This makes me sick. A pic of the gear that we use at the hospital for entering Wuhan Flu infected rooms…the masks, gloves and even the respirators are all Chinese.

It’s also an open.

    What you need to know
    – Snopes, Lead Stories and Washington Examiner say Dominion voting machines do not use Smartmatic vote-counting software
    – Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic released statements saying there is no ownership relationship between the two companies
    – Both companies have stated in separate statements that they do not have any political ties
    – PolitiFact, The AP, Lead Stories and more say there is no evidence that Dominion Voting Systems’ software impacted any vote tallies during the US election.

If SCOTUS issued an injuction against Penn. only after Dec. 8, the Penn. Gov. would have already acted to name the state’s electors. Even if the Court issued an injunction, the Gov. could still have the Electors meet on Dec. 14 and forward their certified votes to Cong.

YSK: Amazon will be enabling a feature called sidewalk that will share your Wi-Fi and bandwidth with anyone with an Amazon device automatically. Stripping away your privacy and security of your home network! Why YSK: This is an opt out system meaning it will be enabled by default. Not only does this pose a major security risk it also strips away privacy and uses up your bandwidth. Having a mesh network connecting to tons of IOT devices and allowing remote entry even when disconnected from WiFi is an absolutely terrible security practice and Amazon needs to be called out now!

    * On how to deal with ballots that have lost chain of custody.

    @shipwreckedcrew
This is FASCINATING. I saw a reference to “draw down” as a remedy but didn’t have the time to run it down and find out what it means. That is a very interesting way of addressing invalid votes.

    Shooter McKraken
    @I_Suck_At_Golf

    Replying to @shipwreckedcrew
In situations like this in WI we call it a draw down. Let’s say 10 signatures cannot be confirmed; ballots from the precinct are put into a bag and 10 are selected randomly as there is now way to match an envelope to a particular ballot. It’s a crap shoot but seems the most fair.

** Elections rules should be in place and well tested a year before an election. Any ballot that has lost chain of custody should be discarded. If the discard rate is too high the election should be turned over to the legislature. A robust voter ID by state with a national clearing house for the ID and the voter would clear a lot of this up. 50 different incompatible systems.

This is just a heads up that I stumbled across. Nobody in the West pays much attention to India because it’s such a complicated society. I have some twitter follows due to agriculture interests. But you may be aware that China and India have been ‘at odds’ recently over border issues. So now there is this.

Unidentified illness in India sickens hundreds, kills

NEW DELHI — At least one person has died and 200 others have been hospitalized due to an unidentified illness in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, reports said Monday.

The illness was detected Saturday evening in Eluru, an ancient city famous for its hand-woven products. Since then, patients have experienced symptoms ranging from nausea and anxiety to loss of consciousness, doctors said.

A 45-year-old man who was hospitalized with symptoms similar to epilepsy and nausea died Sunday evening, the Press Trust of India news agency reported.

Officials are trying to determine the cause of the illness. So far, water samples from impacted areas haven’t shown any signs of contamination, and the chief minister’s office said people not linked to the municipal water supply have also fallen ill. The patients are of different ages and have tested negative for COVID-19 and other viral diseases such as dengue, chikungunya or herpes.

An expert team deputed by the federal government reached the city to investigate the sudden illness Monday.

State chief minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy visited a government hospital and met patients who were ill. Opposition leader N. Chandrababu Naidu demanded on Twitter an “impartial, full-fledged inquiry into the incident.”

Andhra Pradesh state is among those worst hit by COVID-19, with over 800,000 detected cases. The health system in the state, like the rest of India, has been frayed by the virus.

I’m just keeping an eye on……..I need to find a map and the epilepsy thing tells me this is a CNS issue. Not good.

Certainly a better choice than Michelle Flournoy, although it’s sad that they had to include the fact that he would be the first black SecDef in the first paragraph:

Biden to nominate a four-star Army general for secretary of defense

President-elect Joe Biden will nominate retired four-star Army general Lloyd J. Austin to be secretary of defense, according to four people familiar with the decision. If confirmed by the Senate, Austin would be the first Black leader of the Pentagon.

Biden selected Austin over the longtime front-runner candidate, Michele Flournoy, a former senior Pentagon official and Biden supporter who would have been the first woman to serve as defense secretary. Biden also had considered Jeh Johnson, a former Pentagon general counsel and former secretary of homeland defense.

