      @ AZfederalist:

Trump will survive this. It’s just another version of the same extortion by the deep state. They are showing panic behind the curtain as Trump has Barr naming names. The Euro elections are here, and they are using every dirty trick in the book to distract people from now obvious EU tyranny.

I watched Trump Jr. for a small interview on FOX this morning. He sounds like he is channeling this blog. LOL He has a book coming out in the Fall. No quitter genes in that family. 🙂

Trump has just ordered declassification of the intel related to the spying on his campaign. I think people are about to be disappointed. Trump doesn’t have the final say, the agencies involved do. And if the CIA wants the cooperation of MI-6 going forward, they’ll deny the order.

Can’t cut-paste, but the statement is from Sarah Sanders’ office and it says Trump is doing this at the request of AG Barr. Trump has delegated full authority to declassify anything he wants to the AG

Trump’s memo is directed to the secretaries of the agencies you would expect, Defense, etc. Then I noticed ‘Dept ENERGY’.

Department of Energy? How did they get in this? Is this maybe the uranium stuff? That would be great because that’s Clinton straight up

This is Naomi Wolf being interviewed in Britain about a new book she has out. In the interview she talks about people being executed for sodomy/homosexuality in Britain and how she noted the records in Old Bailey with ‘death recorded’ notations as evidence of this.

But ‘death recorded’ doesn’t mean execution and she finds out from the interviewer that it is a legal term with an entirely different meaning.

She’s already written the book. She’s on tour promoting it.

Start at the 19 min mark until about the 24 min.

      This is priceless

Never, even as a kid, was I the least bit interested in the superhero stuff. The superhero, magic, Disney – I didn’t even like Dr Seuss. It had to be about animals or the paranormal or ghosts or something.

Anyhoo, check this out. Listening to the discussions about the declassification, people were noting that one agency not listed on Trump’s memo is the NSA. There’s a reason for that that went under the radar for almost everybody. Check this out.

Before Adm Rogers left NSA, he moved the intel database (Cyber Command) to a full combatant command w/in DoD. Trump is Commander in Chief. He IS the head of that little slice.

The comics industry keeps shooting itself in the foot with their attempt to brainwash the public. Nearly every sjw character introduced in the last few years has flamed out rapidly. Their agenda based garbage doesn’t sell. You should have seen the ridiculous crap that happened when they tried to have a radical SJW do their Gi Joe comic series. HUUGGEE mistake. Went from best seller to no sales in one issue.

Sundance at CTH warns about foreign nations that have to be notified and points out:

“The Office of the Presidency is a system, not a person. The system is designed to protect the occupant of the office. In this specific example it would be against the direct interests of the President to have full knowledge of the material inside the declassification requests because the President was potentially a target and carries an inherent conflict of interest.

The President is reliant upon the trust of advisers to inform him of the value – or lack thereof – along with the legal and political risks therein; without any specific conversation about the content.

In short, President Trump may declassify material as requested, but other than general briefings, he likely has no independent idea what material is inside or behind the redactions. Again, understanding this process helps to explain procedural delays, and frustration from those without familiarity with all the roles attached to the executive.”

The Presidential Memo delegates the declassification authority to Barr. But this is Trump. I will bet my dogs the he knows every comma in those documents/communications and has for some time. I would not be the least bit surprised if there is a ‘special’ daily briefing from NSA cyber command for his ears only. These schmucks thought it was cool to surveill him by the FBI? Use ‘Russian’ stooges right out of Rockey and Bullwinkle? Wait till they find out that NSA cyber command has every text message these guys have been using over their ‘secure’ systems and passed it all to Trump like those McDonald’s french fries he loves.

And Wells is facing some serious CONSERVATIVE backlash on this, if Twitter is to be believed. Levin announced on his show yesterday that he’ll be pulling his accounts and it appears that others will follow suit.

