Friday Beer Of The Week, Innis and Gunn Original

Aye, Laddies! The Beer of the Week is Innis and Gunn Barrel Aged Original Original Scottish Beer.

As I posted on Wednesday, after too many days in the salt mines and hitting the books for yet another Master’s degree, it was time to attend to serious goofing off at the annual golf outing at my Parents. Mom is banished from the estate and the men arrive. There will be much golf, beef, cigars, booze, and tall tales will be told! No Womenz allowed. That said, I sit on posting this from the deck on Wednesday whilst watching the beginnings of that tropical depression roll in, the showers are starting and the temperature is moderating. Soon there will be thunder and lighting. This will soften the greens up for Saturday allowing for some low scores.

I decided to pair this celebratory beer with a Montecristo White Churchill, perhaps the most civilized cigar in my collection. “Elegance and sophistication are the hallmarks of the Montecristo White Label cigar. The Dominican and Nicaraguan long filler blend encased by a honey-colored Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper produces abundant rich and creamy smoke with flavors of mellow pepper and wood laced with notes of sweetness and oats. Impeccably constructed, well-rounded, this is a classic cigar that never disappoints”.

The notes of this cigar pair perfectly with the toffee and caramel of the ale, the Styrian hops are also a nice touch.

Some days it is worth the struggle.

Me thinks cold warrior waxes a tad bit to lyrical for his own sanity. Tis a vice best left to proper villains and degenerates (or good for nothing useless former Rock Stars, should one happen to have one available for the job).

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse about the events that day of the Parkland shooting, NOW we’re learning that Sheriff stopped paramedics from going in (they would have been accompanied by LEO’s):

We know that the Coward of Broward hid behind a tree, and three of his fellow deputies did the same. We know that SWAT was kept out. We know that the Coral Springs police department showed up and entered the school (my guess is that they told the deputies to pound sand when told to stay back).

    https://twitchy.com/samj-3930/2018/06/01/unreal-just-when-you-thought-broward-countys-sheriff-israel-couldnt-possibly-look-even-worse/

Scott Israel should be fired immediately. And if I were him, I’d sure as hell get a civil litigation attorney on retainer. I imagine the next step here is going to be talking to some of those ER/trauma doctors and finding out if any of the victims could have been saved had the paramedics been able to get to them and administer aid.

The lawsuit against Israel, the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, and that jerk Runcie and his PROMISE program are going to be epic. They have time under the statute of limitations to file – PLENTY of time. Just because they haven’t filed yet doesn’t mean those ducks aren’t lining up in a nice, neat little row.

And that Camera Hogg attention whore can pound sand.

Oh, and in case anyone would like to know who NOT to patronize because they sponsor Samantha Bee-hind, Haagen-Das, GEICO, Taco Bell and Discover Card are the ones I’ve found so far. AutoTrader has already dropped her. So has State Farm.

    This is a disturbing thought.

Has anyone else noticed that Charles Schumer is the literal embodiment of the subject of anti-Semitic propaganda? That POS has deceived and used the Jewish voters of New York to gain power and those same voters will be left holding the bag when it is time to hold him accountable for his crimes. We know that Schumer is fully responsible for his acts, but not everyone will be properly enlightened and innocent (or at least ignorant) people will be wrongly punished. This is clearly wrong.

It’s a physical job that’s hard on the cardiovascular system due to massive amounts of heat, but my guess is lawsuits.

    It was borderline ludicrous.

They’ve been sued over the mandatory hair tests and won.

Also crazy breathalyzer tests. They were sued by a woman that was diabetic and blew a 0.02. After blood tests a doctor determined that there was no alcohol in the bloodstream and that she was merely expelling sugar alcohol, but the court still sided with the company and allowed her termination because of the zero tolerance policy.

I don’t trust hair tests. And they had to take body hair, which apparently holds the markers MUCH longer than head hair, even though they say they’re only looking 90 days previous.

