I was out having a smoke in La Salle IL during a break and I saw this in the Sun Times newspaper rack and I had to post it.
Michelle Obama and her pals set up a program to move the uninsured to other facilities.

Toni Preckwinkle, whose 4th Ward is just north of the hospital. “The medical professionals who have come to me are accusing the university of dumping patients on its neighboring institutions. … Whether it’s being implemented in the way that’s in the best interest of the patient, I can’t tell you.”
And Michelle Obama makes 317 grand a year. Damn skunks, every one of them.
