Ok,  you know the drill!

This is the College Football open/have a few beers all day sports and other things open thread.

In the last 3 weeks the #1 has lost…’Bama, OK, and Ohio State. These week the #2 or #1 depending on the poll Oregon Ducks have to play the USC Trojans. The Trojans have been smacked with NCAA penalties for rules violation in 2005 and are not allowed in a bowl game this year of next. This means they sure as hell wont want their rivals the Ducks to be #1.  Spoiler alert here.

I do not believe the Ducks are the best team in America, that would be the Alabama Crimson Tide or Auburn.  As of right now,  the championship game would be probably between Auburn and Oregon, Auburn wins that easily.  This sets up the Auburn Alabama rivalry game to be a real treat in a few weeks.

Here is the AP top 10

1 Oregon (44) 7-0 1480
2 Boise State (11) 6-0 1419
3 Auburn (3) 8-0 1376
4 TCU (2) 8-0 1354
5 Michigan State 8-0 1175
6 Alabama 7-1 1173
7 Missouri 7-0 1121
8 Utah 7-0 1098
9 Wisconsin 7-1 1022
10 Ohio State 7-1 931

Today’s big games: The 3:30 game #6 Missouri and #14 Nebraska looks good, the Georgia BUlldogs at Florida Gators is always a great game.

At 7:00 the 25!!!Baylor Bears are at the UNRANKED Texas Longhorns. Ya dont see that very often.

At 8:oo 1 or 2 Oregon goes to LA to play a very angry USC Trojans team…ducksoup maybe?

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.