Issuing a media ban because the rapists are muzz is Totalitarianism 101. I can hunt down Ezra Levant, a Canadian lawyer who employed Robinson as reporter for Rebel Media. Its complicated. First and foremost, it was “Tommy Robinson” the idiots at Whitehall and Downing Street have been trying to silence him for a decade now. Secondly, its the Islamic “Grooming Gangs” story, which is one hell of a super major Whitehall/Downing Street fuck up of biblical proportions.

Yes, in the absolutely purest most technical how many Angels can dance on the head of a pin splitting hairs kind of way, Tommy violated a court order. The spirit of it any way.

Whitehall/Downing Street allowed the kidnapping and raping of well over 1400 12 through 16 year old White British girls over at least a ten year period because supposedly they were scared shitless of being accused of being racists if they arrested and prosecuted anyone.

1400 is an extremely conservative number by the way. Whitehall and Downing Street are desperate to deal with this matter in as quiet a sweep it under the carpet fashion as they can. Essentially they do not want the general public demanding answers, because they do not have any that do not utterly fail the smell test.

Tommy was putting it front and center right in the middle of every UK citizens roast beef and potato supper where they couldn’t ignore it. That is what got him in trouble. I say Mildred, would you like some mustard on your Tommy Robinson grooming gang roast beef tonight? Why thank you Alfred, but can’t we do something more to smother that Tommy chap, he’s really quiet the hooligan stiring up trouble telling people how their daughters are getting rapped by those Muslims chaps and all. Bad show for the Scotland Yard you know, being exposed as corrupt and incompetent and all. Oh, and please pass me the potatoes Alfred.

A soccer hooligan who spoke out against Muslim tyranny in jolly ole England and dies at the hands of Muslim prisoners in jail will hopefully be a turning point for the people in the lunacy of England’s current laws.

I posted a live leak vid the other day. A reporter said that a couple of cops told him that the local imam shows up at the station & says he can have a couple thousand muzz surround the station within the hour. Since most of them don’t work & LOVE to yell death to the infidel at the drop of the holy book, the police are effectively blackmailed.

No I am most assuredly not woke. I happen to agree with Sir Charles James Napier who famously solved a gruesome ancient Hindu practice with this policy.

Be it so. This burning of widows is your custom; prepare the funeral pile. But my nation has also a custom. When men burn women alive we hang them, and confiscate all their property. My carpenters shall therefore erect gibbets on which to hang all concerned when the widow is consumed. Let us all act according to national customs.

good morning all, I am fine, just having a good time in meat space. Re: Tommy Robinson,

    https://www.ukipdaily.com/tommy-robinson-a-week-later/

This is the daily newsletter for the UKIP (Brexit) party and you all know the editor, who has become a good friend of mine over the years. She is from Wales and she used to post at the swamp as ‘ymo a hyd’. As her byline is out there anyway, her name is Vivian Evans.

And I believe there is a demo of some kind scheduled for June 9 that I’m sure the authorities will find some way to squash.

There a lots of links I could give you, but you can google yerselves, don’t need me to do that.

If you haven’t read Tommy’s book, Enemy of the State, you might want to.

Some things you may not get from any ‘professional articles’ reading about this:

The UK does not – or didn’t in this case – sequester juries. That would have mooted any concern about a jury seeing anything Tommy did.

Altho originally the reason given for the authorities hiding the story of the rapes was that they feared being called ‘racist’, it turns out not to be true, or not the whole truth. The rest of the story is that some of the girls who DID go to the police were then raped by the cops.

One thing has become clear reading thru hundreds, maybe thousands, of remarks from Brits about this over time – there is a deep, festering, soul-killing class division in Britain that is an integral part of the kernal at work here. ‘Tommy’ (his real name is Stephen, another story) is ‘the wrong kind’, the girls are the wrong kind, the perps are the wrong kind, and on and on and on.

That’s why their media is getting away with calling the demonstrators ‘nazi’ (no nazi flag anywhere), ‘right wing’, ‘alt-right’, etc. It’s code for ‘other’ and gives tacit permission to write off Tommy and all his supporters while ignoring the real threat – a totalitarian state that has consigned Tommy to a remote-controlled death sentence. And that is EXACTLY what it is, that is its intent, make no mistake.

