLY WRONG is going on here….”

    HoggWash quote:

And the only thing I could think of was, pull out my camera and try telling others. As a student journalist, as an aspiring journalist, that’s all I could think: Get other people’s stories on tape.

Really Hoggwash? The only thing I would think of is to stay as quiet as possible and listen for instruction and sounds from the outside to see if the danger was over and it had passed. And I would probably need an effing change of underwear because I would be scared S**TLESS since I didn’t know where they were, or how many of them there were.

I think when this is all finally over, HoggWash is going to be completely discredited. As will a couple of his fellow famewhores. Kasky is already being asked why he deleted the violent fantasies of his FB page.

The one they had was $4,995. I believe it’s the same as what that ad describes, though, because it was chambered for .308 rather than the original .30-06

Pretty sure they’re US surplus machine guns that were given/sold to Israel way back when in the ’50s or so. They converted them to fire 7.62×51 (.308) because it’s much easier to come by than linked .30-06

Then they were rebuilt and converted to semi-auto so they could be sold

I’m sure most of them believe that you can avoid the background check by slipping the dealer a $20 or something, too. They have no earthly idea how tightly regulated gun sales actually are. Every FFL dealer in America has records showing what happened to every single gun that’s ever been in their inventory. If they go out of business or surrender their license, those records go to the ATF.

Oh, here’s an UPDATE to the David Hogg timeline. That only makes it worse

At 6 pm after the shooting, I took my camera, got on my bike. I rode in basically twilight. And I ride my bike three miles down winding sidewalks and find my way to the school, as I’ve done in previous years. All the while, I was making sure my camera bag didn’t rip open, because if you zip it a certain way, the camera falls out, and it would be destroyed.

So, if this is true, this has the makings of a true psy-op, done on purpose with the express intent of getting the result it got. With the objective of getting the US to give up one of its fundamental freedoms. Which explains why these two were so conveniently located after this event for this kind of rise to fame and notoriety.

Democrats Introduce Bill Requiring Background Checks For Ammo Purchases

Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-FL) and Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) on Monday introduced a bicameral piece of legislation, known as the Ammunition Background Check Act of 2018, that would require background checks for anyone wanting to purchase ammunition.

According to Wasserman-Schultz’s office, the legislation would “close a loophole” that allows “criminals, domestic abusers, and dangerously mentally ill individuals” from purchasing ammo.

If passed, the legislation would require ammo purchases to undergo a background check through the National Instant Background Check System (NICS), the same system that is used to conduct background checks for firearms purchases.

Every retailer who sells ammo would be required to conduct a background check system through the NICS system, which isn’t a problem for most gun stores who are federal firearms licensees (FFLs). The potential issue would be from stores who sell ammunition but not firearms and do not possess an FFL. They would either have to partner with an FFL to conduct the background checks or they would have to go through the process to become an FFL.

“This common-sense legislation simply enforces existing federal law, and will make it harder for criminals to amass hundreds of rounds of ammunition without so much as sharing their first name with a gun store clerk,” Wasserman Schultz said in a statement. “Closing this absurd loophole will not by itself stop the next mass shooting tragedy. But this popular approach must be part of our larger strategy for ending gun violence. Studies show it can help keep ‘bad guys with guns’ from perpetrating another mass slaughter like the one we witnessed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in my Broward County community, or the thousands of other acts of gun violence that devastate communities across the country. It takes more than just a gun to take an innocent life. It also takes bullets. We need to do all we can to make sure neither of them ends up in the wrong hands.”
