They will do anything to make sure Trump isn’t re-elected.

It won’t work.

FWIW, and I’m not complaining because it’s really no big deal, I have a heck of a time getting to the newest post on Chrome.

I have to first click on the previous thread, either the header or ‘comments,’ then reference either ‘recent posts’ or ‘recent comments’ to click on the current post.

It’s completely invisible if I just hit the bookmark for the site. And I’m logged out there, but if I click on comments for any post I’m automatically logged in.

Like I said, no biggie, no action needed, just strange.

Brit wankers may be wankers but at the moment those Brits have not lost a police station or had a new country formed within their borders.

So, although it is early in the game it appears the obsessively masturbating British are kind of doing better resisting anarchy than the pussified United States of America.

    Also, United States?

    Fucking laughing at that one.

    You been drinkin’?

i could go into the rape/grooming gangs and no-go sharia zones all over england from all of your muzzies that the brits (men and police) are too afraid to do anything about.

    pussified united states?

    oh please.

The same type of rape/grooming gangs that exist in the USA? Currently Houston has a problem.

No Go areas? Well I think there may be one ore two areas of the USA even you would not go to.

Yes, the USA has become pussified and to state ( quite correctly I may add ) that Britain is even more pussified than the USA is no real answer as to why things here are as they are.

A minority is dictating how life in America is becoming not what the American people as a whole fought for and worked for.

By minority I do not mean a race, I mean a very small percentage of the population. Of all races.

The tail is really wagging the dog at the moment. Will the November elections stop it?

    @ Deplorable Bumr50:

I had the same problem. However, I had zero problem w/Firefox. So I cut/pasted the URL from Firefox into the Chrome window and it worked. What was visible on the Firefox URL with the entire ‘https://www.blogmocracy.com’ thing.

However, my phone is still hosed. I think it’s a cache problem there. This started right after CW ‘healed’ the DoD site. I don’t know if anything is related, I just know the timing.

In other news, my poor Willow is in the hospital for surgery. She tore an ACL. Dammit.

I don’t know who pissed in your Cheerios but you completely misread my take on the crew at going-postal.com. I wasn’t insulting them, I was trying to give a flavor of how crazy/out of civilized bounds they are. They have zero time for political correctness, they’d be banned from almost every other website, and they are always dead on target politically. And hysterically funny. I learned more vulgar words from them in a week than I had in my entire previous life, ‘wanker’ being just one. I thoroughly enjoy them and their company.

More stuff I’ll never understand but it’s interesting anyway

Robert Langlands, Mathematical Visionary, Wins the Abel Prize

Langlands, 81, an emeritus professor at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, is the progenitor of the “Langlands program,” which explores a deep connection between two pillars of modern mathematics: number theory, which studies arithmetic relationships between numbers, and analysis, which is an advanced form of calculus. The link has far-reaching consequences that mathematicians have used to answer centuries-old questions about the properties of prime numbers.

    https://www.quantamagazine.org/robert-langlands-mathematical-visionary-wins-the-abel-prize-20180320/

I did learn something tho. I learned prime numbers are scattered randomly, they don’t occur at predictable intervals.

I have to disagree. Those riots you mentioned did not really change anything.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watts_riots

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1992_Los_Angeles_riots

After these riots there was awareness of inequality but no fundamental changes.

This current riot season has seen legislators unanimously vote for a defunding and dismantling of a police force in Minneapolis and a section of Seattle becoming an “autonomous zone ” with the blessing of the Seattle mayor.

This current unrest is different. The fabric of our society is being re woven.

they voted unanimously to support measures and to have future discussions to possibly disband the police. this is very different from ‘disbanding’.

this is a ploy to cut police funding because of the debt load that the city has. they arent going to disband the police. the ities are using this as a smokescreen to pull money form the police, not dispband them. that would cause catastrophe and the cities know it…no insurance for anything. that ends all business and all city functions pronto.

