War Torn Afghanistan In Watercolor

Great watercolor paintings of scenes from war-torn Afghanistan by British illustrator Matthew Cook. Kudos to Nikolay Kotev for posting them, and there are more at his website. (Right click on the images & open them in new tabs to see larger versions.)

Kotev is an interesting guy. I’ve not spoken with him directly, but he’s visited my own blog a few times, and I’ve visited his as well. It’s in Russian, so if you’re curious, read it via Google Translate.
