It’s week 10 of the NFL and most games are over for the day. I was caught up in other activities and was not able to post. So consider this a recap!
In an upset Pittsburgh Steelers were defeated by the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals beat the Steelers ate their own game by stopping Rothlisberger and holding them to just field goals. This gives the Bengals control of the AFC North, a division that have been dominated by the Steelers this decade.
The hapless Tampa Bat Buccaneers lost in the final seconds to the Miami Dolphins. They had this game in the bag with 1:14 left to go but Miami came back and won on a field goal.
The New Orleans Saints stay undefeated at 9-0 as they defeat the St. Louis Ram 28-23. However their play was sloppy and they have escaped defeat the last 3 weeks. They are due for a loss very soon.
The Brett Farve saga continues as he leads the Minnesota Vikings to a 27-10 win against the pathetic Detroit Lions. The Vikings are the real deal and their season and Farve’s performance is not a fluke. At this point the Vikings and Saints are the teams to beat in the NFC.
Here are the scores of the other games.
Thursday 11/12: SF. 49ers 10 – Bears 6
Today’s Early games:
Panthers 28 – Falcons 19
Redskins 27 – Broncos 17
Jaguars 24 – Jets 22
Titans 41 – Bills 17
In progress:
Chiefs 13 – Raiders 10
Packers 10 – Cowboys 0
Seahawks 17 – Cardinals 10
Chargers 21 – Eagles 6
Tonight’s showdown is this decades Big Football rivalry. It’s the Indianapolis Colts vs. The New England Patriots. The Colts who are my AFC team are 8-0, however their secondary is banged up and they have no running game. As much as I admire Peyton Manning, I doubt they will pull it off tonight. They have struggled the last 3 weeks against sub par teams and the Patriots are a legitimate team. I hope Indy wins, but I am a realist.
In other sports news Filipino Boxer Manny Pacquiao defeats Puerto Rican Boxer Miguel Cotto. The opening rounds were close but Manny’s speed just overwhelmed Cotto. The fight was stopped in the 12th round as Cotto was just finished. The big question is, will Floyd Mayweather Jr. Take on Manny Pacquiao? If this fight happens it will be the biggest Boxing event of 2010. I don’t like Floyd and would love to see Manny kick his butt!
In realted Boxing news, there was an interesting Fight on the Under-card of Pacquia – Cotto that will interest the Jewish Netizens of Blogmocracy. Israeli Boxer Yuri Foreman defeats Daniel Santos to win the 154 pound title. What will interest my Jewish friends isn’t that he’s Israeli, it’s that he’s an aspiring Rabbi! He lives in Haifa and trains in a mostly Arab gym of all places! I just found his personal story fascinating and I hope to see more fights from this Wrath of God, LOL!
One more thing, can someone tell Obama that we won WW2!

I would not put it past this idiot if apologizes for Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This just speaks volumes of his Transnationalist Progressive Ideology.

Update: here is a video showing how other world leaders have greeted the Japanese Emperor.
