This track by Alisha was extremely popular in NY, Miami, Chicago, Latin America and Europe. I remember the song fondly as it was from the summer of 1985. America was booming economically and people had hope for a better tomorrow. Our last great President, Ronald Reagan was re-elected the year before and people were making money.

Since the American dark ages began on 9/11/2001, I look fondly on things before that time. It’s just a shame that most of my life will be spent seeing the decline of America, but I can tell future generations, we once were great and there was hope for a better tomorrow.
