Puerto Rican Marxist NY Congressman Jose Serrano shows his totalitarian colors. He has introduced a bill into Congress calling for a repeal of the 22nd Amendment which would do away with Presidential term limits and allow Obama to potentially be President for life. Back in 2008 even before Obama was sworn in, Serrano also made noises about repealing the 22nd amendment, apparently he views Obama as a “Presidente Vitalicio” (Permanent President) type of Banana Republic politician.

United States Democratic New York Rep. Jose Serrano, on Friday, introduced a bill in Congress that would repeal the Constitution’s 22nd Amendment – allowing a United States president to serve only two terms – according to the Daily Caller and other media outlets.

The Jan. 2011 bill, House Judiciary Res. 15, introduced by Rep. Serrano which has now been reintroduced a year later states:

… an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

Serrano’s inspiration for introducing this bill is not necessarily President Barack Obama, as the congressman has now introduced the bill for an eighth time through the years. Serrano proposed such bills during President Clinton’s term in 1997 and 1999, and during President George W. Bush’s terms in 2001, 2003, 2005, and 2007, as well. He has long believed that a president should not be limited to just two terms in the Oval Office.

None of the bills ever made it to the floor of Congress.

Obama would probably win a 3rd term in 2016 regardless of our economic status. The Media-Entertainment Industrial complex has his back. Conservatives/Libertarians should not dismiss Serrano’s bill. Obama is a cult figure and Millions of Americans would do as he says.

We're not easily offended and don't want people to think they have to walk on eggshells around here (like at another place that shall remain nameless) but of course, there is a limit to everything.

Play nice!
