Yankees defeat Angels

This Angels jinx is over. After eliminating the Yankees in 2002 and 2005, Finally in 2009 the Yankees defeat their nemesis 5-2 in Game 6 of the ALCS. Post season Choker Alex Rodriguez had a great series with .438 with five home runs and 12 RBIs. CC Sabathia was named ALCS MVP for his excellent performance in games 1 and 3 of the series.

Next up are the defending World Series Champions the Philadelphia Phillies who will give the Yankees a tough series.
