Interesting article yesterday unfortunately I read it on my phone and have no idea where it was from. Apparently the impeachment has massively backfired and polling data has shows huge gains for the President across the board. 32% amongst blacks, 38% approval from hispanics. Most common response to questions about impeachment on the survey are that it is only important to the media and the politicians.

God help us, I rescued yet another cat off the streets last Friday. It turned out she was already fixed (assuming it’s a she). The first few days she wouldn’t let us get anywhere close to her. This morning, she got closer than she had so far and kind of gave half a sniff at my hand.

They will claim Trump has business interests in Turkey that are causing a conflict in his policies with that nation. So we will see. Same sh!!, different country.
Dan would like to see tangible results from the IG report, but he does not trust the swamp to investigate the swamp. Also says Comey, going back to 2016, has no predicate to spy on Candidate Trump or President Trump. He will try and use alleged info from the CIA as a basis for the FBI investigation. This is conjecture afaik, but he says all of this will show up. We shall see.

Teachers want to go out on strike (again). The average high school teacher in Ontario makes $92,000/year not counting the luxury benefits. The benefits are paid 94% by the taxpayer. Same with elementary teachers who make about $10k less. The ‘year’ means 2 full months off in the summer as well as c. 10 days off each for Christmas and March break. Generous sick days off fall under benefits. Plus sabbatical for,I think, high school teachers. UNIONS. Still not good enough. Teachers hate Ford for wanting to cut classroom assistants, layers of administrative paper pushers, and teachers in areas where schools are facing dwindling population.