The impending nomination of Austin was confirmed by four people with knowledge of the pick who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the selection hadn’t been formally announced.

As a career military officer, the 67-year-old Austin is likely to face opposition from some in Congress and in the defense establishment who believe in drawing a clear line between civilian and military leadership of the Pentagon. Although many previous defense secretaries have served briefly in the military, only two — George C. Marshall and James Mattis — have been career officers. Marshall also served as secretary of state.

Like Mattis, Austin would need to obtain a congressional waiver to serve as defense secretary. The laws were meant to preserve the civilian nature of the Department of Defense.

Austin is a 1975 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served 41 years in uniform.

So this happened and I don’t have any idea if it’s worth the powder to blow it to hell

On Monday, just before midnight, the State of Texas filed a lawsuit that is far more important than all of the others surrounding the presidential election of November 3rd.

Texas brought a suit against four states that did something they cannot do: they violated the U.S. Constitution in their conduct of the presidential election. And this violation occurred regardless of the amount of election fraud that may have resulted. The four defendant states are Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Texas filed the suit directly in the Supreme Court.

The relief being sought has not only precedent (Election of 1836) it has constitutional verbage to back it up.

Not asking for the SCOTUS to throw out ballots, just follow the Constitution and the 12th Amendment of a Contingent Election.

I also got an answer to my vaccine question. It’s not a live virus vac, it’s an RNA transcription vac and it looks like I will be able to take it. Somebody on twatter explained how it works for me.

Not gene editing, it’s a message template used to make protein. That protein primes the immune system which kills that cell leaving nothing behind. Similar to regular cold

Think of DNA as the cookbook that never leaves the library (nucleus). Recipes are copied to sticky notes which are brought to kitchen and cooked (txlated to protein), and all sticky notes put in garbage, never return to library. mRNA=sticky note, won’t alter DNA

This is apparently quoted from the Texas lawsuit (which I’ve just downloaded but not yet read)

“The probability of former Vice President
Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant
States … independently given President Trump’s
early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4,
2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in
    1,000,000,000,000,000.”

The catch w/the Texas suit is that you need FIVE justices to agree to hear it instead of the usual 4. This is not a request for appeal, it’s considered an ‘original jurisdiction’ lawsuit (Motion for Leave to File) – a state suing other states, which an be heard ONLY by SCOTUS. I’ve seen nothing yet about whether or what they’ve decided

    Yeah, good luck with it…

GA Senate Repubs suddenly get all honest on us…….

    https://mailchi.mp/03a84530fbcc/for-immediate-release

We are calling upon the elections officials to engage the GBI to investigate any and all fraudulent activities, including those which were brought to light during Senate committee hearings on December 3, 2020.
We insist that all counties immediately preserve all data from the November
3, 2020 General Election in order to conduct a forensic audit. We also call on these counties to perform a signature audit. We call on the State Elections Board to oversee and monitor that closely.

We will continue to conduct public hearings up to and through January 5, 2021 to ensure that fraud and misconduct do not taint the next election.
We will fully fund the Secretary of State’s call to investigate out-of-state residents who attempt to move here for the sole purpose of voting in our run-off. We will make sure that these criminals are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We call upon the Secretary of State to immediately release a certified list of all voters in the November 3, 2020 General Election and a certified list of all newly registered voters in Georgia from October 5-December 7, 2020.
As soon as we may constitutionally convene, we will pass legislation to reverse the detrimental effects of the consent decree which was entered into in March 2020.

As soon as we may constitutionally convene, we will reform our election laws to secure our electoral process by eliminating at-will absentee voting. We will require photo identification for absentee voting for cause, and we will crack down on ballot harvesting by outlawing drop boxes.

Senate Committe releases Hunter Biden corruption report

    https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/HSGAC_Finance_Report_FINAL.pdf

What the Chairmen discovered during the course of this investigation is that the Obama administration knew that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board was problematic and did interfere in the efficient execution of policy with respect to Ukraine. Moreover, this investigation has illustrated the extent to which officials within the Obama administration ignored the glaring warning signs when the vice president’s son joined the board of a company
owned by a corrupt Ukrainian oligarch. And, as will be discussed in later sections, Hunter Biden was not the only Biden who cashed in on Joe Biden’s vice presidency.