Former Trump White House chief of staff and Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus says the key to President Donald Trump’s success in November is more Joe Biden.

Therefore, Priebus is urging the Trump campaign to call for six debates against his Democratic foe.

“[Former DNC chairman] Terry McAuliffe is saying the obvious, which is less of Joe Biden is better,” he said. “‘We’re just going to make the race about the incumbent,’ and that’s what you do when you are the challenger. But here’s the problem: He can’t hide forever. And my advice to the Trump campaign is to not accept the commission’s three-debate limit. I think the debates are going to be very important. I think the president is going to eat up Joe Biden in the debates.”

these debates wont be fair at all. joe is screwed if he has to debate

Before my time, but we had something called the Bonus Wars too. THAT was truly awful. WW I veterans didn’t get the bonus they were promised. So when the depression hit in the 30’s they peacefully marched on Washington. About 20k, I believe plus their families (because they’d lost their homes, had nowhere else to go). Congress told them to fuck right off and then we had trouble. The camped out. Hoover called in the Army. Douglas MacArthur (yeah, that guy) flattened the place, then burned it out. I’ve seen video and it was gruesome.

    This is infuriating

A church attended by George Washington will take down a memorial to the nation’s first president, a move church leaders say is intended to make the place of worship more welcoming.

The Washington Times reported Friday that Christ Church in Alexandria, Va., will remove memorials of Washington and former Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee, which stand on either side of the church’s altar.

“The plaques in our sanctuary make some in our presence feel unsafe or unwelcome,” church leaders said. “Some visitors and guests who worship with us choose not to return because they receive an unintended message from the prominent presence of the plaques.”

BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:00 P.M.) – The United States confirmed on Friday that it will discuss with the Iraqi government the status of its remaining military forces, stressing that it does not seek military bases or a permanent military presence in Iraq.

According to a joint statement of the first session of the strategic dialogue, Washington and Baghdad announced the continuation of the talks on the status of the remaining American forces in Iraq, where the two countries’ focus is towards developing a normal security relationship based on common interests.

The governments of the two countries said in the statement that “in light of the significant progress made towards eliminating the threat from ISIS, the United States will continue in the coming months to reduce its forces in Iraq.”

The United States also confirmed that it is not seeking to establish permanent bases or a permanent military presence in Iraq, as agreed previously in the 2008 Strategic Framework Agreement, which states that security cooperation is based on mutual agreements.

The U.S. pointed out that they had already withdrawn half of their forces from Iraq since the start of the new year.

There are calls to rename Dundas street in Toronto because of it’s association. There’s a township in Ontario that’s looking to change the association of their name due to the fact that the place is named after a pro-slavery British politician. Not change the name but find some other famous person to be associated with.

    It’s getting stupid out there.

LAPD Tells Officers Who Worked Overtime During Riots, “Sorry, We Can’t Pay You”

While many who participated in “protests” in Los Angeles over the last few weeks are probably being paid to stay home and not work, thousands of Los Angeles Police Department officers have put in more than a hundred hours of tactical alert overtime each and are now being told they won’t be paid for it.

LAPD Chief Michel Moore sent an email June 12 to “Department Personnel,” a copy of which was obtained by RedState, informing them that “During this extraordinary time…the Department has expended more than $40 million in overtime expenses,” exceeding the budgetary reserve, and that “as of June 7, 2020…compensation for overtime shall be in the form of time at the appropriate rate.”

The Department first issued a tactical alert May 27, when a group of protesters closed down the 101 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles. Moore ordered a full mobilization of the department’s sworn members on June 1 to quell the surging violence and looting, and since that time officers have worked up to 36-hour shifts with no regular days off and all vacation days canceled. Many officers have racked up more than 100 hours of overtime since May 27.

In the memo Moore attempts to show appreciation for what the men and women of his department have sacrificed but falls far short and isn’t entirely truthful. The memo begins:

I recognize that you have worked tirelessly these past couple weeks during the protests and prior to that during the Safer at Home order. Your dedication and commitment have not gone unnoticed….

