      From Salena Zito

Looks like flip from democratic controlled row offices in key western Pennsylvania counties that began in 2015 solidified as Republicans take big wins in Beaver & Washington Counties-In short Philly collar counties have gotten bluer-Pittsburgh collar counties have gotten redder

      interesting comment on that thread

Major risk for Republicans in PA. They may be doing better in Pittsburg collar counties but the voter registration change in these counties are significantly outstripped by voter registration change in Democratic trending Philadelphia collar counties and Lehigh Valley

For people outside the U.S. from Armstrong. The worldwide wealth tax.

“Europeans MUST realize that Worldwide Income Tax is just around the corner. If you have substantial wealth, you may want to look at getting another citizenship. It is going to get much worse there in Europe between now and 2032. You will find the push to impose a wealth tax is fully underway. Switzerland already has an International Wealth Tax which is a levy on the total value of personal assets, including bank deposits, real estate, assets in insurance and pension plans, ownership of unincorporated businesses, financial securities, and personal trusts. You have to declare everything you own around the entire world. Then, because Switzerland is part of the CRS, they will share that with every other country. Typically, liabilities (primarily mortgages and other loans) are deducted from an individual’s wealth.”

OK you’re taxed…. but with tax comes positives.

For the life of me I can’t see any of those.

Also there is the little problem of no taxation without representation.

The Democrats took complete control of the state of Virginia via yesterday’s elections. We’re leaving. Taking our guns and money with us. Iron Fist was always trying to get me to retire to Knoxville. Talked with his wife a bit today and she said “oh yeah, get down here” and gave me her real estate agent info. Hubby’s been there several times and likes the area. So, he’s retiring in about a year and we will be beating feet. They have good human health care and a veterinary school that one of my dogs’ vets was in, etc. etc., so the necessities are covered.

All that and the polls haven’t even been closed for 24 hrs. But I’m not pissed or anything.

      See? Bullshit like this.

GOP Slammed Fairfax County Sheriff Over ICE Policy But Didn’t Run a Candidate Against Her

1.3 million Rs voted for Trump in 2016. Less than half that turned out yesterday. Fairfax County school board is doing the transgender bathroom thing, and wants to implement racial busing (‘diversity’) by changing school boundaries. There go property values.

These morons are going to take it easy until they get it good and hard. And they will deserve it. I, however, did my part and more and I’m not living under their rules.

So far that is not applicable if you are American. The UN will certainly be looking in your direction because you are nasty rich people whose wealth needs to be redistributed. The “Climate Change” industry takes in billions per year internationally. That will grow because politically the science is settled. The last thing I read about it that there is no single proof of improving the climate problem despite the billions. It’s a jobs program under the Globalists which does nothing to reduce the terrible pollution in China or India.

I just see it all as more tax collection and rising prices for energy. The left wants us out of our cars in Toronto. We are too old and smart to get into a self driving taxi. Using transit doesn’t work for running errands or getting to appointments where we live.

Armstrong still sees the U.S. as holding up the world economy. There’s the depth of Capital Markets and the U.S. ownership of the world reserve currency. But he is warning his European clients that they increasingly can’t hide assets and that the Euro is unstable. Cold warrior told us EXACTLY why that is so.

I wanted Buckeye abroad to pay attention to this since he probably has at least one U.S. bank he deals with.

Here’s the full Armstrong post warning Europeans.

      https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/taxes/europe-moving-to-worldwide-income-tax-international-wealth-tax/

As a reminder he is advocating holding hard assets, but never says what those might be. He keeps any gold commentary very brief and never discusses mining stocks unless you go to one of his Conferences aimed at Institutions, hedge funds, and very high net worth individuals.

Central Banks are still buying gold except Canada (because we’re stupid) and the U.S. (maybe because it prints the dollar) So demand still exceeds supply. When Mnuchin went to Fort Knox and held up a gold bar early in the Trump administration, Trump said 3 words. “Gold is safe.”