This report not only details examples of extensive and complex financial transactions involving the Bidens, it also describes the quandary other U.S. governmental officials faced as they attempted to guide and support Ukraine’s anticorruption efforts. The Committees will continue to evaluate the information and evidence as it becomes available.

Not necessarily. That happens in every civil suit. The plaintiff files, and the defendant has a certain amount of time to submit a written response. Then the judge looks at both of them and decides whether there appears to be any merit to the case.

I wasn’t paying but I thought I’d do the islander crew a favour and choose them because they were just trying to establish themselves.

I do NOT believe in coincidences. I now have NO Sky TV and no hot water from my gas continuous hot water system that sits in the outside wall high up.

There’s something else I’ve been wanting to post but it’s a bit too heavy for this early in the morning. It’s about the global resistance.

As for Mark Levin, I listened for awhile too and found him very depressing. He seems to think that the Mike Kelly/Act 77/Pennsylvania case was about the emergency injunctive relief only w/no request for certiorari and that by refusing the injunction the entire case was tossed. But that’s not the read everyone else was giving it and as of last night the case was still on the docket. So his entire take was that SCOTUS just doesn’t want to touch anything with a barge pole. I haven’t bothered to go look for the filing myself because I was kinda busy.

And I think the Queen’s Gambit is probably the 2nd best movie I’ve ever seen, right after Schindler’s List. The end had me slobbering like a toddler.

Youtube has announced that they will no longer allow content criticising the election.

Yesterday was the safe harbor deadline for the U.S. Presidential election and enough states have certified their election results to determine a President-elect. Given that, we will start removing any piece of content uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, in line with our approach towards historical U.S. Presidential elections. For example, we will remove videos claiming that a Presidential candidate won the election due to widespread software glitches or counting errors. But it you look at THE CONCLUSION of the suit, the plaintiff asks that the pleading be considered the said writ as an alternative to allowing the injunction

This was early Dec 7 from the Nevada GOP

An appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court in the Trump Elector Election Contest lawsuit has been filed. A motion to expedite consideration will follow promptly. The NVGOP will continue to fight for election integrity.
You can read the Notice here

    This is what happened today

    https://twitter.com/NVGOP/status/1336736091840204800

“The Court ordered that in a mere 2.5 hours, Appellants were to submit a “supplemental brief identifying the specific portions” of the 35pg district court order that is the subject of this appeal “by pg and paragraph number, and accompanied by citations to the record.”
    .
”To put this Herculean task in context, the Order contains 177 discrete findings of fact, many of which contain their own citations to the record. Appellants’ draft appendix of record stretches over 13 volumes, and exceeds 2,500 pages.”

We were given just 2.5 hours to brief, line-by-line, our argument against the district court’s ruling. Read it for yourself: https://bit.ly/39W8hAP

This was not a fair process. Our case should have been heard.

Don’t know if you got to watch any of the Michigan hearings. There was a state rep on the panel, one Cynthia Johnson, who was hostile to the witnesses, asking one for her maiden name, presumably to dox her, calling others liars, etc.

A video showed up on twitter of her looking directly into the camera telling Trump supporters to ‘walk lightly’ and telling ‘soldiers’ You know what to do, etc.

    https://twitter.com/TheJeffGoldman/status/1336750363760791555

Well, now Ms. Johnson has been removed from all her committees

Threats to Democrats or Republicans are unacceptable and un-American. They’re even more unbecoming of an elected official. Rep. CA Johnson has been stripped of her committees and we’re looking into further disciplinary action as the proper authorities conduct their investigation.

If you read BXVI resignation he cunningly only tossed the administrative duties. Kept the spiritual responsibilities and then kept his mouth shut to prevent his death courtesy of the Sant Gallen Group of Church plotters. Frank hasn’t the power he thinks he has! Both BXVI and JP II had their human foibles but there were the best of a bad lot. Even LeoX and Pius XII didn’t do what they were commanded to do and every Pope from J XXIII onwards were deeply flawed to one level or another. Poor old JP I only lasted 28 days and that set the threat to the rest. J XXIII was a homosexual Mason as was Paul VI. At least P VI made a death bed confession but it was too late to repair all of the destruction wrought by his pontificate by the likes of Cdl Bernadine a pedo Mason who destroyed the Liturgy of the Church in 1966 single handedly post Vatical II

The shit the world is in right now stems directly from that century and a half of destruction within the RCC and the Popes who were either too weak to stop it or were pushing the evil themselves. Fatima was clear as crystal in its instructions. Consecrate Russia to the Heart of the BVM (sorry Protestants but that is what it is whether you like it or not) or REALLY bad shit was coming down the pike. Not one Pope since 1917 has done as he was instructed to do and the Consecration of the R Russian Nation before 1960 was not carried out, and we are now reaping the whirlwind folks.

