It’s finally happened! The Obama Economic Boom has finally produced jobs! The media is celebratory and declaring good times are here and that Barack Hussein Obama is an economic guru! This could not be farther from the truth. In reality all that has happened is that the economy has stabilized. Employers have reduced as much as they can and can cut no further. However, they are not hiring in large numbers as they did in previous recoveries. After 1 year of stimulus spending, the 162,000 jobs create come out to 4,320,987 dollars per job. A very inefficient return on all that money.

Boosted by improving economic prospects and a flurry of census hiring, the U.S. added 162,000 jobs in March, the best job growth in three years and a potential turning point for the slowly-healing labor markets.

The Labor Department said the unemployment rate was unchanged at 9.7%, as economists had expected.

Economists had forecasted slightly stronger job growth of 190,000 jobs, but the figures are still a vast improvement from a year ago, when the U.S. was losing hundreds of thousands of jobs a month. March marked the third month of job growth in the past six months.

The 162,000 jobs created last month were the most since March 2007, nine months before the Great Recession began. In another positive, the Labor Department said it revised February’s payrolls data to show 14,000 jobs were lost, down from 36,000 previously, and to show payrolls rose by 14,000 in January, reversing an earlier decline of 26,000.

It’s important to note that while job cuts clearly slowed last month, some of the lift in hiring was as a result of the Census Bureau ramping up on staff for the 2010 Census by hiring 48,000 workers. Those jobs will disappear beginning in the third quarter as the Census is completed.

When Bush was President a job gain of 162,000 would have been considered disappointing, but under Obama they are celebrating. Take away the 48,000 Census workers and the job numbers would have been an anemic private sector growth of 123,000 jobs. With Obama’s approval sliding further even in a CBS/NY Times poll, Americans know things are not good.

The media will do all it can to help their leader. As the criticism of Barack Hussein Obama’s Totalitarian policies increase and he asks people to tone down their comments, the American people will ignore him. The people are angry and are tired of this Serpent in Chief and his 3rd World style demagoguery.  Now matter how much the administration will spin we are in economic good times, the public isn’t buying it. The American people have a waken and are tired of being manipulated.
