The one who yells the loudest is usually the one that’s wrong, but in this case the one who’s yelling also has teeth and claws and a nasty disposition when pissed off.
Not sure what the problem is. Perhaps the guy is out of uniform – just not festive enough for the occasion. On the other hand, our uniforms are available here, but there’s no mandatory requirement that you wear them for