    Yup.

The requirements were very simple. The WHOLE RCC led by the Pope plus ALL of the Bishops of the RCC to SPECIFICALLY Consecrate Russia. (not the World including Russia or any other variations on that theme) just Russia to the Heart of the BVM AT THE SAME TIME worldwide.
Not one Pope since 1917 has actually done as they were instructed. The level of incompetence and BS is amazing. These Popes couldn’t even get that simple request straight. Not one. Even JP II tried several times but failed abysmally on the two or three occasions he attempted it. Sister Lucy was forbidden by the Vatican from speaking from her closed order convent without permission. There was a lot of resistance within the RCC when it came to Fatima initially, however that dissolved when 70,000 witnessed the ‘miracle of the sun’ in 1917 during the last apparition including film of the event.

Since 1917 all of the events forecast including the rise of communism, the end of WWI the further slaughter of WWII and post 1960 deadline to enact the simple requirements for the Consecration of Russia, that was again not met by the Church. The advancement of Communism and rise of One World Government and a One World faux-Church. The chances of Marxist Frank doing anything is zip. B XVI had his chance as did JP II and they screwed it up every time.

Now we are where we are !

Swalwell was set up in the perfect ‘honey-trap’ by the Chinese yet even though the Alphabet soup agencies knew that he was compromised they did nothing. He was reporting intelligence penetration into Australian government for years in his counter-intelligence reports and yet the mandarines in charge of agencies did nothing. Mostly it’s human weakness, incompetence and sloth rather than active evil that drives these ‘elites’.

Also, altho he had a 20 yr tenure, we don’t know when the FBI became aware of what he was. I saw something today that said he’s still in-country, working as an ‘activist’. Should have dug a little, that tells me he’s an American citizen, but why isn’t he in jail for espionage?

It’s true that Australia’s largest wine maker, Treasury Estates, is being hit hard by the China tariff along with many other wine makers. But Treasury has had the temerity to shift some its wine into the Taiwan market and attach the extra label “freedom wine”

In Beijing many of Xi’s friends enjoy a Penfolds and the wine from Chile is not quite the same. And ordinary Australians are enjoying cheaper wines.

China’s coal bans have hit Australian coal exporters but the Chinese steelmakers have also been impacted because the price of inferior non-Australian coal has jumped. Some of Xi’s rural bans are going well but, sadly for China, Australia’s gigantic wheat exporters have been smart and China is a relatively small part of their markets.

And then comes what for Xi is the saddest situation of all — iron ore. When Xi was planning his Australian attack as punishment for a series of criticisms of China from Australian ministers and public servants, the iron ore price was around $US80 a tonne. Now it is soaring above $US140 a tonne.

The China dispute is pumping almost $A600 million a month in extra revenue into the Australian coffers and it’s going a long way to funding the massive JobKeeper program and swamping any impacts China’s trade blows have created.

The reasons for the iron ore price rises are straightforward. To get China through the COVID-19 pandemic Xi stepped up public works on top of a large set of investments as part of the Belt and Road initiative.

That substantially increased the demand for steel and at the same time Brazil did not produce the amount of iron ore that that Xi had expected. To date overall, Australian has been conciliatory, looking to find a way to normalise relations, although the doctored imagine of Australian soldiers enraged the Australian Prime Minister, who is clearly not buckling to China’s pressure.

Morrison is able to tell countries in the region that they need to limit their dependence on China or they too may be punished and they will not have iron ore to nullify the blows.

Xi Jinping knows what he would do if he was Scott Morrison — as Australian PM Xi would curb iron ore exports to China and send the price above $US200, crippling the Chinese steel industry. Morrison has never even hinted at taking such an action and it’s not on his agenda.

But both men know who has the ultimate power in this trade war….. and it ‘ain’t Xi …..
