I know many will not agree with my opinion, but I total support what the UK is doing. Afghanistan is a nation full of savage people who are pedophiles. They are not worth the drop of any American, British or whoever else. Uk PM David Cameron has announce the beginning of the UK pulling out of that barbaric land.

The PM revealed the first 450 troops will be brought home this year.

But the move is bitterly opposed by military chiefs, who claim it risks throwing away the gains made by British forces.

Colonel Stuart Tootal, ex-commander of 3 Para, said: “We should only get out when the job is done properly.

Let the AFghans descend to the hell they want!

David Cameron seeks to reform National Health Service

Good morning Blogmocracy Netizens. I hope every one’s day goes well and may good things happen to all here.

Self style Progressive-Conservative British Prime Minister is doing something that is very non Progressive. Many American leftists in their push for Obamacare always pointed out the UK NHS as a great model. Many American Conservatives pointed out its faults. Well David Cameron is set to reform it by giving more control to family practitioners and even allow private companies to offer services. Clearly the system is not working and this is a warning to how inefficient government run health-care is.

Prime Minister David Cameron on Monday waded into terrain where past British governments have foundered, promising fundamental changes to the country’s expensive and over-stressed public health care system.

Cameron said the reforms would cut red tape and improve treatment, but critics claim they will cause chaos and could lead to backdoor privatization of the much-criticized but widely popular National Health Service.

The British leader, whose Conservative Party heads the country’s coalition government, said he would save money and cut red tape by giving control over management to family practitioners rather than bureaucrats, and allow private companies, charities and social enterprises to bid for contracts within the public health service.

Make no mistake about it, this is privatization occurring. PM David Cameron is admitting socialized medicine is a failure. It is ironic that that while America is moving in the direction of socialized medicine, the UK is moving towards a more private system. This should be used by the Republicans to fight for undoing Obamacare. Of course this is the GOP we’re talking about, the stupid party.

Speaking of the stupid party, it seems they are now backing off Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) road map.

But as Ryan preps for a spring budget battle, Cantor, House Speaker John Boehner, and others are not showing much eagerness to take up the roadmap’s specifics. Ryan’s project, which proposes we curb the looming debt crisis by moving toward a defined-contribution model for entitlements over the next several decades, languishes.

Nevertheless, with Ryan now holding real power, along with a burgeoning national profile, Republicans will be forced to choose how aggressively to act on his big ideas — even if it makes them uncomfortable. With a Democrat in the White House and a Democratic majority in the Senate, chances for major policy change are slim. But the public will eye how Republicans fight — to see if they’re serious about finding a solution

When will the GOP ever learn? They were voted in to fix our deficit, debt and economic uncompetitiveness. Now they are backing off that. They will probably push for school prayer or uniforms to trick Conservatives as they always do. I’m really getting tired of their charade.