I had a lot of respect for Wells Fargo CEO Dick Kovacevich in 2008 when he refused the TARP funds and then was blackmailed by Hank Paulson and the FDIC. Of course, Dick is gone now but he paid back those asshat TARP funds as soon as he was allowed to. Now the bank is under new and horrible management.

There is no way the bank could NOT have know that the Trump Organization and the President were resisting these fishing expedition subpoenas and that there was no legal or oversight reason for the records’ production. That they released them with no resistance or conference with the Trump people is chilling. If they will do this to him….they will have no trouble doing it to you.

      Here it is

      1. Stefan Halper is a ratfucker1 and a spy, who embroiled an innocent
woman in a conspiracy to undo the 2016 Presidential election and topple the President of the United States of America.

      and the footnote

“Ratfucking” is a well-known political term, originated by one-time

      And so they have

So it begins. Brennan and Co. have apparently decided to burn a source in advance of Barr uncovering the CIA’s role in the initiation and conduct of the FBI investigation, under the ironic guise of claiming that Barr’s investigation will burn the source. So they gave him to NYT

“Long nurtured by the CIA, the source rose to a position that enabled the informant to provide key information in 2016 about the Russian leadership’s role in the interference campaign.”

      https://twitter.com/jabeale/status/1131971172629995520

Oh really? Then why didn’t the CIA just ask the source if Trump was working with Putin instead of pissing away 2 years and $40 mil on an investigation that found jack? There’s some ‘key information’ for you.

About 2 yrs ago The Guardian ran a piece saying that this started because European intel agencies gave our intel agencies a heads up that Trump campaign figures were meeting w/known Russian bad guys. I’m going to see if I can find it again. IIRC it said we got info from, among others, Estonia, that sigint showed Trump mtg w/bad guys.

We’re getting sigint from Estonia we don’t have? I have to find that piece. In the context of what we know now, that’s going to be interesting.

      TA DA!

      https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/apr/13/british-spies-first-to-spot-trump-team-links-russia?CMP=share_btn_tw

This specifically states that the U.S. was clueless for too long because our laws preclude spying on our own people, blah blah blah (insert eye roll here) and that the Brits were the first to tell us about it.

One source called the British eavesdropping agency the “principal whistleblower”.

The Guardian has been told the FBI and the CIA were slow to appreciate the extensive nature of contacts between Trump’s team and Moscow ahead of the US election. This was in part due to US law that prohibits US agencies from examining the private communications of American citizens without warrants. “They are trained not to do this,” the source stressed.

“It looks like the [US] agencies were asleep,” the source added. “They [the European agencies] were saying: ‘There are contacts going on between people close to Mr Trump and people we believe are Russian intelligence agents. You should be wary of this.’
      .
      .
According to one account, GCHQ’s then head, Robert Hannigan, passed material in summer 2016 to the CIA chief, John Brennan. The matter was deemed so sensitive it was handled at “director level”. After an initially slow start, Brennan used GCHQ information and intelligence from other partners to launch a major inter-agency investigation.

Remember Hannigan resigned in Jan 2017 after only 2 yrs for ‘personal reasons’.

Now with everything declassified, we’ll see if there really were any Euro sources that triggered anything. It all went in the other direction.

One of the things she said in the interview where she got nailed is that she used as a research source “the Old Bailey records”. I thought, gee, that’s a lot of leg work for a radio interview prep, I mean who gets into the Old Bailey research library, right?

Just caught up with Tucker Carlson on Fox (Saturday). He was interviewing a Col McGregor (read) regarding the topic we were talking about., the further deployment of 1500 troops to the ME.

Where in hell does Fox dig up these morons?

First McGregor conflates the facts that there are two groups involved. First group is made up of engineers and anti-aircraft missile specialists guarding US missile batteries in the Gulf States.

Then there is a separate group of 1500 US ground pounders who wouldn’t know a missile battery if it jumped up and bit them on the balls. By conflating these two separate groups McGregor just muddies the waters unnecessarily. He them rabbited on about how this group was purely defensive but didn’t explain who was who , where they were, what tasks they were ordered to carry out. Nothing. You’d thunk a rational officer would actually know these things, especially before they go in front of a few million viewers.

