Weekend Open, Basic Malignancy

Malignant tumors in excreting organs in the human body are bad…the lungs, pancreas, and liver are excreting organs.

They won’t say it, bud RBG has metastatic cancer. It’s that simple.

    Here’s another nice little club

Carlos Murguia is a judge in the Kansas District Court

His sister Mary is a federal judge on the Ninth Circuit Court

Their sister (and Mary’s twin) is Janet. Janet is president of La Raza (now called UnidosUS)

Wednesday, Judge Carlos Murguia of the U.S. District Court of Kansas ruled, based on a Ninth Circuit opinion, that 8 U.S.C. §1324, the law prohibiting someone from “encouraging” or “inducing” illegal immigration, is an unconstitutional infringement upon the First Amendment.

He should have recused, and the 9th has no jurisdiction in his district

    https://www.conservativereview.com/news/judge-whose-sister-heads-la-raza-rules-130-year-law-encouraging-illegal-immigrants-unconstitutional/

Logically, wouldn’t that same ruling apply to laws prohibiting people from committing rape, murder, arson, assault, etc?

I have no idea. I didn’t read the opinion(s) and even if I had there’s a near zero chance I’d understand a word of it. Barbarian would know.

So, the NYT’s ‘1619’ project, which intends to reframe American history as nothing more or less than the result of slavery and racism has run into another snag. It turns out one of its ‘scholars’ has been producing – fabricating out of thin air, actually – bullshit numbers about it.

In an October 2016 paper, scholars Alan Olmstead of the University of California Davis and Paul Rhode of the University of Michigan harshly criticized the research of Cornell’s Edward Baptist presented in Baptist’s 2014 book “The Half Has Never Been Told.” In the book, Baptist argues that modern capitalism still contains many of the remnants of slavery and America’s current economy is still influenced by the exploitation of slaves.

Among charges leveled by Olmstead and Rhode were accusations Baptist concocted numbers out of thin air and that Baptist fabricated research to fit his narrative. At a public event at Dartmouth University in 2016, Olmstead decried Baptist’s work as “hocus pocus” while he waved an imaginary wand in the air.

The article goes into detail about exactly what numbers are spun sugar and it’s interesting reading. It’s also worth noting that his research has been challenged for at least 3 years, maybe more, and quite publicly.

Yup we had a similar hypocrite doing the same thing.

Arch Eco Warrior Professor Tim Flannery (aka Flim Flam Flannery) a paleo-archeologist of all things, which makes him eminently qualified to wax lyrical on all things eco-green-Gaia worship, socialist. He warned about the approaching Damp appocolypse of the tide coming in and keep … well just coming in ! He also foretold that Sydney would run dry and look like the Sahara in just the next decade. That was about 12 years ago as water was spilling over the spillways of Sydneys dams, but not before a billion dollar boondoggle of a desalination plant (now mothballed into posterity) was foisted onto the forgetful burgers of Olde-Sydney-Towne.

Then to add insult to injury old Film Flan purchases a piece of prime real estate on the Hawkesberry River at Wisemans Ferry just North of Sydney… 1 METRE ABOVE HIGH WATER!

Michael Mann has lost his lawsuit. Not only did he lose the suit, the court ordered him to pay Tim Ball’s legal costs. BWAHAHAHA!!

Mann refused to turn over his work on how he developed the hockey stick, so the court tossed the whole thing.

I wonder if he’ll drop the suit against Mark Steyn now. The article doesn’t say whether my alma mater, Penn State, is still giving him refuge.

I’m actually struggling with that one. Getting the exact right progression to keep it moving forward is damned tricky. Its all based on a diminished chord and progression, but is at its heart a major chord progression.

There is only 1 major chord in it…. the rest are 9th chords minor 7th chords and octaves.

Ok… So it starts with a Bflat Diminished, does a half step walkdown to G major. Goes to a Dsus4 to a C minor7th, to a B minor9th to a A minor 9th finally to a F sharp octave to E sharp octave to a C sharp octave. All the while, the whole thing is in G major.

I haven’t quit broken every rule, but not for lack of trying.

The Mexican government announced the major fentanyl seizure of initially reported by local media outlets to be approximately 25.75 tons (23,368 kilograms or 51,517 pounds) of powdered fentanyl that originated in Shanghai China and was headed to Culiacán, Sinaloa, the home base for the Sinaloa Cartel.

Watch the video at this link and tell me Biden isn’t ready for a skilled care facility.

The video is pretty clear evidence the dude is heading to senility. The comments on that page are evidence that there are many people in this country who don’t get the fact that just because the government is paying for it does not mean it’s free. My goodness where do these idiots come from? All Bernie-bots from the looks of it.

    @ AZfederalist:

I remember a black lady in Florida being interviewed during obambi’s first campaign. She was all excited because Obama was going to pay for her mortgage and her car. The fearless interviewer asked her where Obama was going to get that money. She said after a short pause “From his stash.”

Not too many funny moments from those long eight years, but we found most of them.
