Happy 4th Everyone!
The menu today is brisket (started on the smoker at 0400 this AM), Jamaican Jerk Chicken (cooked over pimento wood and allspice, Courtesy of O’Punx), baked beans, home made buns, fruits, cakes, corn on the cob…and beer and bombs. Nothreat2u bough a nice shiraz and some pumpernickel bread and dip. Gulfloafer is in attendance as well.
