Here’s an open thread to get us through Monday! I’ve been a bit preoccupied, but the boss says he’s busy and needs posts, so here’s one!
Also: A fellow right wing friend is in need over at Zips.
From Huck Funn:
Our WZ buddy, Math Fellow has been in touch with me about his heart problems. He’s now so weak that he can barely stand. He has a pre-op appointment with his cardiologist tomorrow and will schedule open heart surgery for heart valve replacement sometime this week. The doctor has told him that without surgery he has just weeks to live. He is 67 and his only income is SS. He said he only had $58 after paying his bills. We won’t see him on WZ any longer because he was unable pay for internet.
Here’s a link to the GoFundMe if anyone is so inclined.
Here’s to a great week, kids!!

All of us have only weeks to live. Too bad we can’t spread them around.
@ Bunk X:
Leftists are trying to donate them to RBG.
With over 500 comments over at zip’s this may have got lost so I’ll post it here. If you want Math Fellow’s snail mail address, go the GoFundMe page. On the upper right corner is Huck Funn’s ‘square’ as the originator and an email icon by his name. If you email him, he’ll get back to you with Math Fellow’s address so you can send a card.

WARSAW—The popular mayor of a major Polish city died on Monday after being stabbed to death during a public address, sparking an uproar in a country torn by political tensions between the conservative government and the opposition.
Pawel Adamowicz, 53 years old, a prominent politician close to the opposition who was mayor of the Baltic port city of Gdansk, was speaking on stage during a televised charity event attended by hundreds of people on Sunday night when he was assaulted.
The attacker, a 27-year-old with a criminal record, stabbed Mr. Adamowicz with a large knife and then grabbed the microphone to shout slogans against the opposition political party. Mr. Adamowicz underwent an emergency surgery but died on Monday afternoon, authorities said. The suspect was immediately arrested and is in custody.

Armstrong said that the last week in January will start showing financial panic. Not a crash, but it sounds like some market volatility will occur. Why do they always say “volatility” when the market goes down? Because the money masters want to keep us in the casino? NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. Armstrong is a genius with a record to prove his accuracy.
@ yenta-fada:
The article ‘suggests’ the victim’s party has upset ‘the far right’ but comments indicate the murderer has known mental health issues
[W]hile the Western European political class and its allies love to sneer at Donald Trump, millions of ordinary citizens across the continent wish dearly that they had a Trump of their own.
Only last week, for example, a caller to Nigel Farage’s radio show in Britain expressed the desire that Trump, and not Theresa May, had negotiated Britain’s exit deal with the EU. Farage shared her sentiments. Then there’s the up-and-coming Dutch political leader Lennard van Mil, known in his country as a “gayservative” (short for “gay conservative”), who can be seen in many photographs online wearing a “Make America Great Again” cap.
Trump’s allure is potent even in Scandinavia. In November 2016, on the day before the election in the U.S., the Norwegian alternative-news website Document.no ran a piece by Magne Reigstad headlined “Why We Need a Trump.” Reigstad spelled out the reasons. America isn’t the only Western country in which too much power accrues to self-seeking bureaucrats and lobbyists who don’t give a damn what ordinary citizens think or want or need. America’s not alone in being run by politicians who, preoccupied with short-term personal gains and political prospects at the expense of the long-term national interest, pursue disastrous policies that threaten to bring down Western civilization. And America isn’t the only country whose mainstream news media spread “fake news” about all the above, whitewashing dangerous alien cultures while showing insufficient concern for our own.
eaglesoars wrote:
In newspeak that usually means muzz. I think a vast number of people have mental health issues. It may be a disturbance in the force. By that I mean the ‘collective unconscious’ that Jung wrote about. People, especially the young, have lost out on careers due to outsourcing. Same for older workers. Families, urged on by Marxists, have lost a sense of belonging. It’s common for people to live by themselves. Something I never saw way back in the day. Churches stand empty or much worse, they are increasingly taken over by mosques.
Self Righteousness has been taken over by political affiliation while
organized religion has lost it. What’s left is the worst of both worlds.

That has been going on since the Clinton administration across all branches of federal employment. I had an ace… retired marshall and SS agent who I asked to investigate WTF was going on and he said come back in a week. He was old and not the subtle type so I Quote his resposne “they aren’t hiring white boys right now, but if you were black woman they would hire you tomorrow.” Despite the degree, combat vet and spoke a foreign language? “I mentioned that and they suggested to go be a cop somewhere and try again in about 3 years.” I deeped-six any desire after that.
Recall the phrase “going postal?” That was due to younger less time in service minority and female postal workers being selectively promoted over the older white colleagues who took umbrage. The federal pension systems at the time was based on your last pay grade and promotion was based on “time-in-service.” Clintons wanted to pander and that 90s scooby-doo mystery went unsolved in the MSM.

@ PaladinPhil:
The Postal Service has been a disgrace. Slow, unreliable, and lead by bigots who think they are SJWs. Many years ago I was working with an adorable little boy whose mom brought him to see me. She had been in prison for months for theft. When she got out, guess who hired her? Yup. Post Office. She did adore that cute kid though.
The leadership had P.O. workers collecting money for ‘kids’ mental health’ when I bought stamps a few years back. I could not get a straight answer as to who these kids were. A friend in Alberta had the same experience. They were stealing for Palestine I’m SURE. They helped sponsor the ‘Mavi Mamara’ ship that rammed an Israeli blockade and got someone killed iirc. Wrote a letter to the Union head, but of course never heard back. Scum.
@ yenta-fada:
The US Postal Service is a contradiction in terms. It’s certainly NOT a service.
It’s in need of a good outsourced provider, on a fixed term contract, to keep them honest. That’d get the service standards up.
🙂
Stop criticizing the United States Postal Service!!!
The person that delivers my mail at work is an extremely dedicated person. Very Friendly.
Yesterday as I was driving into the industrial complex where I work she was driving out. We exchanged waves.
Today as I was leaving a business five minutes from my office to drop of some aluminum parts that needed anodizing a mail truck pulled up.
She waved, and I waved back.
Now what we do is not a “just hold your hand in the air” kind of wave. It is a very active lots of arm wiggling wave!
The point is?
We are colour blind.
Did anybody else hear Tucker’s interview with this research psychologist, Epstein? He researched Google during the 2016 election and said they changed between 800k – 4mil votes. I’m not sure I believe it, but I gather there’s a report to be published on Breitbart.

the old bond street stuff is top notch. i don’t shave every day because i don’t work every day, gotta give the face a rest. so i shave maybe 15-18 times a month.
the single blade used properly is the closest that i have come to my barber and his straight razor…now THAT is a shave.
new thread,
i am going out on the deck, lighting a fire and having a don julio 1942 tequila and a san latono oval from AJ fernandez.
