CzechRebel on 1389 Blog had it all figured out on January 6. Both of us noticed that something very fishy was going on that night. Problem is, even if the final vote certification shows Santorum, and not Romney, to be the actual winner in Iowa, Romney has already enjoyed a huge, undeserved, and artificial boost from having been prematurely declared the victor.
