Newt thinks that the 25th Amendment ploy by Pelosi is the long con – it’s in preparation for removing Biden and replacing him with Harris. After all, the Cabinet isn’t going to call for Trump’s removal and the “other body as Congress may designate” would involve assent by the Senate, which isn’t going to happen – at least not right now.
