This is The New Democrat Party!

Oh, Please! MORE OF THIS!!!

Frustrated Democratic lawmakers are offering Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez some advice: Cool it.

Ocasio-Cortez stunned the political world with her upset primary victory last month over Rep. Joseph Crowley (D-N.Y.), the head of the House Democratic Caucus and a rising star within the party.

But while the improbable win made Ocasio-Cortez an overnight progressive superstar, a number of House Democrats are up in arms over her no-holds-barred approach, particularly her recent accusation that Crowley, who has endorsed her candidacy, is seeking to topple her bid with a third-party run.

Some legislators are voicing concerns that Ocasio-Cortez appears set on using her newfound star power to attack Democrats from the left flank, threatening to divide the party — and undermine its chances at retaking the House — in a midterm election year when leaders are scrambling to form a united front against President Trump and Republicans.

The members are not mincing words, warning that Ocasio-Cortez is making enemies of soon-to-be colleagues even before she arrives on Capitol Hill, as she’s expected to do after November’s midterms.

“She’s carrying on and she ain’t gonna make friends that way,” said Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.). “Joe conceded, wished her well, said he would support her … so she doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about.”

The Dems created this, now they will have to live with it. Yinz moved hard to the left, well, what did yinz expect was going to happen?

OK, this is just my observation and I have no data to support my suspicions.

First, a definition of “alien” ( Sci-fi movies have not been helpful in this regard… )

In law, an alien is a person in a country who is not a national of that country, though definitions and terminology differs to some degree. The term “alien” is derived from the Latin alienus, meaning stranger, foreign.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alien_(law)

So, that is me. I am an alien using the definition in law.

Recently it has become more politically correct to use the word “immigrant” instead of “alien” The two things are NOT the same.

I prefer “alien” until I become naturalized citizen.

Now, what type of alien am I?

Well, I am legal. I pay taxes, I have a SSN and I have all the rights and protections of a US citizen.

Hey I can even be drafted into the armed services! ( my “draft by” date has expired, but you get the point )

Only think I cannot do is vote, with the understanding that is in federal, and state elections but in some places I could vote in local city elections.

I think that is fair. I pay city taxes, I should be able to vote in city elections.

1776 springs to mind… “Taxation without representation”

OK that worked…. ( got Internet issues )

My point is, it seems the unemployment rate in the area I live has increased dramatically.

I have friends in this apartment complex who obviously are LEGAL aliens who are out of work.

A year ago if I slept late and left for work at 9am the parking lot at the apartment was almost empty.

Now at 9am it is still half full.

Talked to some of my neighbors yesterday in the parking lot where they congregate in the evenings.

They tell me there is no work.

So, my totally unfounded suspicion that I cannot prove is….

In this area LEGAL aliens are becoming unemployed because ILLEGAL aliens are taking their jobs from them.

And the AMERICAN employers of ILLEGAL aliens should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

If they are in the building trades. I mean registered not amateurs there are masses of jobs in NZ right now. 100,000 houses to build in a decade and the plan is already short by 30,000 houses before we get back to just catching up with demand.

No, I pay Federal taxes, no state employment tax in Texas.

San Francisco Begins Registering Illegal Aliens To Vote

The Department of Elections in San Francisco on Monday issued voter registration for illegal aliens to allow them to vote for members of the city’s Board of Education in the Nov. 6 election.

Becoming California’s first city to allow non-American citizens to vote in local elections, Supervisor Norman Yee said, “We want to give immigrants the right to vote.”

In order to vote, the illegal aliens must live in the city, be at least 18 years old and be the “parents, legal guardians or caregivers of children under the age of 19 who also reside in San Francisco,” ABC-7 reported.

Anyone want to bet on whether these newly-registered voters will be allowed to vote in other elections, as well?

Around 1983 I was prevented from entering a Marconi Electronics site in East England. They needed some shit fixing.

The reason was, I had worked in South Africa.

I was quite surprised they knew I had worked in South Africa!

Asked the assholes not letting me in who I had worked for in South Africa that caused them to not let me into the UK Marconi site.

