For the first time in history, a sitting U.S. President has decided to name a sitting State Governor personally in a law suit, and has attempted to stop the State involved from protecting its citizens. That State is Arizona and the Governor named personally in his suit against the State is Jan Brewer.
Just for a little perspective, here is what Governor Brewer is referring to.
Saying one thing and doing another has been elevated to an art form by little Barry Obama. In almost every possible way, he has given lip service to those things people want to hear, while actually working towards a goal which is opposite to his stated promise. One example is what is happening to Arizona. President Obama has promised Americans that our borders are safer than they have ever been, while at the same time placing signs in the Arizona desert warning Arizona’s citizens to be wary of armed Mexican thugs who have taken over and set up encampments within American territory. Putting aside for the moment that we now know that those Mexican Drug Lords were in fact armed purposefully by the Obama Administration itself, he remains the first Commander in Chief to openly and purposefully allow for a foreign invasion by a hostile enemy within our borders. The people of Arizona, wishing for nothing more than to enjoy their right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness, took it upon themselves to enforce the Federal Laws already on the books which were put into place in order to protect Americans. Now, it is one thing for a President to shirk one of his very few constitutional duties in order to perform those self appointed, but it is another entirely to actively stand in the way of Americans protecting themselves. In effect, President Obama has just told the people of Arizona that they no longer enjoy the inalienable rights endowed to all of us by our creator, life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. He has at the very least broken his oath to defend America against all enemies foreign and domestic. He has in my opinion taken that to another level by actively aiding that enemy in their hostile invasion of our sovereign soil. President Obama stands as the first POTUS to be openly guilty of Treason.
One piece of good news for the people of Arizona is that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear this case come the next session, which would place it on the docket some time in March. The Federal Court of Appeals has already sided with the President and his treasonous behavior, so this tells me, (someone who has no legal expertise at all,) that at least one person on the court feels as though some part of the Appeals Court’s decision appears to be suspect. The Obama assault an the Constitution is now reaching its inevitable destination, and it is here that he will face major rebuke. Obamacare, Arizona’s right to protect itself, and other cases will be heard just as the next Presidential Election gets into the home stretch. If the 9 lawyers sitting in judgement pay any attention to the document they are charged with interpreting for the rest of us at all, they will tell this President that he in fact is not allowed to do these things. It’s a big if, I know, but then again, elections have consequences, and we are learning that vital lesson the hard way.
