Now I have a serious backlog of cooked meals in the fridge, also four avocados that became ripe together, two cucumbers and three tomatoes.
Oh did I mention I boiled three eggs too last night, planning to have egg salad on toast and that was REJECTED.
( wondering what to have for lunch, maybe a pizza delivery? LOL )

I swear, the people who work at that hospital in Albuquerque where my mom was are totally disorganized. They transferred her to an inpatient rehab facility in the town where we live late yesterday, since she’s still not able to do basic stuff for herself. I just got a phone call from someone at the hospital who was trying to get in touch with her, since she didn’t answer her home phone when they called her.
That would be because you sent her to another facility, genius.

According to the weather forecast ( by a bunch of over paid liars who just make shit up ) it will be 100F here at 5pm. Currently 90F at 12pm.
Just placed two ripe avocados in the fridge, letting them chill and wondering if in a few hours I should eat them with some cucumber and a tomato and some shrimp that got marinated and cooked last night.
Or put it all in a blender and smear it over my body. Cooling, refreshing, good for the skin.

A product review. Just to show I do other things than eat.
The story shortened. About 4 years ago I bought a trolling motor ( LOL yeah, why do I need a motor to troll ) and a fish finder and a 55 Amp Hour deep cycle battery. Also a nice little intelligent charger and a case the battery goes in that has two USB charging ports and a cigarette lighter socket.
Dumped the troll motor and fish finder but kept the charger and battery and case that you put in your canoe.
Decided to get the battery and shit out of the pile of unused stuff as we are coming into no power season.
My internet is a $25 a month unlimited hotspot phone from Visible, and I has Natasha’s tablet. So when power goes out if I have a way of charging them I has internet for weeks!
Got battery out, checked voltage. 9.6v That would be kind of fatal for a regular lead acid battery but this one is deep cycle. That is bollocks, my charger tried hard several times but could not get it past 10.4V
Anyway, read the manual for nice little charger ( Noco Genius 5 ) and forced it into battery repair mode.
Battery is now at 12.96v
So, two things, I endorse the Noco Genius 5 charger and when the power goes off in Houston using my phone as a hotspot and Natasha’s tablet and my rejuvenated battery I am good to go for a week or more!

When I saw the ad in question I immediately thought of the 70s and 80s when women bought men jeans. Even in high school stole men jeans! ( well not actually, but appreciated me if I did the ” shrink to fit ” thing in the bath tub for an hour or two for them. Legs were blue for a week after ) Buy a pair 1 inch larger in the waist and two inches longer in the leg.

The entire interview is stunning for a few reasons.
1. Almost everything Obama says is in direct contradiction to the intelligence report on the election that he had just recently received. The majority of this interview was spent discussing Russia’s election interference to help Trump. We now know that Obama had just received a report informing him that did not happen.
2. It was extremely obvious throughout the entire interview that Obama was lying and that he knew the significance of what he was doing.
3. Obama finished the interview, left and returned to talk about a new “Intelligence Assessment” that would be dropping before Trump’s inauguration. He was priming the media to be on the look out for the bogus report he had just asked for.
It’s impossible to overstate the magnitude of what Obama was doing during this interview. And of course he turned to NPR to help him do his dirty work.

A few days later, Judge Boasberg serendipitously gets a case involving the removal of the most violent members of a foreign terrorist organization.
Judge Boasberg issues an injunction and is promptly flipped by the Supreme Court because he lacked jurisdiction over the case.
Boasberg now concludes that Trump Admin has violated his unlawful injunction and finds probable cause to hold the government in contempt.
DC Circuit stays his probable cause finding.
Boasberg next issues a preliminary injunction holding that the removal of these violent aliens violated due process.
DC Circuit issues an administrative stay of that ruling.
Boasberg complains that the DC Circuit is taking too long to adjudicate his rulings.
DC Circuit promptly vacates Boasberg’s contempt finding.
As Judge Katsas of the DC Circuit recognized, Judge Boasberg’s order raised “troubling” questions of judicial control over core Executive functions and prompted an “extraordinary, ongoing confrontation” between the Executive and Judicial branches. American contractor works in both the Pacific Palisades and Altadena area and confirms Chinese nationals are calling him and asking to buy up 5-6 lots at a time
He says China is buying so many properties, it’s “going to turn both Altadena and Pacific Palisades into the type of neighborhoods where you drive down and all of the signage is in Chinese.”