“Um sir, you did work for Marconi Space and Defense in South Africa in 1982!”

I always grimace when advocates for compulsory identity, especially embedded identity, say,….. I don’t care because I’ve done nothing illegal.

Electronic money is now in sight so material notes will not be necessary. Just imagine going to a ATM and the voice of the machine tells you that you can only withdraw $60 of your own money per day … for some reason. Or that the ‘… authorities ‘ … have noticed that you met with someone that they do not approve of by tracking technology embedded. That prevents any possibility of anyone EVER rising up and opposing an authoritarian government because individuals are being tracked, controlled, and sanctioned individually by an Authoritarian State that demands compliance, initially through locking you up, denying you citizens’ rights and eventually death.

The slippery slope begins with … ” I have nothing to hide’ …..

One thing I am NOT hearing from the media about those so-called Russian indictment – well two things really – which Rush astutely pointed out on his show yesterday:

    1. Putin has offered Mueller/DOJ the opportunity to come to Russia and interview the defendants. Will anyone actually do this?

    2. We have an extradition treaty with Russia. Why is the media NOT asking Rosenstein (since Mueller has punted the case off his radar) when they will be pursuing and filing the papers requesting extradition? In fact, one would think those would have been filed simultaneously with the issuance of the indictment.

Just kidding – I know the answer to both….

From the ‘Are you kidding me?’ file (site Big League Politics)

A former co-worker of Peter Strzok tells Big League Politics about Strzok’s extensive background in the intelligence community, including the fact that he grew up in Iran. Many intelligence officers like Strzok are complete ghosts with questionable history and gaps in their life story. But now we have some insight. (RELATED: Strzok Worked For CIA And FBI At Same Time, According To Document).

Peter Strzok was born in the late 1960’s – he attended the American School in Iran up until 1978 when it closed down and then he attended the American School in Saudi Arabia. He supposedly attended a Catholic School, St. John’s Prep in Minneapolis (the school refused to confirm or deny attendance) and then completed a Bachelors at Georgetown and some form of graduate degree after that.

The truth is that after Peter Strzok III turned 18 his life is arcane, which is the usual story of many like him. Did you know that Peter Strzok II (Strzok’s father) and Hillary Clinton have a lot in common? It turns out after advocating for Khomeni in Iran and then working in Saudi Arabia to calm the waters of an Iranian government (appeasing them with anti-Semitic rhetoric), Strzok’s father Strzok II also dabbled in “charity work.” Strzok’s father was involved in so-called charity work in Haiti but also helped dismantle and reassemble Upper Volta..now known as Burkina Faso.

Despite Deep State efforts to scrub information, the Internet is forever. Below you will see a very controversial happening in the early Eighties. Peter Strzok II (Strzok’s father, also known as Peter Strzok Sr.) was an employee of Catholic Relief Services and was interviewed by the New York Times in 1985 over his testimony or statements regarding mishandling money intended for Ethiopia. In the article he identifies himself as a former employee of the charity and he is a retired US Army Corps Engineer who served the agency in Africa and Haiti. So Peter Strzok II worked in Haiti with a charity? That sounds eerily familiar. Can we all guess which charities partnered to help Haiti?

I am sorry that sometimes I ramble on without making my point.

LOL and sometimes I regret the fact I am old and tired and 15 minutes after I eat supper I crawl into bed to sleep without finishing the ramble.

Last post by me last night was 9:15pm, 8:15pm my time. Old age is taking its toll.

My point was, well there are a few points, Law abiding American citizens are regularly fingerprinted and background checked as a routine due to their employment, permits, licenses etc.

Legal permanent residents are too. Also in addition to the above we are fingerprinted, background checked and have to undergo a full medical before our green card is even considered. And we have to PAY to be fingerprinted and FBI background checked. I have no problem with that.

Now, some assholes are wanting “open borders” where we just let anyone in regardless, and without documentation?

No. That is wrong. These “illegals” should be removed as soon as they are apprehended. No sneaking through the back door, or up a fire escape, or an open window, or crawling through an air condition duct.

