My take on the Super Bowl 45

It was a classic show down for Super Bowl 45 and it lived up to the hype. The the team with best Super Bowl record Pittsburgh Steelers went up against Green Bay Packers, who was coached by the man whom the trophy is named after: Vince Lombardi. The result was Green Bay winning the the Superbowl 31-25. This win for Green Bay actually could signal a trend. The NFC has won 3 out of the last 4 Super Bowls (Giants, Saints and Packers). The Top 3 dominant team of the last decade ( New England, Pittsburgh and Indianapolis) have been defeated. The top 3 quarterbacks (Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Ben Roethlisberger) have lost 3 of the last 4 Super Bowls. I don’t think this is a coincidence and could signal an era of NFC dominance.

What’s everyone’s take?

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
