And 17 years later, the lies and conspiracy theories propagates while the truth is buried under the debris of time.

Good morning Thanks for posting this Bunk, it all came rushing back.
I had just dropped my daughter off at school, I did not go on to any office.
I turned around, went home and watched the reports all day. I watched my fellow Americans
Jump out of high rise windows, because smashing against the cement was better than
    burning to death.
All of this because of some vile nut bags, members of a Satanic cult cross dressing as a religion.
I stopped “celebrating diversity’ that day.
This post would get me banned from Twitter, Fortunately I don’t tweet,

  4. 4 | September 11, 2018 8:47 am

I was selling aircraft insurance. We watched for hours, stunned.

Even though we shouldn’t forget, as a nation we have. No, most Muslims aren’t terrorists, but the idea that virtually none are, and that we shouldn’t be careful about who we bring in is idiotic.

Forgetfulness occurs when those who have been long inured to civilized order can no longer remember a time in which they had to wonder whether their crops would grow to maturity without being stolen or their children sold into slavery by a victorious foe.

They forget that in time of danger, in the face of the Enemy, they must trust and confide in each other, or perish.

They forget, in short, that there has ever been a category of human experience called the Enemy

Lee Harris, “Civilization and Its Enemies”

And it was a beautiful Tuesday morning….much like today.

That phone call is so chilling. I want to cry every time I hear it.

We have not forgotten. We never will. Even if those who grandstanded on the Capitol Steps that day have disregarded it.

    @ eaglesoars:

eagles – are you okay? I was thinking of you and hoping you are not in harm’s way of the storm.

Harris’ quote is apt. I have a representation of the flag raising by the three FDNY firemen that I bring in and keep at my desk during the month of September. I actually had a coworker say to me yesterday “do you still really care about that? It was so long ago.”

Yes, you insensitive dirtbag, I do.

    @ The Barbarian:

hey there. yeah, we’re ok in terms of not being on the coast. I’m just doing hurricane stuff today and tomorrow – ALL the laundry done, flashlights/batteries, cars gassed up, all meds on board, stuff like that. Prepping for no power. If we lose A/C the dogs will need special care if it gets really hot and Hubby will need duct tape for his mouth so I don’t have to listen to him whining about how hot it is, but that will be tons better than having no heat in February with an 8 month old puppy. Which has also happened.

I had taken the day off to catch up on some household paperwork that day. I heard the plane hit the Pentagon but I thought a train had derailed (we’re just a few miles from some tracks). The news said they thought the State Dept had been hit and I happened to look out the window and saw the smoke. Black, oily smoke. Wrong direction for State, that had to be the Pentagon. No train had derailed.

A lot of families here are military and some lost a parent/spouse there. Halloween that year was hard. Hubby lost a friend on that plane, Barbara Olson.

I still think we should have nuked Mecca. Twice.

Today is also the anniversary of the Benghazi attacks.

I did not know this but someone on zip noted: 500k people were rescued by boat from Manhattan. It was the biggest boat rescue in history, larger than Dunkirk.

Oh, lookee here! The Democratic Socialists of America want to confiscate the ‘assets’ of the fossil fuel industry

“We Demand…” (they always ‘demand’, they never ask nicely)

    We are demanding:

    a. An immediate, labor-friendly and inclusive transition to 100% clean energy.

    b. A halt to to fossil fuel infrastructure development.

    c. The dismantling of the dirty energy industry and re-distribution of their assets to fund climate reparations

    Totally off topic.

Lots of things going on here. Job is about to end. Company dying. I will stay until the end.

I am not normal, I have a 40 year history of just loading up into a car everything I need and starting again some where else.

Laughing, best stupid thing was 20 years ago. Packing a suitcase and flying to Arizona.

The stupid in me is growing daily, like a volcano about to erupt one last time.

Latest news is I can get my UK company pension transferred to an offshore tax haven in Malta. Then I can draw down on it whenever I want, where ever on the planet I live and I just pay tax on my income wherever I live at the time I get the monthly check.

This is going to be continued……

Jumpin’ ju-ju bones. Hat Tip to Ezra Levant on Twitter – This is going to go down in the history books of bad diplomacy.

Think about the level of ideological tone-deafness here. This is simply off-the-charts echo-chamber crazy. Canada needs a positive trade outcome; their economy is already on the ropes; and Freeland considers this a good idea?

Never forget, never forgive. The shock and horror of THAT September 11 may be heal in intensity as we go about our lives, but that was the beginning of total war for Islamic supremacism. You only need to check jihadwatch.org to watch the daily global assaults on civilized nations. London has a muslim brotherhood mayor. So does Calgary, Alberta & many towns in England. Elite fascist complicity assures that
young muslim men by the million invade the West. The Emirates build mosques in every city in the infidel world. I pray we find an oil based energy substitute so that the invaders can no longer bribe complicit politicians. The police forces are hamstrung in the name of PC.

