Our so called leaders are bat shit insane. The hatred and killing, the “Conflict” in the Middle East has been going on for over 2000 years. We are not going to be the ones to solve it, unless we just admit that the Arabs are homicidal maniacs, pure 100 percent sociopaths and the only solution to their madness is to kill them all before they kill us.

Those who insist that somehow we can reason with the Arabs are deluding themselves and placing all of the rest of us at grave risk of being killed by psychopaths. You do not reason with Ted Bundy, you do not reason with John Wayne Gacy or Jeffery Dahmer, the sooner we accept that 99% of the Muslims in the Middle East are every bit the homicidal psychopaths that Bundy, Gacy or Dahmer were the sooner we can take reasonable actions. In the case of the middle east, reasonable actions would be turning Iraq, Iran and Afghanistan into giant puddles of molten green glass.

The options here, are to embrace insanity and deceive ourselves into thinking that we can fix something that has been going on for over 2000 years. A decision by the way that leads to an untold number of innocent lives being lost in repeated 9/11 events. Or accepting reality and putting an end to Arab Islamic homicidal psychopathic threats to the entire rest of the world.

I know, I know… I must be pure evil for thinking that it’s ok to murder tens of millions of innocent Arab Muslims. To which I respond.. Fucking spare me… Every since Thomas Jefferson sent the Marines to the shores of Tripoli the Muslims have been threatening to kill everyone who refuses to convert to Islam. Hell they have been not only threatening, but have been doing exactly that since 700 AD when Mohammad commanded them to do exactly that.

Albert Einstein once famously defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again always expecting a different result. Islam is not going to suddenly come to it’s senses and become a peaceful religion. If we do not accept reality and admit that Arab Islam is a sociopath religion that cannot be redeemed then Arab Islam is going to continue murdering everyone who refuses to convert to Islam. We will be responsible for every one of those innocent deaths because we had the ability to put an end to Arab Islamic insanity and were too cowardly to do so.

There is a solution to the homicidal insanity that is Arab Islam.

Who dares call it treason.

Sometime early in May 1779 Major General Benedict Arnold plotted with Sir Henry Clinton to surrender the American Fort of West Point to the British. Benedict Arnold was a highly decorated officer, and at one point a trusted confident of General George Washington. Arnold had become disillusioned by the petty vindictive and dishonest behavior of the men within the Officer Corps of the Continental Army, and utterly dismayed by the ruthless and self interested behavior of the representatives of the Continental Congress.

Benedict Arnold, had, in short come to believe that the Revolutionary War was a losing proposition, and that the only way to spare the lives of those fighting, was to bring the war to a swift end. To that end, he made the conscience decision to betray those who trusted him to their enemies. The consequence of his decision, was to be that his name would become synonymous with the act of Treason in the United States of America. Arnold himself only barely escaped being hung for treason.

A fate that unlike Benedict Arnold, Julius and Ethel Rosenberg did not escape, (Execution, not hanging per say). Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were Russian sympathizing Communist who knowingly and willingly engaged in espionage on behalf of the Soviet Union during WWII. Though the Rosenberg’s never admitted their guilt, and even to this day many insist that they were innocent, their guilt has in fact been proven beyond any conceivable measure of doubt.

The September 21, 1944 cable:
The Rosenbergs and the Greenglasses

The United States Constitution sets the legal definition of treason as follows.

Article 3, Section 3, Clauses 1

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Since Benedict Arnold, no individual in elected office in the service of the United States of America has taken actions which more clearly and indisputably fall within the Article 3, Section 3, Clauses 1 legal definition of treason than the actions taken by Barack Obama when he using the excuse of exchanging a American Military person, released 5 of the Taliban’s top commanders and paid a 6 million dollar ransom.

There is no other way of describing, giving 1.2 million dollars each to 5 of your enemies top 4 Star Generals and sending them back on to the battlefield other than to describe it as “Giving Aid and Comfort to the Enemy in a Time of War”.

There is no way to say this that makes it clearer, treason is an act, it does not matter even in the slightest bit that you intended to commit treason, it does not matter even remotely what your motives or intentions were. You do not get to commit treason and then claim, but my heart was in the right place or my intentions were good. Had George Washington been able to catch Benedict Arnold, he would have had him hung on the spot, Arnold, his supposed noble intentions not withstanding.

While the act of giving aid and comfort to the enemy in a time of war is Barack Obama’s crime, sadly it is unlikely to be the only act of treason that this incident is likely to spawn. The second, and even more serious act of treason, will no doubt be on the part of a cowardly and complicate Congress. A Congress so enamored of power and money, a Congress so utterly and completely corrupt that they will refuse to bring Articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama for his utterly indisputable act of treason.

Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence and second President of the United States of America was often quoted as saying.

“And what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.”

There can be no question that Thomas Jefferson was speaking of just such ruler’s as Barack Obama, who has broken his Oath of office, shredded the United States Constitution, defied Congress, and committed the most blatant act of Treason in the entire history of the United States of America.

Fox News: Four Americans Killed on Yacht Hijacked by Somali Pirates

(h/t: Bagua)

Four Americans aboard a yacht hijacked by Somali pirates were gunned down by their captors Tuesday.

U.S. forces responded to gunfire aboard the yacht Quest at approximately 1 a.m. Tuesday, but discovered all four hostages had been shot by their captors. Despite attempts to save their lives, all four hostages died of their wounds.

“We express our deepest condolences for the innocent lives callously lost aboard the Quest,” said Gen. James N. Mattis, U.S. Central Command Commander in a news release.

Two pirates died during the confrontation and U.S. forces found the remains of two other pirates already dead aboard the vessel. Thirteen pirates were captured and detained, along with two already in custody. A total of 19 pirates were involved in the hijacking.

The remains of the four Americans were taken aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise, as were the 15 pirates in custody. There is no word yet on where the pirates will be taken for trial. They could go to Kenya or they could come back to the U.S. There is a precedent for both.

Read it all.

Pirates belong in the history books or the movies, not in real life. The United States has adequate naval firepower to put an end to piracy in international waters. The US Constitution empowers the US Senate and House of Representatives to do what is needed to get rid of this scourge.

Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution empowers Congress

…To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;…

Obama failed to take any action until it was too late. Yoo-hoo, Obama and the US Senate and House: You can’t pussyfoot around with pirates. It’s YOUR DUTY to defend the US against foreign enemies. In case you haven’t noticed, pirates are foreign enemies, they have attacked us, and it’s your duty to do something about it, without delay. You have to clean pirates out of the sea lanes, you have to sink all their boats and ships, and you have to take out the villages and settlements where they are based. The Senate needs to enact a specific declaration of war against these pirates and the House needs to vote funding to back it up.

None of this “nation-building” – just clean them out once and for all. If you fail to do that, piracy will rapidly grow out of control and maritime transport will become more and more dangerous and expensive. Allowing this piracy to continue will cost us, and the rest of the world, very heavily in the long run.

well at least Obama approved action if the Navy thought the hostages were in danger.

I call bull**** on that. The hostages were in danger from the minute the Somali animals took them prisoner. They should have threatened to bomb the pirates’ village flat if any of the hostages were harmed. Now they should follow up on that. Kill the village. Everyone in it. Flatten it with fuel-air explosives. Sink any vessels that try and make port there afterwords.

One of the problems that is hamstringing the US and other nations in dealing with pirates is the UN. That organization serves only to protect and foster evildoers all over the world; it’s long past time to get the US out of the UN and vice versa, but that is an argument for another day. The problem is that current maritime law as defined by the UN makes no provision for dealing with pirates.

DNA India: Why we still have pirates in the 21st century

Gwynne Dyer / Sunday, October 10, 2010 22:14 IST
[…]
How can it have come to pass that we have a major pirate problem in the 21st century? They sorted that out in the early 18th century. Why has it got unsorted again?

Blame international law. When they were codifying the law of the sea back in the 1970s, the world had no pirate problem worth talking about. So they dropped the rule of “universal jurisdiction” that had been the key to suppressing piracy in the bad old days. “Universal jurisdiction”meant that every navy could arrest suspected pirates of any nationality and try them under its own national laws, since pirates had been defined as “the enemies of all mankind.” That’s how piracy was wiped out in the first place.

But when they were writing the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea in the 1970s, there were no pirates anymore, so they dropped the rule of “universal jurisdiction” in favour of a legal regime more attuned to modern notions of human rights and national sovereignty. What has replaced those old rules, in practice, is a legal quagmire where you can never be sure who has legal jurisdiction. So the navies (which could easily suppress the piracy if they were free to act) refrain from using force, and are reluctant even to arrest people at sea who are quite obviously pirates.

To extinguish piracy again, we need a modernised version of the old rules. That requires prompt action to create a comprehensive international agreement that gets around the Law of the Sea.

There is one other issue, of course. If we use serious force against the pirates, they will threaten to use force against their captives. Some of them might be killed. But since there will never be a time when there are no captives in the hands of the Somali pirates until and unless we crack down hard, that is a risk that we just have to take.

Read it all.

A better idea: Ignore the UN entirely and go after the pirates. If anybody complains, ignore them also.

We dealt with jihadi pirates two centuries ago, during the Thomas Jefferson administration. We can do it again.
