Sunday in the Park with Random

First off, my humblest of apologies for being such a crap correspondent the past couple of weeks. Needless to say, I have no excuse really. Well, I HAVE one, but seriously, who the heck cares?
Let’s have some random fun today. This past week has been so serious and somber – I had my tearful moments; watching George W. Bush tap his father’s casket on his way to his seat after his eulogy; the video of the “missing man” flyover. But the one that really got to me, in the subtlest of ways, was a tweet. The U.S. Secret Service announcing that the watch for “Timberwolf” had ended…..
So to brighten the mood, it’s time for some random observations no apparent relation; no apparent order.

1. Am I the only one that thinks that Bounty commercial with the kid poking Dad, who spills his drink and the older kid says “ooooooo noooooo” in slow motion is ridiculous?  I’m pretty sure she can lift the laptop out of the way in far less time than Dad can get to a paper tower, even if it IS the “Quicker Picker Upper.”

2. I love Christmas Music. I especially love Christmas music by Mannheim Steamroller. With one exception. I cannot, will not, in no uncertain terms EVER like “The Little Drummer Boy” – I don’t care who performs it; I don’t care that they did a whole half-hour cartoon special on it. I understand that makes me a heartless Christmas Nazi.  I can live with this.  It will be difficult, but I can.

3.  But this was the week I realized the game industry has reached its zenith and is now on a downward spiral.  This Christmas, among the Hungry Hungry Hippos and Operation, there’s a new addition. This is how it goes.  Spin the dial.  If a “3′ comes up, you take the plunger, plunge the toilet three times and hope that the lid opens up and a turd pops out.  Catch the turd!  You win.  The only thing that scares me more than the insane adult who thought this up is that an even more insane adult approved the prototype and had it put on the market.

George Carlin was right.  You CAN “nail together two things that have never been nailed together before and some schmuck WILL buy it from you.”

A random contribution. Black actor finds out that black is not currently at the top of the victim pyramid in Hollywood. GAY takes over. He will be allowed to “evolve” though. Not just anybody gets THAT privilege.

Gangs of Somali kids below 10 years old are beating up kids in Canadian schools. Schools let them. Police let them. Way to assimilate you little monsters.

Barbarian, I’m right wit’ ya on the Little Drummer Boy thing. I’ve despised that song since I was in grade school and heard it for the first time. /Probably didn’t help that one of the girls in the classroom kept singing “rum pa pum pum” over and over and over and over.

Straight up jihadist killed white women and children in my old outdoor Greek café neighborhood this summer screaming in Arabic. The whole neighborhood protested gun violence and demanded gun control. And the guy had been to the Middle East twice for training. His whole rotten family is here dealing drugs and weapons. So…BRAINWASHED.

No wonder our overlords think we are stupid.

We are all being required to adapt to constant changes, good or bad. Most people don’t like changes. Routine procedures go out the window and time and effort are required to comply with new rules we never heard about. We continue to be under pressure.

A need for personal assistants will increase for busy people who can afford it. New job category?

Seriously? I’ve seen better “Sponge Bob” animations. That was embarrassing.

/Has anybody else noticed that new software “upgrades” are starting to sport icons and imagery that is reminiscent of 16 bit VGA images? I’ve seen this in Adobe, VariCAD, and other applications. Instead of crisp, sharp icons, they are going back to blurry, hard to read icons.

Yes. Peterson is an exceptional man with a profound understanding of human nature. He is not only a thinker, he is a ‘doer’. He changes peoples lives for the better. He even devises a methodology where young minority men go through a course of work and goal setting. He has run clinical trials that show noticeable improvement in test scores.

From the comments at a great little blog:

“For more insight into how the globalist agenda works, a good book is: The Shadows of Power: The Council on Foreign Relations and the American Decline by James Perloff. It is well written, well documented and a real eye-opener. The mischief has been going on for a very long time. Among other things, we find out that Wall Street funded the Bolsheviks. Really, it all makes sense, and the perpetrators for these nefarious schemes have not gone away.”

    I don’t think it’s profound. I think it’s common sense beautifully articulated.

Also, I watched one interview he did with a Brit woman who gives ‘stupid’ a run for its money. He mentioned that ‘even lobsters get depressed’. Or something like that. But he said, in a declarative statement, that lobsters get depressed.

    How does anybody know that?

Yes, I stumbled over that one too! My original foray into this ‘hidden history’ of the first, second, and third reichs started with listening to Catherine Austin Fitts. She was a banker among other things. She was assistant secretary of HUD for a relatively short period. Her careful accounting of following the money caused her to become a whistle blower informing people of trillions of missing taxpayer money. She was in litigation for years, threatened with violence, and actually escaped being murdered outright. She has a grad degree from Wharton and travels internationally as a wealth manager for high net worth individuals.

In other words not a snowflake or a nutbar, but a serious grounded person who is driven to expose government criminality for many years.
She has hard evidence of fraud. She eventually won her case. We see the Trump witch hunt and recognize how difficult it is to get anybody convicted of real crimes when the raw power at the top has no difficulty lying and pulling the ‘national security’ card.

Her site is http://www.solari.com I think. She produces ‘The Solari Report’ 4 times/year. She discusses lots of stuff with a huge emphasis on health, the environment, and high tech. She sounds like a radical myth buster of fake news. She detests globalist elites and has a fair share of her own prejudices. I found her because goldbugs agree with her on a number of issues. She was born into a Secret Society family. Have no idea which one. It could be Skull and Bones from Yale like the Bush family. Or something unrelated like Freemasons. Those groups are real and experts in holding on to their power. The Council on Foreign Relations lists their members online. How they wield their power is secret.