You politely knock on the front door. And there are many front doors you can knock on. The United States of America has an embassy in most countries and in the larger countries several consulates.

Those are the front doors that immigrants should knock on and ask for entry to the USA.

That was part 1 of tonight’s rant.

Point two is for Aussie Infidel

    I totally agree with you!

My rant about wanting to be microchiped like a cat was so that I could prove who I was, nobody could impersonate me was one side of the coin.

The other side of the coin as you quite correctly stated was then I would have no control over what data was collected about me. And importantly I could be denied banking services etc by the state.

The USA is a long way from that scenario.

LOL you do not even need an ID of any kind to vote here…..

In maybe 20 years they are going to ask for a driver license or a utility bill so you can prove who you are before you vote.

“Big Brother” in the USA is watching the citizens and the legal residents.

It cannot watch those it cannot see….

However, city tax is a whole different thing.

And voting for local elected officials is in my mind different.

Point three from last night. I really think that I, as a legal permanent resident, should be allowed to vote in city council elections.

I live here, pay taxes and this is my community.

    Resident…..

And today we get this from San Francisco.

San Francisco began registering non-citizens, including undocumented immigrants, to register to vote Monday in the November election for the city school board, reported The San Francisco Chronicle.

The move follows passage of a 2016 ballot measure by San Francisco voters opening school elections to non-citizens who are over the age of 18, city residents and have children under age 19, reported the publication.

    https://www.sacbee.com/news/state/california/article215095600.html

    No, no and no again!

Legal permanent residents should be able to vote in local elections.

How the fuck do ILLEGAL ALIENS even have their children in a school???????

How the fuck do ILLEGAL ALIENS even have their children in a school???????

Because the public schools aren’t allowed to ask about their residency status. They basically have to enroll any child who shows up.

There are towns in south Texas and southern NM where Mexican kids cross the border every day to attend school in the US.

    54 | July 18, 2018 8:29 pm

    no he didn’t

On Wednesday, Russian prosecutors escalated the stakes. The prosecutor-general’s office said it wanted to interview Michael McFaul, the former U.S. ambassador to Russia, another Putin bete noire. McFaul—the Obama-era ambassador to Moscow—replied on Twitter that the Russians know well that he wasn’t even in Russia during the relevant time frame for any case against Browder.

At the White House, however, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders declined to rule out permitting the Russians to question McFaul. Sanders said that there had been “some conversation” in Helsinki about the issue, though Trump made no “commitment.”

And the CNN Breaking News Edginess Award goes to this former White House Stenographer with a book and a fake narrative to push:

    https://twitchy.com/brettt-3136/2018/07/18/important-white-house-stenographer-quits-her-job-and-cnn-is-on-it/

According to Beck Dorey-Stein, she was so upset about the Trump White House, she quit! Except there’s a little more to the story. She didn’t quit, say, last week. She quit in early 2017, before the customary broom that each administration brings in caught up with her.

Her scandalous revelation about Trump is that he doesn’t like microphones in his face, which of course, made it hard for poor stenographers such as herself, so therefore he didn’t have them attend meetings.

No, girlfriend, he didn’t have YOU attend meetings. My guess is until he could replace the Obama holdovers, he kept you partisan hacks out of his important meetings, and probably brought in stenographers or CSR’s from the FBI or DoD, that had clearance, to take down his meetings.

Oh, and that “microphones in his face”? Really, how ancient is the technology you’re using, idiot? We often have audio records made at depositions so that we have something we can reference until the transcript becomes available. The company we use hooks a remote mic to the shirt buttons, collars or lapels – there is no “microphone in the face” – I’m pretty sure the White House would have similarly sophisticated equipment.

The anchor said “He cancelled because he could not defend the President’s remarks at Helsinki.”

Not true. He cancelled for a completely different reason and had to take to Twitter to correct it.

I find it hysterial hypocritical that the left, which went to the “but Bush” well for 8 years during Obama’s Presidency, is now completely apoplectic and calls it “whataboutism” when you point out Obama’s policy disasters.

