The Liberal Party isn’t lefty/socialist. They are center right, middle class, Aussie-first.

And…everyone is shocked! Shocked I tell you!

    The Trump Phenomenon continues…this time it’s ‘Down-Under’.

    Enjoy Yinz’s Saturday, mates!

Is there something in the water in Texas? Some more amazingly talented Texas youngsters, Salvation From Sundown (SFS). They’re all barely in high school, but have been playing together for 4 years already. The singer, Kelsi Kee, just turned 15:

Australia has told the Climate Change snowflakes and pro-Chinese sell outs to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine, in a comprehensive thrashing of Leftist Progressives.

There are socialists crying rivers and opening their veins in total denial. This is the election that the Left ‘couldn’t lose and here we are with the socialists getting a thumping against ALL of the polls and talking heads.

      This is Australia’s ‘Trump moment’.

The Chinese are now in deep dungeon as they thought that Shorten the former Labour leader was going to sell Australia to China at a knock down price. Likewise all to the people smugglers in Indonesia were getting ready to put to sea with hoards of illegals. Now they are looking to sell their bats before the market’s bottom falls out of the used boat trade.

Meanwhile Australian coal miners are working on massive hangovers after their huge win for the conservatives in Queensland. Labour union bosses are totally at a loss as their Union Members tell then to DCM (don’t come Monday’

A true watershed election for Australia. All the socialist Left can do is scream obscenities and demand that anyone over 50 should lose their vote permanently.

      Heh!

AGS is a public school whereas Kings’ College is a private school where you pay $30k a year for the privilege of getting an education and an extra $12 K if you need to go into a school boarding house… for the same education at AGS for zip. Actually the AGS alumni are so powerful that the school tells the education minister what they are going to do and NOT the other way around! That power comes with being the first secondary school in NZ ( it’s the AGS 150th Anniversary this year). In fact the reputation at AGS for academic and sporting excellence is such that it can be VERY selective when it comes to selection staff. It has over 50 former All Blacks, dozens of Olympians , Captains of industry, the military and judiciary in its Alumni.

Government occasionally attempts to financially bring AGS to heel, but the Headmaster just gets the extra funding from its Alumni and bypasses government totally. The school turns out outstanding young men. I know as both my sons are AGS ‘Old Boys’ and I have been a volunteer tutor at the Learning Support Unit for 26 years.

Justin Amash has become the first Republican to call for Trump’s impeachment. He reps a district in Michigan that includes Grand Rapids. Both his parents are middle-eastern Christians, dad is Palestinian, mom is Syrian.

Justin Amash co-owns a Chinese company, Dynamic Source Int’l that supplies a company called Michigan Industrial Tools. His brother, Jeff, is President of Mich Ind Tools, which claims everything is made in the USA, it’s not, it’s made in Hangzhou China.

In May of 2017 this happened:
Consul General Hong Lei visited the district office of Congressman Justin Amash of Michigan at Grand Rapids and met with district director Katherine Condon on May 10.

The Chinese put their muzz in camps. Quarantine can be effective. However that’s not where the muzz with a LOT of money will end up. Even if Amash is Christian, they absorb the kultur of the muzz because it is so dominant. We’ve had Lebanese Christians with money for decades up here. Good with legit business and also making a lot under the table. They have had lots of practice with crooked muzz and know how to fight back. The smart Lebanese got out years ago. “Sectarian violence” caused massive migration of money.

I picked up an article from Instapundit about progressives ruining the cultures they move to. There was a response from ‘Alice’ who talks about her family’s moves for cultural/value reasons. Her take on Minnesota is chilling.

The progressive white men and women in politics lost to the Democratic party intentionally replacing them with aggrieved ethnic groups. America hating Nation of Islam member Keith Ellison and anti semitic Somali Ilan Omar are the future of power in MN. There are lots of issues with the endemic corruption in Somali culture becoming a mainstay in MN. Massive childcare fraud for state benefits is just one issue. But the bigger issue of the Muslim community’s intolerance for Christianity is known to anyone paying attention. Yet MN has ruined its cities by embracing low income low skill immigrants as the centerpiece of their housing and transportation model. Single family homes aren’t wanted. High density rental housing with light rail destroys the cohesion of neighborhoods.
Their taxes are outrageous and lead to business brain drain.
And the governor himself said if you have a problem with the massive Somali resettlement into MN, get out of MN, because they’re the future. I took him at his word. It’s really a tragedy.

      look familiar? it sure does.

Given that this little piece of confusion was penned by a denizen of the Melbourne Age / Sydney Morning Herald …. Fairfax newspaper chain, it’s no wonder they are confused.

It’s a mimic the confusion of Wapo and the NYT after the Trump win. These ideologies of the Aussie Leftist newsrooms live in a closed leftist bubble and hear only the feedback that they expect to hear and screen out all opposing views. They get surprised again and again and never figure out the truth that they have slipped from being news hounds into their current jobs as propagandists for the socialist left. They never learn and anyone who continues to do the same thing again and again and expect different outcomes are certifiable insane!

