Democrat Gun Control Bill inspired by James Bond

The Democrats are really reaching with gun control.  Rep. John Tierney (D-Mass.) is now proposing a bill that would only allow guns to be produced that can be used by the owner only. He got this idea from the latest James Bond film, Skyfall.

A House Democrat inspired by the last James Bond movie has offered legislation to produce handguns with “personalization technology.”

The idea is to produce guns that can only be used by the gun’s owners. Rep. John Tierney (D-Mass.) cited the latest James Bond movie, Skyfall, as inspiration for the bill.

“In the most recent James Bond film, Bond escapes death when his handgun, which is equipped with technology that recognizes him as its owner, becomes inoperable when it gets into the wrong hands,” Tierney’s office said in a statement introducing the bill. “This technology, however, isn’t just for the movies — it’s a reality.”

These clowns are delusional, but dangerous.

The Hobbit is the prequel to J. R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy. The story is about Bilbo Baggins’ encounter with the Ring and Gollum. Peter Jackson has decided to turn the Hobbit into a three part series!

I agree with the direction of the Hobbit turning into a trilogy. There is too much of the story to be done in one movie.

The 32nd James Bond movie, Skyfall, is scheduled to be released in October. This year will mark the 50th anniversary since the first Bond movie, Dr. No. That movie introduced Sean Connery to the world.

Daniel Craig did well as James Bond in the last two movies. He plays a complicated version of Bond, who struggles with inner demons. Judging from the trailers, Skyfall looks like an good Bond Flick