Oh, and no one from the MSM stenographers has yet to ask why Obama administration told the Cyber investigators to “stand down” when they found evidence of Russian meddling and were advising on ways to mitigate and stop it. My theory: Obama thought it was to help Hillary (or KNEW it was) and didn’t want to taint the election results.

The Russians are not meddling with elections, as a great called to Rush pointed out yesterday – they are meddling with CAMPAIGNS. BIG difference.

The Democrats, the media and the hysterical left are experiencing something with this President that they never experienced before. It’s called PUSH BACK – and Americans like it. It forces the Progressive Trinity to get more and more ludicrous in their attempts to discredit him and in so doing, are making more and more people, especially those who were neutral about Trump to begin with – extremely angry. Look at his poll numbers. Better than Obama’s at this point in his Presidency.

Trump may be rich, but in many ways, Trump’s like us. To belittle him makes him more endearing to those who identify with him. And those that are coming to identify with him.

The intelligence services. Christopher Steele was supposedly way out of line to run that dossier op as a private contractor. In a ‘clean’ world, he would have been out of any loop to know what ops it may have collided with or inadvertently screwed up.

Has Steele suffered any consequences from Her Majesty’s gov’t? Not that I can tell. So what if he was IN the loop? The UK was running an opposition operation against a U.S. POTUS candidate? In cooperation with U.S. intelligence agencies? That’s a possibility and Steele was just a ‘clean hands’ cut-out.

Brennan is a plant, I don’t know who he’s working for. The deranged ranting is not a tactic I understand. During his tenure he pulled stunts that were so obviously dishonest, I wonder if the point was the fact that they were obvious.

Remember that I’ve been saying I see no evidence the DNC servers were hacked? It looks to me like it was an inside job and that really points to Crowdstrike, the org that was hired by Marc Elias of the Clinton Campaign. Does the name Shawn Henry mean anything? He was one of the analysts who worked on the DNC server.

This is apparently going to be the Democrat line of attack (or one of them) on Kavanaugh. I hope he answers “I had no knowledge of this alleged harassment, Senator. And unless and until you can bring forward a credible witness that can state uneqivocally that I DID have knowledge, which will be difficult for you to do because no such person exists, you are stuck with MY recollections.”

I didn’t start out a Trump supporter, as you all know. But I was all in once he got the nomination. It’s a shame others couldn’t suck it up and understand the nation was more important than the fact that their candidate didn’t secure the nod. I’m fine with people who say they wish Trump weren’t so crude. Okay, I get that. But the fact that he talks like a “guy from Queens” (or a steelworker from Pittsburg, a plumber from Oshkosh, or a construction worker in Sacramento for that matter) doesn’t negate the great good his has done in 18 months.

Admitting you were wrong is hard. But it’s the sine qua non of being a thinking, mature adult.

Virtue signaling is always an act by individuals who know that they posses no virtue in a vain attempt to convince people who do not know them that they npot only posses virtue, but a superior degree of virtue.

Virtue is like humility, the instant you start pointing to your own, is the instant you prove you do not have any.

Don’t kid yourself. They do not, for one nanosecond, believe they were wrong. Their rage comes from the fact that not only did they lose, they lost to people they utterly despise – the deplorables. Their problem isn’t even with the real Trump. Bill Clinton, after all, is good buddies with Jeff Epstein. Their problem with Trump is the people he represents.

They hate us. They wouldn’t mind if we end up dead. A lot of them would be thrilled.

    Behave accordingly.

Point taken. It must have come as a real shock to find out that those Deplorables were happy, when finally given the chance to do so, to vote for someone who was like them, who worked for a living, had failures, had successes, was proud of his country, loved his family and didn’t hail from those Ivy League universities that produce our customary national overlords.

It’s interesting. Your degree from private universities Stanford and Southern California carry more weight in prestige than Cal or UCLA. Cause, you know, STATE school. I actually had a Stanford grad once tell me that my Psych/Econ summa degree (with Phi Beta Kappa key, I might add) was of less importance in the long run than his B.A. in English with a C average since it was from an elite university.

