The Left always cries McCarthyism when their positions are criticized. However, when it comes to the Global Warming debate they seek to silence all that disagree. Al Gore goes out and smears  opponents. Progressive blogs and commentators, mock and ridicule all who question. This creates a climate of fear among critics who dare question this ideology.

DISCUSSIONS about global warming are marked by an increasing desire to stamp out “impure” thinking, to the point of questioning the value of democratic debate. But shutting down discussion simply means the disappearance of reason from public policy.

In March, Al Gore’s science adviser and prominent climate researcher Jim Hansen proclaimed that when it comes to dealing with global warming, the “democratic process isn’t working”. This is the tactics Progressives use when someone questions. They attack, smear and humiliate their opponents. They go after their families and friends to intimidate. It’s sad to say, but these tactics work.

The Right should mimic these tactics and turn the tables.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