If Tommy dies in prison, will heads roll? Nope. Not in Britain. Tommy’s the wrong kind, he’s a loudmouth trouble maker from Luton, for God’s sake, get him off the telly. One UKIP person wanted to stay away from the entire issue, because Tommy got what he had coming, no need to sully UKIP’s reputation by standing up for a punk, it would simply make UKIP ‘look silly’. I raked the bastard. He’s back again today, so I’ll have to make time to finish him off.

Why have I picked this up? First, I became friends w/Viv when we were both at the Swamp and she became very involved in UKIP. I’d already become deeply anti-EU via my research that started with the agricultural sector, so it was a shared cause. The EU/Britain is crucial to the U.S. for reasons I don’t have time to go into and Tommy is, too, for many of the same reasons. Basically, the U.S. needs a bulwark against tyranny on the continent, just as we did in WW II. And it looks like we’re losing it. The only natural allies we seem to have there are Poland and Hungary. They might have 2 bullets and a slingshot between them (altho the UK, except for SAS, isn’t much better).

As for me – the surgery went very well, the next phase will be in about 3 months. Best $50k birthday present I ever got.

As for the heathen beagles – Willow is doing very well, she loves playing with Mia but does find the puppy energy annoying. As for Mia, she is a god-awful handful. I got what I wanted in spades and then some. She does her Aunt Bonnie proud.

Bumr50 – oh good luck w/the job, I’ve seen some pieces about how truckers are aging out of the industry and they’re thinking of lowering the entry age to get people in fast.

Calo – thanks for thinking of me, DID YOU LOSE MY EMAIL ADDY OR SOMETHING?

rightwing – please tell Momcat and The Girl I said hey. I’m not clear – is the girl working at a job INSTEAD of going to camp this summer or doing both somehow? Doesn’t she still have to practice her archery too?

ok, must go, I’ll try to check in more often if I think there’s anything yinz might be interested in.

    Ah.

But on the flip side Big Trucking has firmly embraced cheap labor.

Wages need to rise in order to attract people. OTR trucking is a lifestyle that requires people to make huge sacrifices. It just doesn’t pay like it used to.

Based on my frequent encounters with drivers, I would surmise that the average American OTR trucker in 2018 speaks English as a second language. Go eat lunch at a truck stop if you don’t believe me.

If they pay more, they will get drivers.

Not the current trial, another that was tried.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotherham_child_sexual_exploitation_scandal

The Rotherham child sexual exploitation scandal has been described as the “biggest child protection scandal in UK history”.[16] From the late 1980s until the 2010s, organised child sexual abuse continued almost unchallenged by legal authorities[17] in the northern English town of Rotherham, South Yorkshire. It was first documented in the early 1990s, when care-home managers investigated reports that children in their care were being picked up by taxi drivers.[18] From at least 2001, multiple reports passed names of alleged perpetrators, several from one family, to the police and Rotherham Council. The first group conviction took place in 2010, when five British-Pakistani men were convicted of sexual offences against girls aged 12–16, but the ringleaders remained at large.[19] Other major convictions regarding child sexual exploitation included one in 2007 of a lone male offender who “abused over 80 boys and young men”.[20] From January 2011 Andrew Norfolk of The Times pressed the issue, reporting in 2012 that the abuse in the town was widespread, and that the police and council had known about it for over ten years.[a]

The Times articles, along with the 2012 trial of the Rochdale child sex abuse ring, prompted the House of Commons Home Affairs Committee to conduct hearings.[23] Following this and further articles from Norfolk, Rotherham Council commissioned an independent inquiry led by Professor Alexis Jay. In August 2014 the Jay report concluded that an estimated 1,400 children, most of them white girls,[24] had been sexually abused in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013 by predominantly British-Pakistani men. British Asian girls suffered abuse that mirrored that of other victims, but there was a reluctance to report it due to the fear of shame and dishonour it would bring on their families.[25] A “common thread” was that taxi drivers had been picking the children up for sex from care homes and schools.[b] The abuse included gang rape, forcing children to watch rape, dousing them with petrol and threatening to set them on fire, threatening to rape their mothers and younger sisters, and trafficking them to other towns.[28] There were pregnancies—one at age 12—terminations, miscarriages, babies raised by their mothers, and babies removed, causing further trauma.[29][30][31][32]

