Do YOU have any of these traits?….Do you need to keep them?

Just in case you missed it, the above video was satire.  It makes a wonderful point however about the types of traits we cling to even though they are negative for us.  If you wish to continue to be miserable….change nothing!  Otherwise, resist the evil inclinations.
