Bizarre day today. Got cussed out by a Vietnamese lady in her 60s who wanted to buy me beer at the local 7-11 if I would force the manager behind the counter to let her use the employees’ restroom. He refused – he knows her and she’s nuts – and directed her to the gas station across the street.
Then she demanded I drive her across town. When I declined she threatened to call the police and her lawyer. She quieted down once I told her that I was in a hurry to get home, because I had to put up The Overnight Open Thread.