I just smiled and asked him which one had more Nobel Laureates on the faculty.

Haaa… If (hopefully when) you were to ever meet me in person, you will find that in person I am pretty much everything you would expect to see in a conservative College professor. (coldwarrior can attest to this). The only difference might be in my attire. Though even that might not be a distinguishing aspect. I am inclined towards tee shirts and jeans, thought not uncomfortable in button down shirts and tweed jackets. Ties only when absolutely required.

I can hold a reasonably competent conversion on at least a hundred different subjects without looking or sounding like I am ignorant or pulling shit out of my ass.

I have performed (musically) for Kings and Queens, Presidents and Prime Ministers and various other heads of state. I can eat hor dourves while sipping champagne or Red wine, and talking regional politics without making a fool of myself.

I can literally go from a Hell’s Angel bar to a State function without missing a single beat. I am funny, entertaining and engaging. When I was younger, and still thought of myself as a Rock Star, I did have a proclivity to hit on the attractive women at such functions. Now, I am just an old man and know better.

Were it not for my tendency to be outspoken in my conservative values, I would make a near perfect diplomat.

I’m so damned awesome… (could someone please give me a hand patting myself on my back, I have arthritis theses days and have trouble doing it myself, arm just seems to refuse to reach there without causing me considerable pain).

  136. 139 | July 20, 2018 6:11 pm

Can you imagine the carnage when they let loose folks who can only marginally operate in two dimensions and kill each other in crashes at annual increasing rates…… being let loose in three dimensions?

Few folks can actually operate a road vehicle safely and it’s only road engineering that keeps them separated and alive. Even fewer have the spatial skills to operate in three dimensions.

I know I used to teach these folks to fly. Most really shouldn’t have ever got close to a cockpit. It was only the very low density of aircraft that kept many of them alive. Now imagine 1 thousand times the aerial traffic density with amateurs flying all over the place.

    I think I’d walk!

They’re still hoping that somehow this is a campaign finance irregularity worthy of impeachment. But what is really pissing me off, other than the breach of fiduciary duty that Cohen committed in tape recording a client without his knowledge, is the blatant piercing of attorney-client privilege. Paying off someone to keep quiet about something is not furtherance of a criminal conspiracy unless you are witness tampering. That isn’t the case here.

And Michael Cohen should be immediately brought up before the Disciplinary Committee of the New York State Bar and be stripped of his law license. And Trump should sue him for malpractice. Because that is what this is.

I’m really struck, however, that no one in the MSM seems to be bothered that these people were attempting to blackmail a Presidential candidate.

Some of my favorite scary stories.
    – I had a guy who owned a twin. He wanted his 16 year old, student pilot son to take his second solo in his twin. And was STUNNED we didn’t have people calling all the time about that.

    – I had another student pilot who owned a half million dollar Bonanza. He was upgrading to a $550,000 model, and said ‘My CFI & I were talking as we climbed out the other day. What would it take to get me in a King Air?’ It wasn’t easy to stop myself from laughing at him.

But I did have some great customers too. A guy down in Florida had tons of money, but actually listened, and also had every rating you could get, from ATP, CFII to A&P. The first thing he wanted me to shop for him was an L-39, Czech built trainer. When I got a price on coverage for around $22,000 he said ‘That’s not bad.’

Ezra Levant crowdfunded the best legal representation he could find for Tommy Robinson. Tommy’s appeal was just held headed by serious officialdom of the British Justice system. Ezra flew to England to be there at the appeal. He is reporting from outside the Courthouse. Seeing how important the rulings on this and Tommy’s related cases are, Ezra is optimistic about the outcome and believes Tommy will be released. The appeal will be ruled on at the end of July allowing time for the THREE judges to confer.

No shit. And I live in a frickin desert to boot. A friend of my brother’s has been doing it for the last 20 years. He very recently decided to quit the company he was working for and go out as an Independence contractor. More time off to spend with his kid.

