Legal Challenges to Obamacare

Although The Neo-Fascist Barack Hussein Obama has gotten Congress to pass his Eugenics bill, the fight is not over. Many states and individuals are preparing legal challenges to this bill on the grounds it’s unconstitutional. The Mandate that forces people to buy a Eugenics based government approved plan, would be the first time the Federal government forces people to buy a service. This is just one of the many provisions that will be challenged in the courts.

You might have spent the weekend enjoying the Great Outdoors — it was downright springlike here in the northeast. You might have spent all Sunday watching basketball, wondering when and how Cornell got so, well, good.

But if you came within a stone’s throw of a news report, you know that the health care bill — the bill that’s been at the center of the national conversation for well over a year — got a thumbs-up vote in the House. It’s passage looks all but certain at this point.

Something else that’s a near certainty: the bill’s passage will spawn lawsuits.

Make no mistake about this, the bill is about Eugenics and the Left’s long sought after goal to create the perfect man. This is why the Progressive media machine was behind this bill and are spinning this as if it’s a great move for America. Hopefully it can be stopped through legal action, if not then it will have to be repealed after the next 2 elections.
