As such, I have no trouble believing that Weissman mischaracterized certain evidence to indicate that it says something it didn’t. Fran Lebowitz is one of those classic NYC niche writers/humorist. And she is incredibly funny. She would never make it outside the city – maybe in Jersey – but not even LA.