So, he is gong to teach me the ropes and pay me very good money to learn.

Selling and installing LED lighting in gas stations and small convenience stores is an HVAC related opportunity. The electricity company rebate often is enough to cover the material cost, and the lower monthly electricity bill is just a bonus.

Also, anti sweat heater controls for refrigerated display cases are eligible for a rebate too.

Dorian, do some research on what an anti-sweat control is and I will send you one.

By the way, I do not work for that company. It is just a page that explains what an anti sweat control is.

All new installations come with them fitted as standard.

There are three judges, yes? But you would know more inside baseball. While it’s depressing for Tommy to be in solitary, it’s a lot safer. It does demonstrate that they know the world is paying attention to this case, and they can’t just disappear him without looking like a bunch of touts.

yo, Dorian, this is for you. Read and explain to the rest of us, please. Sounds like it’s probably interesting but totally unavailable to my untrained brain.

    https://www.quantamagazine.org/the-octonion-math-that-could-underpin-physics-20180720/

In 2014, a graduate student at the University of Waterloo, Canada, named Cohl Furey rented a car and drove six hours south to Pennsylvania State University, eager to talk to a physics professor there named Murat Günaydin. Furey had figured out how to build on a finding of Günaydin’s from 40 years earlier — a largely forgotten result that supported a powerful suspicion about fundamental physics and its relationship to pure math.

The suspicion, harbored by many physicists and mathematicians over the decades but rarely actively pursued, is that the peculiar panoply of forces and particles that comprise reality spring logically from the properties of eight-dimensional numbers called “octonions.”

The short answer is, yes. To both. Numbers do not have dimensions, dimensions have numbers. Our natural senses allow us to easily grasp a Cartesian system with four place values. X, Y, Z and T. Where X is width, Y is height Z is depth and T represents time, or movement.

Well, as it just so happens, the Universe we live in has more than 4 dimensions. It has depending on which version of the super symmetry theory you ascribe to either 11 or 22 dimensions.

The Standard Model of physics has been utterly amazing at predicting certain aspects of Quantum Physics. Quantum Physics, just in case you do not actually understand what it is, is the layer of reality that exist 1 layer below the subatomic. The particles of Quantum physics are the matter/energy that electrons Neutrons and protons are made out of.

The problem is…. While the Standard Model is amazingly accurate in dealing with the majority of Quantum Physics… Quantum Physics is ragged around the edges. What that means is that the Standard Model does not explain certain aspect of Quantum physics, even though it predicts it extremely well.

Things like Quantum Tunneling and Entanglement are ragged edges in the Standard Model. And trying to explain those ragged edges has lead to a new (and extremely young) branch of Physics. Of which there are several competing varieties.

Basically what you have stumbled on, is something loosely being called “Emergence Theory”. Einstein’s “Special Relativity” hinted at it, but the math is so weird and convoluted that it has mostly been ignored until now.

T^he simplest explanation I can give you for Emergence Theory is, that in Emergence Theory there are more than 4 dimensions to the Universe, so far, everyone dabbling in it are concentrating on 8 dimensions. They are counted from 0 to 10.

Why 8? Because the ) dimensions has… Zero dimensions, as does the 10th dimension, and the 9th dimensions is a pseudo-space connecting the 0 dimension and the 10th dimensions. Which leaves 8 physical dimensions.

Within every dimension, mathematics works slightly different. This is where Dimensional Numbers comes from. In higher dimensions every dimension represents degrees of latitude in movement. (just as they do in our perceivable 4 dimensional space).

In 8 dimensional space, it is not, up, down, right, left, forward backward future, past. Its up, down, right, left, forward, backward, future, past, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank, fill in the blank. Where each “Fill in the blank” is a direction that you can move.

Now, remember, I said that Quantum Theory/The Standard Model was ragged around the edges, it can predict quantum tunneling and quantum entanglement, but it cannot explain it. This is where Emergence Theory comes in. Emergence Theory is suppose to define all of those “Fill in the blanks” in order to explain how a Quantum tunneled or teleported or entangled particle actually moves from point a) to point b).