Finally to add insult to injury, McGregor totally confirmed his know nothing status by waxing lyrical about how the current deployment of the Carrier Battle Group and the supporting Amphibious Aboard Battle Group should imm mediately vacate the Gulf and instead stand off in the Arabian Sea or better yet the Med.
This overpaid moron doesn’t even know where the ships of the two Battle Groups in the 5th AOR are currently deployed. He thinks that the 5th AOR is just the Gulf and he is lazy enough to go and find out exactly where the 5th AOR is located and more to the point where the US assets actually are deployed.

They are in the Arabian Sea moron and have been for more than 2 weeks. As for suggesting that the assets move to the Med he obviously is ignorant of the range scales of the ships’ aboard aircraft and the potential infantry lift ranges of the rotary wing air assets available.

The guy is a total idiot. If he is typical of the officers in the 5th AOR then we are all in serious trouble. Thank god I know that to be false.

Where in hell does Fox get these washed up know nothings waxing their gums to millions of ignorant viewers?

HA! That interview is exactly what prompted me to pose the question here. I realized he had to be conflating and as soon as he said stand off to the Med I realized he doesn’t know – or thinks I don’t know – any geography.

MacGregor is only half the problem. The other half is Tucker. It’s one of the few times I’ve seen him so blatantly engage in confirmation bias. Tucker’s bias is that we get suckered into conflicts we never seem to get out of via the boiling frog model. He’s also reporting on one incident of a chlorine gas attack as having been a false flag. I wasn’t sure which one he was talking about – I’m pretty sure there have been several – and he posed good questions about it (why would Assad do something so obviously against his best interest, etc.). Taken all together, the “what the hell are we doing there?” picture is being painted with a whole lot of little vignettes. Nobody is looking at it thru “The Last Supper” model, one big honking painting that tells the whole story. The reporting on this entire conflict has been consistently shabby. They’re still calling Khashoggi “a journalist” and have no idea that he’s connected to any of this. He’s supposedly just some poor guy who was slaughtered by MBS’s thugs because who knows why, all we need to know is that he was a ‘journalist’. They have managed a remarkably stubborn ignorance about his affiliation w/the Muslim Brotherhood or Qatar.

But everybody DOES know that we’re selling weapons to Saudi Arabia so they can wipe out whole villages of Yemeni children because ‘oil’. That’s their story and you will pry it out of their cold dead hands, which is fine with me and I think we should get on with it.

So, as of this morning, I still don’t understand why those troops are needed, why, assuming they are ground troops, there are so few, or what the mission is.

Assistant to the Russian President Vladimir Putin Vladislav Surkov, who is in charge of the Kremlin for the self-named Republic in Donbas, resigned. No word on whether he is one of the @CIA assets Barr is trying to expose

To remind of context, Surkov is one of the 2 sources of the dossier Steele named to Kathleen what’s-her-name at the State Dept. He’s a Chechen, and as far as I can tell, he’s a thug who does Putin’s wet work.

They guy who wrote this tweet is a mental whack liberal. By “No word on whether he is one of the @CIA assets Barr is trying to expose” he’s referring to the NYT article planted by Brennan that burned at least one CIA source close to Putin.

To my Step Father, who retired from the United States Navy, Memorial Day was the most important US Holiday. We always celebrated it by BBQ’ing. His philosophy behind this was about as simply as one could get.

On Memorial Day, he celebrated by doing the things that his friends who did not survive the Vietnam War loved to do. Eat good food, drink beer, and spend precious time with their loved ones.

I carry on his tradition in that same spirit. He was a United States Naval veteran, as were two of my brothers. They survived their tours of duty in the United States Navy, but never forgot their friends who did not.

I did not serve, but remember for them now that they are gone.

God Bless those who scarified all, God Bless those who risked all by going into harms way for all of us.
