Wow, it seems another leader has clenched his fist at Barack Hussein Obama. In a shocker Hugo Chavez has turned on Obama. This is not the 1st time in world history that Progressives have turned on each other. Napoleon turned on the Jacobins, Hitler turned on Stalin, Mao turned on Khrushchev and the Vietnamese turned on The Khmer. Progressives are power hungry and will do anything to achieve their goals. They will backstab their allies. The Hugo Chavez-Barack Hussein Obama alliance is officially over.

CARACAS (Reuters) – Venezuela’s President Hugo Chavez said in a New Year’s message the “illusion” around President Barack Obama was over and rich nations had left the world on the verge of ecological disaster

.Quoting from both Karl Marx and the Virgin Mary, Latin America’s leading critic of U.S. power said only socialist and Christian principles could right the wrongs of capitalism.

“It’s not an easy task, I acknowledge,” Chavez said in a written message carried by state media on Monday.

Hugo Chavez is really mad that Obama did not intervene to restore his ally Zelaya into power. Obama was proven to be empty and weak. Chavez sensed this and decided it was time to throw his ally under the bus. He is not the only Progressive turning on Obama. Howard Dean also has turned on Obama.

Progressives are not to be trusted. As history and recent events have shown, they turn on their own.

Update: Here is Hugo Chavez performing with a Salsa Band.

Update II: Another Example of Progressives turning on each other is when China attacked Vietnam.