It is also suppose to predict a whole new table of particles which would breach the gap in size between quantum particles and fundamental forces known as “Gauge Fields” 1) the strong nuclear force, 2) the electromagnetic force, 3) the weak nuclear force, and 4) gravity and of course the “Higgs Field”.

All fundamental particles are vibrations in on of those fields. Starting at the very very bottom, with the “String”. One of the very serious ragged edges in QED (Quantum Electro Dynamics) is the fact that there are about 12 orders of magnitude in size difference between a quantum particle such as a Gluon, and a “String”. While there is only 1 order of magnitude difference between a Gluon and Quark and 1 order of magnitude between a electron and a proton.

In other words, particles get smaller, 1 order of magnitude at a time, but only to a certain level as far as we know. Which is basically, because once they get smaller than a certain size, we are completely incapable of detecting them. And yes, that is most likely what “Dark Matter” actually is. Particles that are several orders of magnitude smaller than anything we can detect.

So the article you posted is a foray into the exotic math required to mathematically describe 8 dimensional space, and the physical characteristics as well as how those characteristics effect matter and the gauge fields.

The first prediction made by Emergence Theory has a very tantalizing possibility to have very recently observed.

    https://www.livescience.com/62721-sterile-neutrino-detected-fermilab.html

That is what this is all about.

If MiniBooNE’s new results hold up, “That would be huge; that’s beyond the standard model; that would require new particles … and an all-new analytical framework,” said Kate Scholberg, a particle physicist at Duke University who was not involved in the experiment.

Emergence Theory might turn out to be another dead end, though I suspect it will not, at least not directly. Which variation of Emergence Theory will turn out to be right, if any of them are right? Its just to early to tell.

But, and this is very important, if any of them turn out to even be stepping stones to a new understanding of physics, the ramifications would be staggering. When I say staggering, I mean on the order of Hubble discovering that Nebula’s were not star clusters in the Universe, but actual Galaxies.

Oh, and I should have been a little clearer here, that first prediction with tantalizing possible evidence, is a new Gauge field. A new gauge field means a whole new set of fundamental particles and a whole new set of particle interactions.

Hence the metaphor of going from Nebula to Galaxies. My understanding of Emergence Theory is that their might well be a bunch of new gauge fields, more than 5 entirely new gauge fields with accompanying particles and interactions.

And because of their size they have the freedom to move across those “Fill in the Blank” degrees of latitude required in 8 dimensional space. Which would explain things like quantum tunneling and entanglement.

Ok, let me clarify this a little bit better as well. As I said above, all particles are vibrations in the different gauge fields. Quantum tunneling is where a particles hits an object, and then seems to pass right straight through it without passing physically through it.

The prediction here, is that a smaller particle, traveling along its own gauge field traverses a higher dimensional degree of latitude which while traversing that different degree of latitude does not cause a vibration in the lower dimensional gauge fields until it returns to traversing one of the dimensional degrees of latitude we can detect.

So rather than actually “Quantum tunneling” through something, it is going around it using a higher dimensional degree of latitude.

An odd characteristic of higher dimensional space is, that while they occupy the exact same outside dimensions, their internal dimensions increase substantially with each additional dimension up until the 9th dimension, where they get smaller on the inside than on the outside.

So if you have a space that is 4 feet by 4 feet by 4 feet, in 3 dimensional space the internal volume is 32 square feet. In 5 dimensional space, the internal volume becomes 128 feet. Therefore if you put a 1 foot in diameter sphere inside the 3 dimensional space there are only 32 physical places it can occupy, in 5 dimensional space there are now 128 physical spaces it can occupy.

So if you travel in a “fill in the blank” direction while traveling through 5 dimensional space, an object that in 3 dimensional space you had a 1 in 32 odds of hitting now becomes a 1 in 128 odds of hitting. You now suddenly can continue traveling in a perfectly straight line that in 3 dimensional space would have resulted in you hitting an object and not even come close to it.

And just like that, there is you explanation for Quantum Tunneling.