Mecca should have been nuked in the first month as appropriate retaliation. We now know that Bush, Clinton, and Obama had entirely different agendas. Fast violent jihad and slow enabled jihad continue every minute of every day. The mooning muzz butts on the streets of Paris are war cries & resound in every mosque on Friday nights. THEY never forget for a second.

I’ve read that her father is a megabuck donor as in millions to the Liberal party and bought her way into that powerful position. There’s no proof and no other qualification Freeland has for her job. As far as I’m concerned that money comes straight from the dead Jewish businesses, art, gold, land, and their general confiscated wealth.
Our Minister for Immigration is a sleazy Somali immigration lawyer. Canadians cannot even guess at the stench that comes from the capital of Ottawa.

The proof walks across our borders every day and collects free housing, medical care, education and money for necessities that the taxpayer must earn to support. Legal immigrants wait for years and must be financially sponsored to get in and actually work for a living. Same holds true in dhimmi Europe with scant exceptions.

    b. A halt to to fossil fuel infrastructure development.

    c. The dismantling of the dirty energy industry and re-distribution of their assets to fund climate reparations

Let’s see…what’s wrong with this picture?

In a., people had better be prepared to return to a 19th century lifestyle, because the “clean energy” industry is nowhere near ready to provide 100% of our current energy needs. Probably not even 10%.

And I’m not even sure what “labor-friendly and inclusive” even means in that context.

    b. Becomes irrelevant, if you’ve taken step a. You don’t need to develop more infrastructure for fossil fuels if you’ve stopped using them, obviously.

    c. Once you’ve put the “dirty energy” industry out of business, it will have no assets to redistribute. What’s a pipeline, a refinery, or an oil lease worth if you’ve banned the use of fossil fuels? Not much…

You are not alone in that thought. … and to those who say that it would have riled up the rest of the muslim world: a) that just proves the point about islam being a death cult and b) we should have just started nuking the next most holy sites or leveling them until capitulation was achieved.

That’s the only language this death cult understands. … and even then, it would have just suppressed them for a century or so until they could re-group and re-attack.

I’m sorry I forgot to respond to your post. It is hard on morale and the spirit to know your paycheck will disappear at some non-specific date in the near future. I have been in that position, but with a large group of other employees. Facing this disagreeable change on your own is more difficult.

I don’t know that pumping up your “stupid” is the best response. It reduces your natural advantages of careful analysis and the actual pleasure you get from true problem solving with demonstrable results.
Your reasoning skills are a strength you have been gifted with. To deny them is at the very least ungrateful. Flipping the bird to reality is a fleeting satisfaction that entails a lot of cleaning up and even the burning of bridges that were carefully constructed.

Disclaimer. This is not emotional investment advice, but a point of view based on my decades of living and learning. I wish you the best of luck.

Well, it’s good to know that SOMEONE at the DOJ/U.S. Attorney’s Office is paying attention:

    https://www.weaselzippers.us/396675-breaking-federal-grand-jury-indicts-nm-compound-suspects-alleges-they-planned-terror-attacks/

After that New Mexico judge literally slapped the wrists of the pieces of sh*t running the terror camp where a child died and granted them bail, it looks like REAL FBI agents and USA’s sprung into action, empaneling a federal grand jury and arresting them on 8/31/18 on federal terror charges. My guess is the District Court won’t be so quick to grant bail to these a’holes. Sentence could be as much as 15 years for the conspiracy and giving guns to illegals. If I were then, I’d be asking for a bench trial. Judging from the reaction to the State Court judge’s kid-glove handling of them, a jury will be more than happy to put these monsters in prison.

Hopefully by the time they get out we will ship them back to the hell holes they came from.

It’s a solar storm and it might be lighting things up in interesting and unusual ways just as Hurrican Florence is beginning to tear up the coast. As I was saying on Twitter this morning, the good news is that it’s possible that people in the lower 48 might have the extremely rare chance to see the northern lights this evening.

NOAA has rated this as a G2-level solar storm on a scale where a 5 is the worst, much the same as the way we rate the strength of hurricanes

Interesting – Just got a “law alert” that Ted Olson has registered as a foreign agent for Saudi Arabia.

Considering his wife Barbara was killed on American 77 on 9/11 and that (I believe) 14 of those hijackers were Saudi Nationals, his being their shill comes as a surprise. But I don’t know much about why someone registers as an agent. Maybe I’m overreacting. But if one of my loved ones was murdered by a Mexican, nothing would make me perform work for the country that spawned them.

“It’s dangerous to fire her because of who she’s related to.”

He added that the writer is “arrogant” and sees herself as “Captain America.”

    @ rain of lead:

If true, then fire the bitch. Now. Consider the goods we have on her and her husband regarding China connection, she should have kept her effing mouth shut.

Oh, and since Assorama was running around saying she KNEW who it was, I would love to have found out some enterprising journalist told her to write the name down and put it in a sealed envelope. When we find out (and we WILL) who it is, open the envelope. Then laugh at Assorama yet again because that twit will have said it was the White House Chef or something.
