Hello there….it’s me……..again………

As the old expression goes…….”I’m working on something big”……but before I get all heavy and critical (with furrowed eyebrows and a rambling rantish screed….)…….you need to watch these guys….no seriously…..like really, really, really need to watch these guys…..

These guys are a group of seriously skilled skateboarders, Californians, who took their love of the sport and turned it into an art form and a company called Original Skateboards.

Their specialty is a type of skateboard called a “longboard”. Their talents, as displayed in the video below, are a manifestation of their love of not only the sport but of life as well. I am not for a lot of monkeying around with skateboards in areas with a lot of passersby and pedestrian traffic, it tends to put a wobble in the harmonics and the flow of my karmic groove. But to do what these guys do, where they do it, with the skills, grace, talent and finesse they do it with…is seriously off the hook!!!!

Essentially, Longboarding is to skateboarding as Big Wave Tow-In is to ocean surfing……..its talent, grace, athletic prowess, lack of fear, killer surroundings and scenery, arse puckering rides and all of that is shaken (not stirred) with enough adrenaline to blow the top of a normal mortal’s head off…….welcome to Longboarding!!!
