You know what they say: “If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.” Such, it seems, may be the case with GOP Presidential candidate Herman Cain. He got a lot of people excited when he became a name to watch and winning the recent debate in South Carolina…but he’s reversed his position regarding Mohammedans in his cabinet.
But first, let’s go back to his words he uttered in March…caught on video:

And now? On Glenn Beck’s radio show:

“That statement is not what I said. It has been misconstrued.”

According to the Daily Caller, Cain further “clarified”:

“I immediately said – without thinking – ‘No, I would not be comfortable,’ I did not say that I would not have them in my cabinet. If you look at my career, I have hired good people regardless of race, religion, sex gender, orientation and this kind of thing.”

How can this excuse wash away what he said in the first place? Like so many before him, Herman Cain has fallen under the spell that Islam is a Religion of Peace™ just to get elected. VERY Disappointing!

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