Moore then quickly lowers the boom, essentially telling officers, “Whoops, we racked up a $40 million bill that we can’t pay, so please, have some comp time. We’ll do you a solid, though, and remove the cap on comp time accrual.”

    Gee, thanks.

China: America’s ‘Predominant Culture of White Supremacy’ Poisoned Hong Kong

The People’s Daily, a house organ of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), argued on Wednesday that America’s “predominant culture of white supremacy” has unleashed “turmoil” in Hong Kong and across the Middle East.

There is some grim amusement to be found in watching one of the world’s worst police states cherry-pick a statistic or two (following the lead of the American Left, of course) to argue that someone else is putting too many people in prison:

The epidemic of systemic racism and discrimination against people of color has long poisoned the US political atmosphere under the patronage of white supremacists and with their tacit connivance. They have perpetuated discriminatory laws and legitimized racial segregation by giving immunity to convicted police officers. An African American is far more likely to be arrested or killed by police than a white man in the United States. This rings terrifying alarm bells of a deep-seated hate. America has been in chaos for decades. From Martin Luther King to Eric Garner and George Floyd, racist killings are an echo of the past. The pattern of racial discrimination is chiseled into its political creed and laws. Police in the US intentionally use lethal force such as chokeholds when arresting black people – much of it is based on the incorrect assumptions that come from the same racist patterns. As police brutality is rarely subjected to scrutiny, racial violence continues to abound.

The criminal under-belly of the Federal and States Labor Party uncovered. State of Victoria Labor Cabinet Minister resigned. Adem Souborek a Cabinet Minister in the State Government of Victorian Premier Andrews had been videoed covertly for a year doing multiple corrupt deals and boasting that he was “the kingpin inside the Victorian government and nobody becomes Premier unless I say so”. This guy is a Fascist Left thug and the corruption spreads right to the top of the Victorian Labor government. The Federal Labor Opposition too doesn’t escape censure for its links to criminal underworld ‘enforcers’ and Union thugs.

The only thing that prevents the fall of the most socialist State government in Australia, that of Victoria, is the total incompetence of the State opposition Liberal / National Coalition. Victoria’s State opposition has been riven with competing power factions for years and is poorly led and considered incompetent rather than corrupt like the current State Labor government.

SCOTUS ruled that people cannot be fired ‘merely’ for being trans, LGBT or whatever and now, for some reason, conservative pundits’ hair has ignited. Roberts and Gorsuch apparently swung it, Kavanaugh wrote the dissent.

And there’s an argument about ‘textualism’ I don’t understand either, probably because I don’t know what it means.

What’s the problem? If you can’t be fired for being homosexual, what is inconsistent here?

I haven’t read it yet, but here’s the decision

Yes. Of course, they never met my mother. She wasn’t Scarlett, she was Miss Mellie. Who married a Yankee. Trust me, that was as much of a bombshell as King Edward dumping the crown for ‘that American woman’

Willow just woke up from her drug-induced nap, must run.

    @ eaglesoars:

Frankly, I don’t see the problem either, but I live in a state where this has been the norm for some time now.

And Anti-Jew DeBlasio is at it again. After he was marching with thousands of protesters last week AFTER castigating a group of Orthodox Jews in Williamsburg for staging a funeral for a beloved rabbi and literally saying he’d crack down on them, he has now WELDED SHUT the gates to a children’s park in the Jewish community:

This walking turd should be removed from office. (Remember to click on the tweet to play the video).

Okay, then withhold all aid from California and force them to appeal it.

But it’s still generic/off label use allowed.

I just looked at another article about Trump’s niece, Mary, who has written what she hopes would be a takedown book.

America was about to come out of a pandemic, and the lockdowns, together with an economy just waiting to roar.

It would have been a truly united moment for the American people, in an era where we haven’t had much if any of that.

And that could not stand. Not in an election year. And definitely not with a Republican in office. Especially Trump.
