Learn it, love it (or hate it; it doesn’t care), but above all live it. A good article by David Kahane on why we are here. Not so much what to do about it, but how this all came to pass. The “Cold Civil War” aptly descrribes it, and I hope that in the years to come (because this is a long struggle), this becomes the dominant theme for talking about it.
