Barack Hussein Obama is more concern about the feelings of the Muslim world, than how Americans feel. He has decided not to release the photos of a dead Bin Laden. He claims even compares the dead AL-Qaeda leader to a dead US soldier.

In an interview with Steve Kroft for this Sunday’s 60 Minutes, President Obama says he won’t release post-mortem images of Osamabin Laden taken to prove his death.

Video of the comments will appear on the CBS “Evening News” on Wednesday.

Republican House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Rogers said Wednesday that the Obama administration should not release the gruesome post-The killing of Osama bin Ladenmortem images, saying it could complicate the job for American troops overseas. Rogers told CBS News he has seen a post-mortem photo.

[….]

“Imagine how the American people would react if Al Qaida killed one of our troops or military leaders, and put photos of the body on the internet,” he continued. “Osama bin Laden is not a trophy – he is dead and let’s now focus on continuing the fight until Al Qaida has been eliminated.”

This is one of the most despicable comments I have ever heard. Obama’s moral equivalent magnifies what’s wrong with the political leaders of America. The same nation that defeated Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan and stared down the Soviets is now afraid of 7th century throwbacks. Rather than politically hang Obama for this act of cowardice, the Republicans are supporting him. Political Eunuch John Boehner backs Obama’s decision. Thus losing a golden political opportunity to nail Obama.

Either way, this is wrong and the American people have a right to see the photos. Screw the Islamic world, most ofthem hate us anyway. I’m tired of the American establishment’s appeasement.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
