I would think that the feds would consolidate record keeping on a consistent data table schema. Very difficult to do. Especially if location data is there.
I worked briefly with fed data and felt it was inflexible and short term. Committee and standards driven without real leadership. Took years to make the standard. Then the input was inconsistent which resulted in massive data updates that in themselves were also in error. Data cleanup was also one person who was the only one smart enough to write the update. But that person also made on the fly decisions on data inserts that altered the standards.
It would be a large task for the Trump admin to track the pandemic effectively. I doubt they can do it without the help of google.

Masks are important if you are infectious as they stop the large and most small particulate matter from getting free into the environment. Cough while wearing a N95 mask and 95% of material stops right there. The remaining 5% are slowed and spread a lot less as well. And notice how his so-called “high” poll numbers are being broadcast like anyone cares in Arizona how well he’s doing in New York. And that the MSM is practically silent on his killing about 5,000 elderly by forcing COVID patients into nursing homes. No one mentions the insane BLM/Antifa runamuck in New York City (which is still part of HIS State the last time I checked).
I’m starting to wonder if he isn’t using some back channels to convince the Democrats that in the end people will not vote for Biden but LOOK AT ME!! I’m ready!

The reality is that with current technology, there’s no way to build a practical long-term settlement on Mars, anyway. Data collected by unmanned missions shows that the level of cosmic radiation reaching the surface is 700 times the level that reaches the surface of the Earth, because Mars has no magnetic field.