Not investment advice, dyodd, yada yada. Even with the LONG slump, our carefully chosen mining stocks kept up our lifestyle. Mining is RISKY. The institutions are still largely shunning mining stocks. That means the stocks are artificially priced too low. Can they correct anyway? Hell yes. The actual number of good stocks is a teeny tiny number relative to the stock universe.

I haven’t done a gold rant in years, so indulge me. 🙂

I imagine he’ll have no trouble beating that Jones idiot in the general. However, after his silly do-nothing stint as Attorney General, and his recusal that led to three years of investigation of the President, I would not be surprised to find that the people of Alabama don’t have quite the same level of affection for him.

oh my. Talk about inconvenient truths

Emails show Burisma lobbyists requesting meeting in early 2016 with Obama administration to discuss corruption investigation involving Hunter Biden

      https://twitter.com/JackPosobiec/status/1191704851945836544

One America News Network host Jack Posobiec obtained new documents showing that just a month before then-Vice President Joe Biden forced the firing of Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Slokin, the Ukraine energy company paying Hunter Biden $50,000 a month undertook a massive lobbying effort of the White House to fire him.

Emails detailed requests for meetings between Burisma and the Obama administration about Slokin’s investigation and alleged corruption.

Slokin testified under oath that he was investigating Burisma prior to his firing and that he was warned not to continue doing so.

      *snort* still radioactive, eh Mark?

NEW YORK — Mark Halperin’s first book since his career was upended by allegations of sexual harassment is clearly no “Game Change.”

“How to Beat Trump” sold just 502 copies in its first week. The numbers were reported Wednesday by NPD BookScan, which tracks around 85% of print sales. Published Oct. 29 by Regan Arts, “How to Beat Trump” compiles comments from such Democratic strategists as Donna Brazile, David Axelrod and James Carville. News of the book came out in August and was met with widespread criticism, with the major networks saying they would not interview Halperin and even some of the book’s contributors distancing themselves.

On the other hand if the All Blacks have been playing an outclassed team they have been known to only play 14 players to make it harder to dominate and to make the remaining 14 cover the holes in the defence. This maintains the edge and helps the ABs maintain their dominance through having to work harder.

That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. The federal government in the person of Congressional representatives does NOT enjoy sovereign immunity from lawsuits. They enjoy immunity from slander and libel lawsuits for statements that are made while in their respective HOUSE chambers. Which is why they will make outlandish BS statements in the well of the House but NEVER say the same things on Twitter, in the hallway, or even in the Mainstream Media.

Warren does not enjoy sovereign immunity for her Twitter comments, and this ridiculous dismissal should be immediately appealed.

I invite that judge to check the number of lawsuits filed by Indian Tribes against the Department of the Interior. The CONSENT of the DOI to such a suit was never sought. The same is true of lawsuits where the State of California is sued. We don’t have to seek their permission to sue them.

You know all those stories about Trump losing white suburban women? Yeah, all crap

Despite a crush of stories that he is losing the suburbs largely due to women deserting him, President Trump is seeing a surge in donations from women and he is tops in receiving big checks from suburban women.

He has the most big dollar suburban women donors, 10,534, and has received the most from them, $8,293,135, than any of the Democrats, according to a study from OpenSecrets.org, part of the Center for Responsive Politics.

And overall, he ranks fifth in donations from women at $15.1 million. The leader is Sen. Bernie Sanders at $17.1 million, according to the group.

Statistically, 28% of Trump’s “itemized contributions” from women in 2016. For the 2020 election they are 35%.

But it could be higher, and likely is, said OpenSecrets. That is because it is easier to get information on small donors who give $200 or less from Democrats than the Trump campaign.

      Feeling angry.

There is a store that I visit occasionally and I just out of interested I looked at the Yelp and Google reviews.

Two stars on yelp, 4.2 on Google.

Looked at the one star reviews on both and….

      WHY THE RACIST COMMENTS?

The race of the associates working there has nothing to do with the service they gave. Here are examples of one star comments.

“Old Caucasian Lady with light brown curly hair and glasses was SO RUDE!”

“I was in shock for being hated for my skin color she treated me with such hate”

“She was an older Caucasian lady and had an attitude problem”

“they are mean old white ladies”

“It is also highly probable that we were treated differently than other customers due to our Asian ethnicity. I will not return here again.”

