Memorial Day Weekend BBQ!

bbq_pork_buttLiving here in beautiful Southern California, its BBQ season pretty much 24/7, 365 so its hard for me to get excited about Barbequing, but I try.

Tonight I will grill Carne Asada and drink some of this.

Monday I will do a traditional American Memorial Day feast of hamburgers and hot dogs.

What are you Barbequing this weekend?

I want to express my sincere apologies to anyone who sees this BBQ thread as an insult to the memories of the brave men and women that gave their very lives for my freedom. My intent is not to insult their memories, but to celebrate their memories and be thankful for their sacrifices.
