“What are we having for lunch, mom?”
“A six pack.”

Savage’s Girl sent me a link describing the latest in convenience foods. I think it’s a clever idea, all the makings for a sandwich provided in an aluminum can that can be sold from a vending machine next to the sodas. I’d give ’em a shot. The idea is not unique. Check this out:

CheeseburgerInACan is great in concept, just heat and eat, except for one minor problem. It doesn’t look anything like the advertisement above, and looks a lot like the image below.

Canned Cheesburger’s got nothing on a bag of White Castle sliders, IMO. Even so, I’d give it at least one bite before I fed it to the family Insinkerator. But I gotta draw the line somewhere, and here it is:

Nice picture on the can – musta been the rejected Beta version. Even though Sweet Sue says it’s fully cooked, this doesn’t even qualify for bachelor food. I don’t think I’d even… um… oop…  ‘scuse me… *uurrrrrrrp.*

Click on the images for sources, and while I clean off the keyboard, let’s crack open up a can of Overnight Open Thread.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