Now the Labor Party will lurch further left as a result making them even more unelectable. Shorten was a Labor leader of the Union left with their corrupt smoke filled rooms and under the table deals. Now that he’s gone the likes of Albanese (Stalin) will duke it out with Plibersek (Trotsky), to see who can ‘out communist’ the other within the ALP (Australian Labor Party). Farage doesn’t want the leadership and is outside the Tory Party at the moment. So he’s the 100 to 1 shot. Then there is Boris who is a popularist , smart and zany but not a serious leader of a mainstream political party and seems to like it on the back benches where he has some autonomy of action. Another downside to Boris is that there are a ‘toffee’ nosed crew of Torys who do not like his stunts and treat him as a sideshow act. Then there is Jacob Rees-Mogg . He certainly has the intellectual horsepower aplenty to do the job and is a true social conservative. He’m make a stellar Prime Minister but one wonders whether he wants all of the back-stabbing that goes on in Tory Cabinet rooms or would just settle for a serious Front Bench Cabinet position.

Trubnikov is a bone fide intel guy

Surkov however, appears to be a Chechen thug who’s made millions – billions? – as a Putin crony and is considered a ‘wing man’

Here’s what I can’t figure. Steele has never been an agent who ran ops. Dearlove’s swooning recommendation doesn’t even say that he was. He says “he’s the go-to guy on the COMMERCIAL side”. In Paris, he was a ‘financial officer’. I haven’t nailed down the timeline of when Fusion GPS/FBI decided he was the ‘go to’ guy to come up w/op research but he’s a very odd choice. UNLESS. We know Brennan approached somebody way up in Brit intel (I suspect it was Hannigan but don’t know). We know Peter Strzok was FBI liason to the CIA. BUT – we also know Halper was an FBI CI who knew the Russians but I don’t know if he knew Steele.

I’m sure other people know lots more than this, they’ve worked on it for years 24/7, I just pick things up as I go along. It’s fun to work out the puzzle

[Note to Yenta: Bongino misspelled Trubnikov’s name – Google has LOTS of stuff on him when you spell it correctly]

Anyhoo- Game of Thrones has ended and my life no longer has meaning. It was fabulous.

      @ eaglesoars:

We never watch GOT on TV. Hubby insists on his own copy. I’m used to binge watching it. Too bad this season is so short. We started this habit by buying ‘The Wire’ cheaply on ebay long after it came out.

Love it !! Reminiscent of our bands playing the NCO Club on Saturday nights circa 1970, thick end of the stick on the cymbal bell gives it that
particular feel and authenticity. The buzz cut soldiers mingling with the long hairs – they had no choice if they wanted music (and they had the best weed).
‘This is a song called “Statesboro Blues”, hope y’all like the Allman Brothers… Ah one two, one two three…”

How to test your car battery:

Take two wrenches (any size) and touch one to each of the battery terminals simultaneously, with the other end touching your tongue. Then look at your watch. If you were out for more than half an hour, the battery’s good.

You can learn anything on the innernut

It seems a lot of people are upset w/the ending. I don’t understand, I thought it was great.

The GOT people have done a remarkable job through the seasons. I’m sure they keep in touch with George Martin before making such a grand creative decision. Critics gotta eat too.

After all he did to sabotage Morrison’s campaign, Malcolm ‘malcontent’ Turnbull ‘turncoat’ tweets:

Turnbull was the immediate past Liberal Party PM who was rolled by Morrison after Turnbull threw himself in with the socialists….. scum!

      @TurnbullMalcolm
Congratulations @ScottMorrisonMP on an outstanding personal victory. Australians have once again backed the Coalition to deliver a strong economy, more jobs & lower taxes.

That is actually the first nice thing Turnbull has said about the Liberals in months.

Before then, he’d refused to help Dave Sharma win back Turnbull’s former seat (Sharma succeeded), he’d backed Liberal turncoat Julia Banks (she failed to beat Health Minister Greg Hunt), and had tweeted support for more action on global warming (the voters said no).

There will be some grieving in Turnbull Manor., and dinner Saturday was humble pie with the wine/ whine ..the grapes of wrath 🙂

Meanwhile, son Alex Turnbull, who helped Banks and other anti-Liberal candidates, has deleted the Twitter account he used frenetically during the campaign to attack Liberals such as Andrew Hastie (he won), Greg Hunt (he won), Peter Dutton (he won) and Josh Frydenberg (he won).

Alex Turnbull has been working with GetUp that well known communist crew, writing copy for the comrades. The apple hasn’t fallen far from the Turnbull tree it seems.

He seems to have reopened a new one with just 13 tweets.

It seems that Alex can dish it out on Twitter, but cannot take it.

Let that be the political end of a family that nearly destroyed the Liberals.

Good morning. So here I sit in a Mickey D’s near Ohare killing time.
Efin United texted me half way to the airport that my. Flight is delayed until 1:30!
You know maintainers and getting a crew.
The same airline that stranded me and my family at a gate in SF for NINE hours on the way to Hawaii.
      I hate this airline.

      @ RIX:

Since I was based out of Denver at the time, I had to fly United for most of the military travel I did from 2003-2009. I’m right there with you.

Not to mention what United does to dogs

Don’t know anything about him, but he’s going to primary Amash

Two days after GOP Rep. Justin Amash claimed that President Trump committed impeachable offenses, a Michigan state representative has stepped forward to challenge him in the primary election.

State Rep. Jim Lower, calling himself a ”pro-Trump, pro-life, pro-jobs, pro-Second Amendment, pro-family values Republican,” announced on Monday his intention to run against Amash in 2020.

Best of luck to him. Hopefully the RINO’s don’t pull one of their temper tantrums if he does win the primary.
