Hugo Chavez calls Obama a clown

I normally don’t agree with Hugo Chavez on anything, but when he’s right I have to be intellectually honest. Hugo called Obama a clown, a statement I totally agree with. He also said Obama has turned the US to a disaster, something which is true!

Hugo Chávez blasted President Barack Obama as a “clown” and an “embarrassment” who has turned the United States into a “disaster” after Obama criticized Venezuela’s ties with Iran and Cuba, according to a report Tuesday.

Chávez’s comments came in the wake of Obama’s Monday written interview with the Caracas paper El Universal, where the U.S. president questioned Venezuela’s connections to those countries. Chávez hit back strongly at Obama on state TV Monday, according to The Guardian, saying the president gave the interview only to “win votes” in the 2012 election.

It’s funny how Progressives turn on each other. Hugo Chavez clearly doesn’t like or respect Obama. he is right also that Obama only said bad things about Venezuela because he’s running for re-election. As for Obama turning the US into a disaster, Hugo should know. Barack Hussein Obama is emulating Chavez’s 3rd World Liberation polices and demagogue style. Takes one to know one.

Chavez Nativity?

“Chavez Nativity” creates controversy in Venezuela

A Nativity scene in Caracas showing the socialist president standing before the traditional crib-in-a-manger has stirred up a pre-Christmas controversy in the politically polarized country.

“It has nothing to do with the real Nativity, with religion. I don’t like it,” said passerby Arnaldo Amundaray, tutting as he took a close look at the model.

For Chavez supporters and the Nativity’s creators, it is a legitimate and innocent tribute to their man.

“The intention is to show off all the revolution’s achievements because the media silence the good things President Chavez has done,” said Maria Alejandra Mijares, a Women’s Ministry employee who helped make the Nativity.

The lovingly constructed model, which stands in a concourse of residential and business towers in central Caracas, has the traditional Christian scene at its heart. But it also politicizes the Nativity by paying tribute to some of Chavez’s most popular policies during his 13-year rule.

I have always suspected that Obama bats for the other team. Not that I care, it’s his business. But Hugo Chavez?

How sweet!

The supporters of Hugo Chavez have taken their love for the man to a new level. Chavez has a bald head now due to his cancer treatment.  Now many of his followers are shaving their heads in solidarity.

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Supporters of President Hugo Chavez shaved their heads in solidarity with their leader’s struggle against cancer on Sunday as hundreds prayed and sang at a televised event.

Barbers shaved off the hair of several men and at least one woman while the crowd swayed to a religious song. Chavez, who shaved his head after starting to lose his hair due to chemotherapy, smiled and waved to the crowd.

“We’re Christians. Christ unites us,” Chavez said in a speech, noting that others had decided to join him and “change their look.”

They should do us a favor. Chavez supporters should cur off their heads!