The colour of the sales associate’s skin who gave bad service is FUCKING IRRELEVANT to the fact bad service was in their view given.

Why state what colour skin the sales associate had?

Actually the Kiwis are at a great advantage. They are 95% zero CO2 for power generation in summer and 85% zero CO2 in winter already. If Comalco Aluminium doesn’t get its way with subsidies for its aluminium products and folds its tent and departs (taking 5-12,000 jobs with it) that will leave NZ with a surfeit of hydro power of about +25-30 % of total generating capacity. So we are not really talking lifestyle change energy transformation here. Just slept in and having a late breakfast. The waves are breaking just 50 metres from where I’m sitting. Sunny and warm. Yup . Down at the beach since Thursday. Heading back for a Latin Mass Sunday morning at 8AM in Auckland. A 1:30 drive awaits but at that time on Sunday morning there is zero traffic.

It was forecast to be stormy but as usual the Bureau of Meteorology got it wrong ….. again!

      🙂

Actually, been there done that and “time shifted” Christmas many times in the past.

Cover the holiday, make a shit load of money than have a “Christmas” mid January

Not having kids made it much easier.

Can you comment Eagles on the suggestion that Fox Poll over sampled registered Democrats by ~ 16% or more in their latest polling on Trump’s approval ratings? James has obviously brought his prejudices with him now that ‘dad’ has handed him the reins.

It’s not just James. Paul Ryan, former Speaker of the House and Trump hater-extraordinaire, has joined the board of directors. Donna Brazille and Judge Nap are now both commentators. Judge Nap has been around for awhile, but now he’s started to mislead about the law. Half of what he says is simply not true, and demonstrably so. Almost ALL of what Yawn Williams says is false, but his title is Idiot Leftist so that’s in his job description. Donna Brazille is a partisan but I’ve not known her to lie on camera.

And one more thing about Fox. They just lost Catherine Herridge, hands down the best legal reporter in the business. She went to CBS. No one who knows why is talking. Apparently she had 2 more years on her contract.

Because those making the comments are racists themselves.

Every wicked from the lips of the Progressive socialists arise because they themselves are the ones living with their own wickedness and they reflect that evil onto everyone around them.

There is quite a lot of that shit going about these days and I guarantee that it’s going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

Yup I knew that but I was inrterested in the actual over sampling problem.

If Fox is indulging in goal post moving this early in the election cycle it may be a serious problem.

Has anyone outed Fox on this allegation?

      Especially from INSIDE Fox?

Or are they all hiding under their desks, counting their remuneration?

Now THAT is a really serious loss for Fox. She held down the Intelligence desk very well at Fox and always had a great handle on all matters … INTEL ..

      She’ll be sadly missed.

I always assumed that Catherine Herridge had an INTEL background.

She was one of the best hard news journalists at Fox

oh. Yes, everyone noticed, everyone yelled. They thought they’d get away with it, they didn’t. Has Fox over-sampled before? Yes, I noticed in the last cycle that when they pair up w/WSJ-NBC it’s common. That’s not who they used this time, tho (I forget the name of the company they used). Why WSJ pairs up with NBC I don’t know but they’ve been doing it for years.

On a positive note, this week I risked serious injury or even death.

      TWICE!

Monday I got a Popeyes classic sandwich and it was good.

Wednesday I got a spicy chicken sandwich for me and one for a friend.

We both thought it was too spicy. Can’t taste bun, breading or chicken.

Even though I am a minority here I try to adapt.

You know what? This may not be a bad idea. Remember that Queen Elizabeth got her own hired guns like Francis Drake to go after pirates, etc.?

Hear me out: A U.S.-Mexico partnership issuing letters of marque and reprisal to privateers who want to loot the cartels. Sicario meets Francis Drake.

Not sure about them, but Lutherans (WELS and some Missouri Synod) are still confessional churches that follow God rather than men). Worship forms should be familiar to Catholics – the emphasis however is faith (what God has done for us) vs. works.