The failure to address the abuse was attributed to a combination of factors revolving around race, class and gender—contemptuous and sexist attitudes toward the mostly working-class victims; fear that the perpetrators’ ethnicity would trigger allegations of racism and damage community relations; the Labour council’s reluctance to challenge a Labour-voting ethnic minority; lack of a child-centred focus; a desire to protect the town’s reputation; and lack of training and resources.[33][34][17]

Rotherham Council’s chief executive, its director of children’s services, and the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire Police all resigned.[35] The Independent Police Complaints Commission and the National Crime Agency both opened inquiries, the latter expected to last eight years.[36][37] The government appointed Louise Casey to conduct an inspection of Rotherham Council.[38] Published in January 2015, the Casey report concluded that the council had a bullying, sexist culture of covering up information and silencing whistleblowers, and was “not fit for purpose”.[39] In February 2015 the government replaced the council’s elected officers with a team of five commissioners.[40] As a result of new police inquiries, 19 men and two women were convicted in 2016 and 2017 of sexual offences in the town dating back to the late 1980s; one of the ringleaders was jailed for 35 years.[41]

“Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way”

    Happened today…..

I would have sat there for a week at a shit table waiting to be served,

    I was seated there.

My American friend is not doing the English thing.

She left, and I, in the English way followed her out of the door.

icking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way.
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way.

Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain.
You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today.
And then one day you find ten years have got behind you.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun.

So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it’s sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again.
The sun is the same in a relative way but you’re older,
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death.

Every year is getting shorter never seem to find the time.
Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way
The time is gone, the song is over,
Thought I’d something more to say.

Tommy changed, but his past drags him down.

Laura Loomer is doing awesome work on the Vegas shooting but the episode where she accused someone of slashing here tire (which was worn out and just died naturally) is undermining her credibility.

Same with Katie Hopkins who said and I paraphrase ” we need a final solution to the Palestinian problem”

It was taken as a reference to nazi final solution to the Holocaust.

She was fired from her job.

I think we need a final solution to the Korea conflict.

Final solution however is a forbidden thing to say.

The little people have far less to lose & can be vocal. This snoopy creeping totalitarianism wants to even silence the little people. They count on people being afraid of them since their ability to punish the tiny wage slave ants is considerable. THEY don’t even want to make an example of TR. They just make him disappear Soviet style.

What I hate, and find unacceptable is people who declare their race, nationality and most of all their religion.

It is your thoughts, Ideals, goals that are importent!

I care for animals, children that no one cares for.

I do not care what the color of the animals are, or the children.

    I will care for them.

Now as to adult humans… If you are here illegally get the fuck out of my country!

As you may be aware, I am in the process of serving eviction notices to quiet the number of illegal alien rodents, who have taken up residence around here. So, please use whatever marsupial and or Procyon self control you may posses, and do not avail yourself of the bright green shiny tasty pellets you might see laying around.

I know, it will be very difficult, they are after all so lovely bright green ans tasty, however, they are also a mortal coil eviction notice, and properly served as required by law. So, unless you wish to be evicted to rodent homeworld, its best to leave them for the rodents.

Bill Gates dies and goes to heaven, where Saint Peter gives him a nice, modern six-bedroom house with a pretty garden and a tennis court. Pleased with his lot, Bill quickly settles into the afterlife.

One day he is out walking when he bumps into a man wearing a fine tailored suit. “That’s really nice,” says Bill. “Where did you get it?”

“Actually,” says the man, “I was given 50 of these, plus two mansions, a yacht, a golf course and four Rolls-Royces.”

“Wow, were you a pope or a doctor healing the terminally ill?” asks Bill.

“No, I was the captain of the Titanic.”

Bill storms off to see Saint Peter. “How come the captain of a sunken ship gets all that while I, the inventor of the Windows Operating System gets a crummy little house?” he asks.

Saint Peter replies, “The Titanic only crashed once.”
