Perhaps there is some US investor who’d like to lease the Port of Darwin and the associated mega hotel (read future Chicom barracks). Some moron in the Northern Territory government literally gave it away to the CCP for $400 million and then built the hotel complex servicing visiting cruise ships. That was 4 or 5 years ago. So there is around 94 years to run on the lease. Cheap to some US investor for about $400 million.

I think it’s a ploy. If nothing else, his accountants and tax lawyers put the tax documents together and I seriously doubt that both of these groups would let a fraudulent tax document go through.
Also, there’s a difference for corporations between tax years and fiscal years. Trump’s documents to the lender may have reflected FISCAL year.
