May the lord Jesus Christ welcome Josh Spencer into his loving embrace and say to him, “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master!”.
I don’t know how to say this so it doesn’t sound ‘wrong’, but I’m glad this was fast. Except I’m sorry we didn’t have more time to know each other better. He was a VERY sweet guy who deserved a much better break than he got. Sweet dreams, Josh, I hope we were the friends you wanted and needed. God speed and rest.
Here is his obit. It says he passed away at the hospital, not hospice.

Good night, Eaglesoars.
Sad to hear that Josh has passed away. Well done Macker. You’ll be sorely missed mate!
Give IronFist a stir up when you see him Macker and let him know that we’re still here fighting the good fight.
A sad day.
Terrible news about Josh. But his suffering has ended and he is with the Lord. RIP

Hey, does anyone have a link to Macker’s World? I want to write an article for my blog on Josh’s Download City but can’t find a link to it anywhere.

P.S, the link in the sidebar goes to some lawyers website

maybe not. Osprey, Josh was seeing a woman named Jean/Jeanne from Texas and I believe she said she was a gamer. Josh may have simply moved the stuff to another platform and she may know where. Do you know how to contact her? I know he submitted a script recently to somebody – I have to check my mail for his stuff, I think I’ve kept most of it, not that there was a lot.
I’m about to leave for a few hours, will check back later.
RIP, Josh.
Prayers for the family.

Actually took a break from politics for a bit, even from my podcasts. Was off work for two weeks and my wireless at home crapped out. It was an incredible comedy of errors at this point. Got back to work and two weeks’ accumulation of projects and emails I’m STILL plowing through.
This morning I’m like….what’s missing….and I’m – damn! When’s the last time I checked in with who I consider my REAL comrades on the interwebz?
So to plunge right in…anyone think that the walking turd that is Peter Strzok had a meeting with those Committee Democrats in advance of his appearance and a strategy was plotted to get him through the hearing? The way his handlers kept signaling to the Democrat side tells me a lot. Oh, and way to wrap yourself as the “FBI” you slithering reptile. YOU are not the FBI and maybe Congress can bring up a few agents who loathe what you’ve done to the Bureau and let’s see if the Democrats accredit them with the same sense of duty they accorded you.
I hope purple heart veterans show up at Henry Cohen’s next campaign stop to ask him how a lying, cheating biased human bile duct like Strzok is worthy of the same honor they received for putting their lives on the line.
The Barbarian wrote:
yeaah, whatever happened to the agents who wanted to be subpoenaed so they could testify w/o violating the NDAs?
@ eaglesoars:
My understanding is that the FBI will not “permit” them to testify, which begs the question of what the holy hell is going on at Justice? Wray and Sessions might as well have been appointed by Obama for all the good they’re doing for transparency in this God-awful mess.
The Barbarian wrote:
MY understanding is that if you ignore a subpoena from Congress, they send Federal Marshalls to your house, see Lisa Page. The FBI/DOJ doesn’t get to ‘permit’.
Rosenstein has called a presser for a few minutes from now. Probably more indictments that have nothing to do with anything.

evidence? when have these people ever needed it?
eaglesoars wrote:
this is so predictable. Sen. Mark Warner (moron-Virginia) is insisting Trump call off the Putin summit. Nice work, Rosenstein, your new title is Captain Obvious
@ eaglesoars:
I thought the exchange between the Chairman and the Democrat Asshat and his “point of order” regarding Strzok answering the harmless question of “did you conduct ANY interviews” was telling. Those Congress critters were under some pretty strict orders to block lines questions – even if they looked completely ignorant in doing so.
Oh indeed, if you or I ignored a Congressional subpoena to appear or to produce documents we would certainly find ourselves in front of the nearest District Court Judge to explain why we didn’t have to comply. But watching Strzok testify (if you could even call it that – since he seemed to be performing), judging from his smirking and body language, he looked like a dickhead who had “nothing” to worry about.
Deplorable Bumr50 wrote:
Oh I see. Will there be indictments of the Chinese then, that have hacked all of our other servers at DoD, etc.? Interesting indictments, since it’s only the DNC’s word that it was the Russians and it’s well known that intelligence agencies can leave “footprints” that direct you away from the actual hackers.
@ Deplorable Bumr50:
@ The Barbarian:
you know, I didn’t catch what the actual indictments are for other than ‘meddling’. That’s a legal term I hadn’t heard before but what do I know. ‘hacking’ and ‘DNC’ may have been uttered but I didn’t catch it.
I need to go back in time to the moment somebody showed my Dad how to group text and disrupt it somehow.
@ eaglesoars:
I’m trying to remember in what part of the U.S. Code “Meddling” is a chargeable office. I don’t think it lives in tort law – the courts would be far more crowded than they are now.
@ The Barbarian:
ok, I get it. These indictments do indeed cover the DNC hacking. It’s Mueller’s way of closing the door on it because everyone indicted is in Russia and Mueller can throw up his hands and say ‘whaddya gonna do?”. He just shut it down.
And the timing isn’t too obvious or anything either.
eaglesoars wrote:
He HAS to shut it down. He doesn’t have the server does he? Any defense would want to be able to examine it and they can’t.
@ eaglesoars:
Absolutely. Because Mueller is going to have severe chain and custody of evidence problems if he actually had to prosecute them. The servers were manipulated by a PRIVATE company after the hack. Julian Assage has stated unequivocally that the emails did not come to him from Russia.
Mueller will slink his skanky ass off after the November election if the Dems fail to retake both Houses of Congress. His dreams of impeachment of Trump will be gone. Articles will not be entertained in the House and he can forget about the Senate.
At that point, Rosenstein should be FIRED for cause.
https://twitter.com/DrGrey91721741/status/1017617895520493568
1678 votes cast so far. 84% for prosecuting Strzok, 16% against.
The Barbarian wrote:
You’re referring to Crowdstrike, I believe. I read Donna Brazille’s book. I think she was honest in it, any factual errors are based on her misunderstanding of how computers work, not an intention to mislead.
I know how computers work. I read that book and if I were the investigator, I’d start with Crowdstrike. To me, it looks like an inside job. Crowdstrike did the hack, and got itself hired to ‘fix’ it.
Rest in peace Josh ‘Macker’ Spencer.
@ doriangrey:
I believe Strzok’s texts BROADLY implied that he was leaking information to CNN. If so, then he most certainly CAN be prosecuted. And I imagine that there are some career FBI and DOJ people that would be very happy to undertake the effort.
@ eaglesoars:
It wouldn’t surprise me. I also wonder if they used Crowdstrike because the FBI’s computer forensic guys would have uncovered the Con-men from Pakistan’s machinations of the server.
The Barbarian wrote:
This is all smoke aned mirrors, just like the other case Mueller and company filed against the Russian’s. Its all bluff and bluster in the hopes that the Russian’s won’t show up. You would think Mueller and Rosenstein would have learned the first time.
