Recommended books. Some readers wanted this. I think it is a good idea. This is one readers books the list will change. What books do you recommend? I would add Goldbergs’ “Liberal Fascism” to the list.

1) Spencer, Onward Muslim Soldiers.

2) Spencer, The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam (and the Crusades).

3) Spencer, The Truth about Mohammed.

4) Center for the Study of Political Islam, Mohammed and the Unbelievers.

5) Center for the Study of Political Islam, The Political Traditions of Mohammed.

6) Center for the Study of Political Islam, A Simple Koran

7) Bat Ye’or, The Dhimmi.

8) Bawer, While Europe Slept.

9) Emerson, American Jihad.

10) Bostom, The Legacy of Jihad

Fatal said in a different thread “A rather difficult read (because of the old-english it was written in), but fascinating look at what Islam was like about 150 yrs ago is:

“Personal Narrative of a Pilgrimage to Al-Madinah and Meccah” by Sir Richard P. Burton

The story of an Englishman who managed to diguise himself as a Muslim “Dervish” and travel within the muslim world to places forbidden to all non-muslims, including Medinah and Mecca with their attendant Mosques. Sometimes a bit dry, and like I said a bit of a difficult read (including quite a few sayings and passages in French), but there are some great little tidbits of insight that are kind of like gems found sparkling in the sand.”

I’d add “Prayers of the Assassin”, by Robert Ferrigno

“Prayers of the Assasin” is a great book. I think it is more entertaining than informative. Why do you recommend it?

avid, I am a huge fan of speculative fiction and time travel and alternate histories. The Worldwar series by Harry Turtledove come to mind.

Also, if you ever read “The Man in the High Castle” by Philip K. Dick, you will know what I am talking about.

I have a few story ideas I have been thinking about for a long time now.

If I may , I would like to recommend “A Question of Honor” . A great book on some of the forgotten heroes of WWII . It is about Polish pilots flying for the RAF. It is very revealing, and eye opening. Think Roosevelt was a Hero? Think Again. That is all I will say.
